I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. I thought I would take a look, make notes, and gather appropriate information that could assist me with a thorough & thoughtful decision later on in the year. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless. We have purchased three cars over the years from this dealership. I have been pleased each time. Just purchased a 2022 Tucson in September, 2022. No issues during the transaction. I did have an minor issue with the car but it was fixed the same day I reported it. This Tucson purchased in September, 2022 was to replace a Tuscon I purchased a year ago in September, 2021 that was totaled about a month ago. Zach, the sales consultant I worked with for both purchases, was the best. He made both transactions by far the easiest I have ever had with a car dealer. He was patient with me and there was never any high pressure moments. He provided clear communication with everything. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for another car anytime soon, but if I am I going back to see Zach.

They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!
