My experience with the service department was very positive. I purchased a used Volkswagen from another dealership, ran into some questions during the 30-day warranty period, and spoke to Jon at Colonial a couple of times for information since the car was previously serviced by them. Ended up bringing it in - at the other dealership's expense - for a diagnostic on the engine. Thankfully, they didn't find anything - although the other dealership, it turned out, had cleared the codes from the computer - but the experience was a good one and I left feeling more confident in the car and also that Colonial is a place I can bring it to again for responsible follow up.

I was in the market for a Certified pre-owned ES 350. I live in Rhode Island and inventory is very limited so my husband and I made the trip up to Watertown and met with Herb. I fell in love with the car and worked with George on the financials. The entire process was quick and painless. Due to some regulation, since I was purchasing out of my home state, Herb had to go out of his way to drive to RI and meet me to register the car. Everyone did what was promised and I appreciate the high level of attention and service.
