If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. I am incredibly glad we made our first stop at this dealership before going anywhere else. Thank you!

I was looking for a very specific color and trim level Ford F-150 Lightning. Worked with Haley who answered my specific questions about the vehicle on their lot and provided a walk-around video. The price is the price but given the low doc fee compared to my state it was still competitive. They also shipped it to me on the East Coast for a reasonable fee. Had to wait a week or so but the truck did arrive in my driveway and very happy with the purchase so far. It's always tricky buying a vehicle from a dealership over 1000 miles away as they know you aren't going to them for service and aren't going to recommend local folks but this experience was a thumbs up for me.

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP. My hat is off to the great team at Luxury and Imports. Special recognition to AJ Romero in sales! AJ was new and few years back when I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 pickup from him. Back then, I found him to be honest, trustworthy, credible, personable and professional. I don't negotiate on car buying. I want a win-win sale. Not out to screw the dealership. And I don't want to be screwed. No haggle sales. I got that a few years ago from Luxury and Imports. And once again, I received that yesterday on my trade and purchase of a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy SUV with 11 miles. 1st new car ever for us. Thank you AJ. And the front office team. I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Kacinda Mitchell. Terrible person to work with. She knows nothing about the their own warranties they provide when you purchase a vehicle from them. She was snobby, rude, and unprofessional. If I did not have a warranty I would go somewhere else and never look back. She does not know how to do her job and doesn't know how to her job crappy and be polite. Can't be bad at both, have to choose one.
