I recently brought in my 2014 Cadillac CTS with a Check Engine Light. I spoke with Mr. Darren DiPietrantonio about the issue. He had a technician troubleshoot the problem. Mr. DiPietrantonio made sure I had a ride home while the problem was being worked on. He contacted me periodically to let me know how the vehicle was coming along. Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff were very courteous and professional before, during, and upon the completion of repairs! I picked up my vehicle which was washed and vacuumed. The problem with the vehicle was repaired and has been running great since! I was pleased all around with Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff! Thanks again for everything!

I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and never made me feel bad for any difficulties I may have had in the process. Rowe Westbrook, and especially Mace, and Brian were everything one expects from a new car dealership. However, Mace and Brian went far above and beyond the norm, as our situation called for anything but business as usual. Essentially, when we went to look at the Calligraphy, we already had three vehicles to sell first. Two of them were Harley touring bikes. To make a long story short, Rowe Westbrook, Mace and Brian, sold the vehicles for us. The Mustang was used as a trade-in, and the two bikes were bought outright by Big Moose H-D. All the sale prices were fair and reasonable as well. Mace also knew we were under a time constraint, as we were leaving town for three weeks in a few short days. With their help, EVERYTHING went smoothly, and we'll pick up our new Calligraphy when we return to Maine! Good job Rowe Ford!

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

We called K & R to say we were interested in a car and Teddy answered and invited us to see it. They were really busy when we got there but we were greeted immediately by several friendly staff and while Teddy was on a test-drive, he had the car ready and already started, so we could look it over. As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). I highly recommend Teddy and will go back to K & R again If I ever need another vehicle. Oh, I love the car! It was a fair price and though we went to 2 other auto sales, I'm glad we shopped at K & R in Auburn, ME.

The car we purchased was a problem child from the moment we drove it off the lot. They said they fixed things they didn’t, dodged our phone calls, and refused to work with us when we asked to swap/trade it for another vehicle. The vehicle itself was a complete lemon, was in the shop literally every 2-3 weeks and cost us way more than it was worth, but they refused to help us figure out how to get out from under it. The shop and sales office is a total dump and incredibly sketchy. we will never ever go back and are telling everybody we know to avoid it.
