Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.

I bought a 2024 Lexus from them in late October 2025. I flew down from Ohio to purchase the car. I was told there were two sets of keys for the car during the negotiation phase. They told me they would check with the owner and another employee who was off the day I was purchasing the car. They told me the Skelton key counts as the second key, come on! Even the one key fob they had was marked “1/2”. Where is the second key? I followed up and was told only one key. I asked them to buy a key and send it to me and I will get it programmed. I was ghosted by Escuda Nissan after my request. Disappointed by them not doing the “right thing” after spending over $50k for a car!

We started looking for our car in August of 2024 and they were so acomodating, very communicative, very professional, but most importantly, very honest and upfront. We never felt like they were pushing something on us or upselling just to upsell. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them due to no fault of their own but due to availability of our desired vehicle. We were more upset that we weren't able to purchase with them than we were excited to get the vehicle you want!
