Luciano was my car salesman. Luciano listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also gave him a price range I wanted to stay in. I also mentioned wanting the best interest rate on purchasing a used car. Most of us customers don't know what we need and want. I had an idea in mind a good sales person listens understands and go off the starting point. I went for a car and ended up with a 2022 HR-V 5 door AWD sport. I absolutely love Honda. Luciano didn't care how many cars I test drove. He sat giving me car fax information and details on each vehicle. I also wanted a gps feature since the law came into effect we can't hold our cell phones. So we stepped up into a newer car with safety features gps plus with low mileage. I appreciated Luciano meeting my requirements for purchasing a vehicle and his calm nature . He also saved me money on my car insurance with all the safety features the vehicle has. It's a win win when a sales person genuinely cares about his customers. It's a win win for the company and Luciano more customers will come just for his and his knowledge patience. George sold me 2 warranties explaining the importance and benefits. George also showed me around the Honda dealership . Luciano and George made sure I was comfortable while waiting to finalize my purchase. After finishing my purchasing agreement Luciano left to fill my vehicle with gas. Luciano walked out to a washed waxed and clean inside of the vehicle done by employees at the dealership. I was floored how clean and extra they took into my purchase. Luciano went over different features on my vehicle explaining where everything was again. it was a good experience I will be back. Luciano I will tell everyone what a fantastic sales person you are.
