And then there is the car itself, a 2025 hybrid CX-50 Premium, with a durable time-tested hybrid power train lodged inside a work of art. Seriously, how could anyone in their right mind buy a RAV 4, with this CX-50 as an option? Far better quality and far better value!

I am complaining about the General manager to the new dealership owner. Absolutely a terrible experience and totally unprofessional. Once I discuss with the new owner to see if they want to live up to their word, I will share the outcome. As of now, I simply cannot recommend doing business here, and I have spent tens of thousands on cars and tens of thousands on repairs - for over 35 years. I will provide good information for potential customers as an update. UPDATE: The dealer group owner put me in touch with Market President Maria Dunning who quickly solved an issue the BMW GM caused. She deserves full credit for exceptional customer service. I hope she will also be able to take whatever corrective action is necessary with the GM so that this issue is not repeated in the future.

Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

The availability of the dealer was excellent. If he wasn't available, someone else would handle my call or he would call me back. He was very attentive and listened to my needs in a vehicle. I bought my 2014 Honda Crosstour at this dealership in 2016. They have been taking care of my service needs since. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I called Lia Honda, and Steve Smith, my service advisor, let me know they had a tire that matched what I had on the car. He was able to get me in and out in an hour. Steve also let me know, that since I had bought the original tire being replaced at Lia Honda, he saw that I had the hazard warranty on the tire and I didn't have to pay for the replacement tire! What had been a bad day was suddenly much better. Thank you Steve, and the Lia Honda team.

Lauren McDermott gave us great customer service, explaining everything and exuding confidence in Hyundai and also getting us the car we wanted—the Tucson hybrid. We rode to Vermont today and got 43 miles to the gallon, easy to drive, car handled well, love the charcoal grey color and comfort, the moon/sun roof sitting in the back was so clear and good visibility, very spacious and meets all our requirements, all safety features worked good. I give Lauren 6 stars for professionalism and no pressure. Don, the finance guy, was professional too, amazing after 35 years.
