I drove over 6 hours to pick up my truck, and after working with Rob, I can honestly say I would have driven 12 hours if I had to. Working with him was unlike any car-buying experience I have ever had. Rob’s speed, attention to detail, customer service, honesty, and communication are truly world-class. From the beginning, we talked through the numbers clearly, and he gave me the best deal without any games. He was straightforward, transparent, and most importantly, he kept his word. During my search for the right vehicle, I came across a lot of shady dealerships that changed numbers, added hidden fees, and made the process frustrating. Rob did none of that. He was honest from start to finish and delivered exactly what he said he would. That level of integrity is rare, and it made all the difference. As always*, getting my car serviced here was a 100%-positive experience. All the staff are friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Erick Cea, as always, handled everything in a way that made me feel valued, and taken care of, as a customer. The whole place is clean and inviting. In addition to vending machines, the kitchen also offers complimentary coffee and tea; and popcorn. Two Apple desktop workstations, each on a clean desk, with a comfy chair in front. And sometimes it's nice to sit in the comfy armchair placed next to each of the desks. And, possibly most important, a clean and pleasant-smelling bathroom. * I've been a customer of Allen Gwynn's service team for over a decade.

My service manager Kyle Duke went above and beyond my expectations during this process, daily updates even multiple updates in the end also even got my bill reduced to nothing on things not covered by my warranty. I had inquired about a Stelvio a week prior and mentioned I would be flying in from Las Vegas. Upon arrival Elena spotted me and we began the purchasing process. Later Nick arrived and began the paper work. Both, Elena and Nick, were straight to the point and no xxxxxxxx in between. After a very disappointing experience at another Subaru dealership, visiting Subaru Santa Monica turned out to be a completely different story. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. While waiting for my service I walked through the showroom and was greeted right away by a friendly salesperson with a genuine smile and no pressure at all. My service advisor Kevin was calm, polite and very professional. When we discussed the engine air filter, he checked the condition and explained that based on how it looked it could wait a little longer and suggested replacing it during a future visit. I appreciated that honest and practical approach. The whole visit felt easy, respectful and customer-focused. While I was there I also noticed a new Subaru model in bright yellow — amazing shape and color. After driving my red one for a few years, I suddenly thought that maybe my next lease should be yellow. Thank you Kevin for the professional and courteous service. Experiences like this are exactly what make customers want to come back.

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free.
