I went today to look at a 2015 Ram with 117k miles. Before the test drive started the sales kid explained twice what "as is" meant, which I found odd. During the test drive, the engine light came on, So I asked to have the service department put there code reader on it. The salesman went in and came out a few minutes later explaining that their computer only worked on GM products. I kind of got a little ticked at this point and explained that the one they are legally required to have to preform state inspections has to read all makes. Then the story changed to they couldn't risk the liability of telling me what was wrong with it! At this point I started using words like dishonest, crooks, and shady and the sales kid agreed! Bottom line it was obvious the sales department had prior knowledge of major issues, and is trying to dump the truck onto someone else. Needless to say I will never do business with Brattleboro Auto Mall.

Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. 6/5/25-came in at noon for a scheduled oil change. Drove through the service door to the service writers area as usual. I stepped out of my car. I was standing there for 12 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the 3 service writers who were sitting there doing nothing. Eventually one of them asked me this in these exact words-“are you a customer not being helped?” I replied “ for the last 12 minutes yes!” Unreal. Then I asked how much it would cost to have the spark plugs changed on my 4 cylinder Terrain. $660 was the quote. She did not know that I was quoted a much lower price when I called a few weeks ago. I came here out of need since most other places near me were booked for weeks. If you know what’s good for you, stay far far away from this place. Never again…
