I loved the polite, caring, and friendly help from everyone there. I dreaded the thought of being followed around and hounded by someone trying to make a sale. Ozzy walked up, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and asked to just allow myself to walk the lot. He gave a few suggestions with my wants and left me too it. I could not believe he actually walked away and didn't follow close behind like some predator stalking its next victim. I found something I liked but still wanted a few things...so I spoke with Mr. Ozzy and he showed me two others of the same year, make and model. Only to find out both of them had what I wanted.Keyless entry and ignition, a large 8.4" touch screen display, back up camera, navigation, hand free phone and more... Love my new/used vehicle. GAA Auto Sales made this the most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Will be bringing my son there come tax return time. Do very happy

I just had my Nissan Sentra in for its first oil change and to try to correct a small rattle by the driver's door. My experience this morning was nothing short of impressive. Service Advisor Lesley Shepard is phenomenal, as well as Technician Jason Rogers. And Jason did figure out where the noise was coming from and took care of it. It's no surprise to me why this dealership consistently gets such high ratings. I'll be in the market for another new vehicle in the next few months and definitely want to purchase only from Crown. (I didn’t purchase a Honda vehicle) sales manager James, got the vehicle down to where I needed it to be with the terms I wanted. When we went to finance, there apparently was no communication on what I had agreed to, and the paperwork flew by so fast that I didn’t realize until I got home that the terms I wanted were longer than agreed upon. I went back to the dealership the next morning and met with the finance guy and he said because I purchased the extended warranty and maintenance package he wanted to keep the payment at what was agreed. I never left the dealership with copies of my transaction. I called and left a message on the finance guys voicemail, nothing… I called twice, nothing… finally I called back and got the contract and odometer readings. I never got the details of the extended warranty or maintenance package, just the signed cover pages. Would like to have this for my records. Overall experience was not what I was expecting. .

Shawn is the best at what he does in business and more. I met him on Thursday and we closed on Saturday. He and the team made this as seamless as possible. I went to him first, he had the vehicle ready, we did the test drive then went to talk business. He gave me numbers then the next few days I did my due diligence. No one came close to what he offered so I went back and closed the deal. This was my best experience in my life buying a vehicle. I only wish I could buy a second vehicle from him with this one. I would love to give them 0 stars. Do not buy from this dealership. They will constantly try to renegotiate with tacked on fees like $1,000 extra if you do not finance and $1500 for dealer fee. I had negotiated a fair price only to have the Sales Manager David, renege on the deal. When I confronted David with the situation he basically called me a liar when I relayed the conversation I had with his sales rep, denying his rep confirmed the deal. To add insult to injury, he said said since I am an attorney, he was not surprised I would lie. All of this took place over the phone as it was an out of state purchase. I would write what his rep said but I don't want to get him fired.

This was my second experience with Carmax. I sold a Prius to them when my mother was no longer able to drive. Then I made a decision to buy a used Toyota CHR. I was a manager at a European Automotive Repair facility for several years and during that time helped many people with their Carmax warranties. I KNEW I wanted that warranty, it's excellent. I was treated like I was the only client there at the time. All of my questions were answered, there was NO high pressure and I felt confident that I was getting a reasonable deal on the car. I had been shopping for a while and the anxiety of going to a dealership was really bothering me. I can't stand the thought of two different people going into a dealership, buying the same car and getting two different prices because one person haggled just the right way and the other didn't have experience in the haggling. I'm happy and look forward to many happy years with my new purchase.
