I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience we've ever had with a dealership by far. Sold us a car with multiple problems we were not told about such as non-working AC, we bought the car during winter months, that they then wanted to charge us a fortune to fix. Taking the vehicle in for services is a nightmare as well. They once had the vehicle for a week just to give it back and say they found nothing wrong with it. We were charged a large detection fee and were then stranded on the side of the highway when our allegedly perfect vehicle broke down completely. They are the definition of slimy used car dealers.

Watch out for Dee Phillips! A xxxxing scammer. Took my jeep there for a maintenance check after a roadtrip when CEL came on for a couple of days and then went away. Mind you, my truck is only two years old with 14000 miles on it and has absolutely no other issues. Came back the next day, they said they would have to take parts off to determine why the CEL came on beacuse my truck has mods and that could be extra charge. I said fine I don’t wanna pay hundreds of dollars for a simple diagnositc as my truck is well within warranty and all parts are mopar and the truck was modified when I bought it so I will just pick it up then. Noooo.. he wanted me to pay almost 400$ for taking a look at the truck which I suspect he didn’t eve do. I said I would take them to court and aksed for a breakdown of the charges. Gues what, dude came back and said no charge and he would just eat it. Sketchy af. Stay away from this place if you dont get ripped off.

I would strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. I’ve had two recent experiences with this dealership’s service department, and both were highly disappointing. Not only was their ability to diagnose and complete repairs inefficient, but I also found their pricing practices to be questionable and potentially misleading. I brought in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on two separate occasions. The first visit was due to a malfunctioning windshield wiper system. It took the service department six weeks to identify and resolve the issue. Throughout that time, I received no proactive communication. I consistently had to reach out to obtain updates on the status of my vehicle. Eventually, the service manager did contact me once the problem was diagnosed, apologized for the delay, and provided some cost relief, which I appreciated. Based on that interaction, I decided to return for a separate issue related to the air conditioning system. During the second visit, the service department performed a diagnostic and informed me that the evaporator needed to be replaced. The quote provided was $1,800 for the repair, involving a $132 part. With refrigerant and additional charges, the total cost came to $2,400. This estimate seemed excessive, especially for a relatively new vehicle. I sought a second opinion at a different service center, where they ran their own diagnostic. They found the evaporator to be in proper working condition and determined that the system simply needed a recharge. The total cost for this repair was $163, and the AC has been functioning perfectly since. Based on these experiences, I believe this dealership attempted to overcharge me for unnecessary work. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others exercise caution when considering their services.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!
