I just want to take a moment to recognize the sales manager (Abdul B.)at Nissan. Every time I come in, he makes sure to personally welcome me and check to see if I need anything. He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. He’s truly the man with a plan, and I appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and dedication every single time. I had a great experience in the service department thanks to K. Carter. The Advisor did a great job, he was corteous and attend my concern regarding the lights under the mirrors were not working, the ammount of time for service was ok, they wash the car, that did not happen since my 1st service with honda. And this is like the 6th, my only complain is, the person that rótate mi tires inflate my tires to 52 PSI, i noticed the car driving extremely hard and when i stop at the gas station to load gas i noticed my tires were over inflated, the door sticker says 35, and the driving is smooth at that pressure, beside that they lost my valve caps, other than that was a good service

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and Mary McDaniel was the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but most used cars are as is. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas which is a 3 hour drive to the dealer, but for the deal I got it was well worth it. The very next day the thermostat went out and I was prepared to drive back to Memphis to use the warranty to get it fixed. It was suggested that I get it repaired in Hot Springs and they would cover the cost. I did that today and 45 minutes after City Auto was contacted that the repairs were completed the bill was paid. I couldn't ask for better customer service and definitely recommend this dealership. Every bit a 5 star company. Ask for Mary when you go.

Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. Very accommodating people here who genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Special shout out to Blaine and Russell for a great experience ♥️ Thank you guys so much! Will definitely be back for future car purchases!

It took a couple of weeks which I understand, but then the title paperwork was missing or delayed. All in all its a small annoyance. We love the vehicle

Absolutely the worst service experience l've ever had. I brought my car to Cadillac of Memphis for what should've been a normal service, and they held it for two months with almost zero updates. When I finally got it back, there was a deep scratch down the passenger door that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge or fix the damage. On top of that, my experience with their service director, Chandler Matthews, was extremely disappointing - in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The communication was nonexistent, the accountability was even worse, and I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a Cadillac.
