They are terrible on follow up, do not buy from them. After they have your money, they are done with you! So cheap they wouldn't fill the fuel tank which made for a bad experience driving back to Central Oregon 400 plus miles. I filled up at a station for $128.00 and $30 worth of DEF. {You would think after spending almost $60k on a used pickup they would gladly fill er up} Salesman said call me if you need anything I did the next day never have gotten a reply. When we left all the sales associates were outside watching us as though they were thinking so long suckers! Hope Greg Olsen owner reads this!!

Had a multipoint inspection on my new to me, Ram Promaster 3500. I wanted everything on the multipoint inspection. The oil had just been changed but wanted assurance all fluids were good etc. Bought thru private party. They emailed me the results and said I need my brake fluid changed for $199.00 so I did that and changed the wiper blades per their recommendation. I saw the inspection results didn't check brake pads. So I told them I wanted this as well. The van has never had break pads changed, it has 35k miles and they hand wrote in that they were new. Found this odd but ok.... then I get an email telling me I declined having cv joints inspection and a couple other critical things that were part of the multipoint inspection. I called Mallory twice and she still hasn't returned my call. I feel like this is a dealership I would be taken advantage of. I honestly wanted to start a good relationship and be able to trust that I am being taken care of. Obviously not!

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!
