I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars. I had the pleasure of working with Rich with my vehicle purchase and he was excellent. These guys aren’t pushy, they don’t change things last minute, and they are professionals. As a USMC veteran I would advise all of my fellow service members to look into Michael’s auto for your next ride, they take care of vets. 10/10 service, my car is fantastic, and every car I saw on their lot is immaculate and priced to sell. Angel is quite possibly the worst dealer / owner you will ever encounter. A compulsive liar. I made the biggest mistake of my life in purchasing an exotic car from them. They said the car had been inspected and created bogus reports (fraud) and then would not return calls once the car shopped to me. Stay away or you will be sorry. There's no one worse.
