I bought my car from home via text and phone. The dealership arranged to have my new car delivered to my home and they picked up my trade in as well.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our RAV4 all because of Jim McArdle. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and never pressured us. He kept us informed on the arrival of our vehicle and responded immediately when I texted him with questions. All necessary paperwork was completed before we arrived to pick up the vehicle. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining the vehicle features and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left the dealership. He helped us inspect the vehicle to guarantee that we were happy with the purchase. Working with Jim McArdle was the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle.

Jim Cook the owner of Milpas Motors was very genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We conducted and over the phone transaction, by wire payment. Jim FaceTimed me so we could go over the car together. He graciously answer all my questions and showed the entire car inside and out with temps hovering around one hundred degrees that day. He pointed out the few imperfections without hesitation and happily showed off its assets. I had to have the car shipped, he was more then willing to work with the transporter driver to set up a pickup time even if it was after hours. Plus he had no problem storing the car for that week till it was shipped. Jim kept me informed through out the entire process via email and texts. Just purchased our 2026 Honda Passport RTL Towing at DCH Oxnard! We LOVE IT! We shopped many locations, finally finding our car here... They graciously met my price, which made things really easy. George our sales rep was great. He always followed up to make sure all our questions were answered, never pressured us once, and was a joy to work with. Elie in finance was fantastic as well, a real gentleman. Our first dealing with service went very smooth, service writer Jeff was great. The dealership is clean, modern, and the hour we spent in the lounge was very pleasant with a great coffee machine that served 8 different drinks! We noticed in that hour that every single person in the backgound was happy and very helpful. You'll feel very comfortable buying from this dealership!

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow. Two vehicles were advertised at fair prices online, but when I asked for quotes in person, both had $5,000 markups before taxes and fees, with no explanation. • 2025 Palisade Calligraphy FWD • Online Price: $50,879 • Quoted Price (pre-tax): $55,879 • VIN: KM8R74GEXSU906692 • OTD Price: $61,331.78 • 2025 Palisade SEL Premium FWD • Online Price: $43,705 • Quoted Price (pre-tax): $48,705 • VIN: KM8R44GE0SU934509 • OTD Price: $53,519.93 They also copied my driver’s license without permission and asked for my full address just to give a quote. The Calligraphy I came to see wasn’t even available — the manager had taken it home for the weekend. These practices are dishonest, invasive, and unprofessional. I walked out and will never return. This behavior damages the Hyundai brand and misleads customers.

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but my experience with BMW of Camarillo has left me no choice. I purchased a vehicle from them and had it transported to New York City. Throughout the sales process, I was repeatedly assured that the car had been thoroughly checked over and was in 100% amazing shape. It was also advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle, only for me to be told at the last minute during financing that it wasn’t certified after all. The car was listed with 46,000 miles, but during paperwork, I discovered it had actually been driven an additional 5,000 miles as a demo vehicle by Sam, the General Sales Manager himself. None of this was disclosed upfront. When the vehicle arrived, it had a check engine light on, non-working ambient lighting, and squeaking brakes also the rotors were completely warped. Soon after, it was diagnosed with a major engine issue that rendered the car completely undrivable. I tried multiple times to come to a solution, reaching out directly to Sam, but he was absolutely no help. He took his hands off the situation entirely and told me to contact BMW Corporate for “after warranty assistance”, which he clearly knew wouldn’t lead anywhere. BMW Corporate then told me that only the dealership could authorize a goodwill repair, and BMW of Camarillo refused to help. I’ve now been left with a $70,000 vehicle that doesn’t operate, plus I’m being held responsible for storage and labor fees at the BMW dealership that is currently diagnosing the issue. All I want is to get my car working I’m not asking for anything more than what’s fair. If the car had truly been checked and in the condition they claimed, none of this would be happening. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Buyers beware especially if you’re purchasing from out of state. Get everything in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected. BMW of Camarillo has shown zero accountability and no interest in helping resolve the problem they handed off to me.

They told me since I didn't buy from them, that I was not a priority. Had my new vehicle (500 miles) in for over 2 1/2 weeks while they tried to figure out the start-stop feature that stranded us. Communication is non-existent and we had to go to the dealership in order to talk to anyone about the status. Once returned it was dirty and their was a chip and scratch in the paint (2 different places). Wagoneer services (special attention for wagoneer owners) level III has not been able to contact the dealership or the district manager in over 4 weeks. My issues have been elevated to service level III which is supposedly their top service level with ultimate authority to no result. The service is poor and the jeep corporate support has no authority or communication. Really disappointed in service and communication. Really sad because I like the Wagoneer but it has some issues and I can't get service.
