Took truck in for an oil change at 11:00. Wast told that the truck needed ball joints. wast told that i was to bring back the next morning. Brought back at 7:30 the next day. Was told it would be a couple of hours. At 12:00 i was given a loner . AT 2: 00 i was called and told that the truck was ready. At 3:30 i returned the loaner and picked up the truck. Everything is working properly.

Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob (I believe they work at Cadillac) Wanted to get here a new Buick for Christmas, they went above and beyond, they held the car in the back till it was time for the surprise, they let me take it one day early so my mom could come and do the title work the next day. They even loaned me a giant bow for the day. They dealt with a ton and back and forth and us changing our mind before making the final decision. They went above and beyond for us. They were patient, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with a very nice young lady by the name of Cecily. I came in to look at Ford transit cargo vans that would be suitable for my vending business. I ended up with a 2023 Ford transit 250 which I took delivery on today. When I went to test drive it a check engine light came on which both the mechanic at your facility and the mechanic that I took it to for a free purchase inspection attributed to having sat without being driven for a long period of time. When I called back to speak to Cecily and discuss some logistical details on Monday, she informed me that the check engine light came back on and she took it to the Ford dealer who determined that the reason for the check engine light coming on, was due to the fact that a mouse had chewed the wiring harness. As I understand that the wiring harness was not covered under the factory warranty, but your facility went ahead and covered the cost of replacing the whole wiring harness. On the drive home no check engine lights came on. Here’s hoping I can make it to 200,000 miles in this thing.
