With Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon, it was a very pleasant experience and I feel I got a fair deal. The dealership's service department has been helpful as well, even down to the guy shuttling me to work when I dropped off my car for service.

I didn’t know what type of vehicle or manufacturer I wanted when I started looking. All I knew was that I wanted a new vehicle. Long-Lewis made it easier because they had access to more than one manufacturer. Example: Long-Lewis Ford, Long-Lewis Honda, Long-Lewis Mitsubishi, etc. Because I didn’t know what I wanted, I made it difficult on my salesman. He offered to bring an SUV in from another city and when did decide to buy he delivered the vehicle to my home town dealer. I didn’t need to drive thirty miles away to close, we did it at my home town dealer. Less hassle good price.

So, got a recall from Ford for my 2007 Explorer. First made an appointment for the repair on the recall we receive, appointment was made. Two days later called them to confirm The recall repair appointment. At the appointment date we showed up, checked in and the desk writer told us he didn’t think they had the part to repair the recall. The he looked at the distance we traveled and said “we’ll, since you traveled from such long distance, let me see what we can do for you”. As if he was doing us a favor. Three hours later he called to inform us that it was done, finished. I ask you, can we trust this service department?

I purchased a new automatic 2015 Ford Ecoboost Mustang from this dealership a little less than 3 years ago. I've used the car to commute to college in that time. Out of nowhere my check engine light came on and my car started jerking on my way home from class so I drove it straight to the local Ford dealership. The next day I was told my transmission had Failed and because my mileage was at 67,000 and the power train ended at 60,000, that I would have to cover the cost to fix it. When I spoke to the service director at Town and Country Ford, I was told that even though I regularly had my car serviced (at their dealership), that they have no diagnostic test that would've let them know something was wrong with my transmission and that I would have to just call and complain to Ford and hope they do something. Now after I had to find a way to commute to college the whole summer apparently Ford is only covering a small portion of their mistake, leaving me with thousands to pay. I'm sure I'll get another call from your dealership trying to tell me how my problem isn't really with the dealership that it's with Ford but that isn't true. Your dealership sold me the car. Your dealership serviced my car. My car failed. You put little to no effort into rectifying the situation.

Long-Lewis used to be such a good dealership with great service and reasonable turnaround. Unfortunately, much longer than average wait times for diagnostics now plague their service department. When other Ford dealerships can have you worked in within a day or two and this location quotes you 1-2 weeks or more for the same service, it is rather baffling. Definitely not what they used to be...

Kept my newly purchased car for 45 days to fix a fuel guage not working. Tore the under cover of the front bumper. Had to fix it myself. Right front tire was leaking air. Took to a tire store couldnt be fixed due to it had a plug so had to buy a tire. Yes, a plug in a front tire. Not a patch.. Service Manager does not care about the customers. Techs dont care.
