I just want to take a moment to recognize the sales manager (Abdul B.)at Nissan. Every time I come in, he makes sure to personally welcome me and check to see if I need anything. He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. He’s truly the man with a plan, and I appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and dedication every single time. I had a great experience in the service department thanks to K. Carter. I came in for an oil change, and he made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. He kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. Very accommodating people here who genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Special shout out to Blaine and Russell for a great experience ♥️ Thank you guys so much! I took my truck in to be repaired and the service department would not honor my extended warranty hourly rate did some repairs that are normally figured in with the repair I will never carry my truck back to this dealership I have been dealing with them for years and have bought several vehicles from them but will never buy another vehicle from them and would advise anyone to look elsewhere

The experience was somewhat cumbersome. There was damage that the car encountered doing shipping. I am still waiting for this to be corrected. Upon checking out, I was issued the wrong key to me car. The picture indicated two key fobs and was only given one. Only to find out once returning to the customer service desk that I had been issued the wrong key. Also, my observation was proven correct that I was supposed to receive two key fobs. Lastly, I felt that the car was not properly detailed and clean to the expectation of purchasing a vehicle.

Absolutely the worst service experience l've ever had. I brought my car to Cadillac of Memphis for what should've been a normal service, and they held it for two months with almost zero updates. When I finally got it back, there was a deep scratch down the passenger door that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge or fix the damage. On top of that, my experience with their service director, Chandler Matthews, was extremely disappointing - in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The communication was nonexistent, the accountability was even worse, and I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a Cadillac.
