The purchase of a new vehicle is often an unpleasant experience....not at Long-Lewis. Service, sales, and management work seamlessly together. We purchased a vehicle that is new technology (VW ID.4 electric), and there were many questions to be answered. Even though Jeff didn't have all the answers, he was forthcoming about what he knew and promptly found information about those he didn't. We purchased a F-150 from Long-Lewis Muscle Shoals last year and that transaction was similar. Your staff from bottom to top seem to want to be friendly and helpful. Kudos to the entire team.

I sent my 17 year old son to have his oil changed with a coupon that stated the oil change and inspection would be $49.95. We had just had a new crate motor installed. This was the break-in oil change. They did the inspection and did not change the oil. We did not find out until the next oil change that they didn't do it and the service rep said the oil change was not included Will not ever do business with Tuscaloosa Ford again. There are other reputable business who will get my business.

The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.

My soon to be 16 year old found a truck at Gilland. Mr. Kenny Beasley was amazingly patience with an eager soon to be new driver. He answered all his questions. Promised he would let him know as soon as the truck was available to test drive. Mr. Kenny contacted us when it was ready. Allowed us to bring back to Dothan to have our mechanic check it out. We found a small issue the dealership ordered the part and corrected the matter within a day and on his birthday. Paperwork went quickly as we did our own funding. Only issue I had is that I've never purchased a car used or new that the dealership didn't fill the tank up. Guess times have changed on that. But as for Mr. Kenny you can not go wrong with him.

Went by there to tell them still same issues. I was told hope you make it back. Car now in shop getting $4500 worth of repairs that were not done in the first place. Old clutch, bushings, nuts all put back on by SS Ford. Don’t recommend this place for anything

They added $6000 in fees instead. They’re charging a $2500 admin fee just to buy a car because of COVID. What a joke.
