Outstanding staff! Incredible experience! My husband and I purchased our first vehicle together from Zeigler Ford of Lowell, and we couldn't be happier. From my very first interaction with the dealership over the phone, I knew it would be a great experience. Bill Meier was exceptional and very thorough, and he made sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the process. Bill was clear and concise, but very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. Eli explained all of our paperwork very clearly, and made sure he answered all of our questions. I have had my vehicles serviced over the last couple of years at this location, and have been pleased. I recently had some accidental damage done to one of my vehicles during service. The Operations Manager and Service Advisor worked with me to have the repair done to my satisfaction. In Northern Michigan, it is a challenge to find "big city service" in our small towns. Wyatt Ford of Manistee is working to bring that level of service this area deserves.

There was no pressure, and with all the technology on vehicles today, my salesmen (Kurt), was able to answer all my questions and teach me how to use all the features. We have had a rough experience with our new car bought from bergstrom last year. We noted an issue within a few months of owning the vehicle. At our first oil change we brought up the issue and an attempt was tried to fix with no luck. They then had us bring back the vehicle twice stating they had the parts, but when we arrived and waited for hours each time we were sent away with no work complete. The next time they asked us to bring it in they claimed they had the parts and they gave us a loaner so they could work on it. Come to find out they did not have the parts and we were left in the dark for over a week with no update. During this time we were accused by the service tech that we did something to the vehicle that never happened and suggested we file an insurance claim (would have been fraud because nothing happened). They had our vehicle for 27 days before they claimed it was fixed. We received the vehicle back and within one week the same issue was happening.

We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had issues with the AWD system. I contacted them and they brought it in and scanded it found out it was a bad sensor on the rear differential. We had not bought the extended warranty, but they were great and covered the whole thing. We will definitely go back again for any more service and if we are in the market for a new car. Keep up the good work Serra Ford Gaylord!!!

I was in Sturgeon Bay for a training at the Justice Center and on my way, my low tire pressure light came on. After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. He immediately pulled my car in and checked my tires. He was very professional and helpful! I thanked him again and told him how appreciative I was for him to help me out. Way to go Josh! I'm very impressed!

I stopped in to look at a pre-owned ford F150 and was greeted by Eric the Finance Mgr. He was very helpful. He was able to explained the finance process and helped me make an informed buying decision. This was my first time at a car dealer where I wasn't pressured into buying a vehicle right now! I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could patch a leak in my driver side rear tire. The staff was friendly and I told them that I was towing my 40 foot 5th wheel. They advise that they would fix it right and it would take about 30 minutes. The tech (Jacob) came out and told me that it was a nail hole and it was a simple repair. The next day I hooked up my 5th wheel and headed home. I did not even get to Midland when that tire went flat while driving on the highway. This became dangerous being on the shoulder of the road having to disconnect the 5th wheel from the truck and then changing the same tire that they just fixed. When I got home and went to my Ford dealer where I bought the tire the technician who repaired it advised that the previous repair was done wrong, that Babb Ford (Jacob) just plugged the tire instead of doing it right by putting a patch on the inside of the tire on a superduty that hold heavy loads (as in 5th wheels) Fortunately their wasn’t any damage or injuries and I was in a area were I could safely get on the shoulder to change the tire. I did advise service manager of the issue

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!
