Went to the dealership to price used F250's. By luck wound up at the desk of Jerry Jones and after looking and pricing several different trucks the New F250 was the better deal. I've always been partial to ford trucks but the guys at the dealership can make or break anyone from a brand. Jerry was a no BS guy and I felt comfortable knowing I was getting the best deal I could get.

I had a problem with my vehicle and took it to Moyer Ford. The service department looked at my vehicle to see what I needed to fix it. The part was ordered and was there the next day. When I picked up the part the service advisor took my part and installed it in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Being here from out of state it was such a relief to have found such an efficient knowledgeable dealer.

I never felt pressured and was glad to get to know Dan while shopping. He has a great personality. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but the next time I shop for Ford, i'll call Dan.

Iron City Ford is THE BEST around. Worked with the Dealer Manager, Matt, who beat every everyone elses pricings and included options within the north Alabama region. Made a two hour drive well worth with to due business on my old trade in for a new Ford F150. Best to work with and great guy. Our sales rep, Richard was on point to great us with Matt upon our arrival and had my pickup ready while we worked out financing and made sure all my requests were already taken care of. I appreciated that he also topped off the tank and had my old plate from my trade in ready for me. Even their finance department was top notch. We had done our shopping around and "knew" we had the best rate, but Nathan, the Iron City Ford finance director, managed to find a quarter point lower rate for us. Also, extremely knowledgeable as well and excellent to work with. Have purchased from Dodge/Jeep, Honda, and GMC and now Ford. Iron City Ford hands down beat every other dealership purchase experience with Honda the only other dealership that even came a little close to the friendly/helpful and fast service we received at Iron City Ford. Faulty Transmission - bamaengineer16
I purchased a new automatic 2015 Ford Ecoboost Mustang from this dealership a little less than 3 years ago. I've used the car to commute to college in that time. Out of nowhere my check engine light came on and my car started jerking on my way home from class so I drove it straight to the local Ford dealership. The next day I was told my transmission had Failed and because my mileage was at 67,000 and the power train ended at 60,000, that I would have to cover the cost to fix it. When I spoke to the service director at Town and Country Ford, I was told that even though I regularly had my car serviced (at their dealership), that they have no diagnostic test that would've let them know something was wrong with my transmission and that I would have to just call and complain to Ford and hope they do something. Now after I had to find a way to commute to college the whole summer apparently Ford is only covering a small portion of their mistake, leaving me with thousands to pay. I'm sure I'll get another call from your dealership trying to tell me how my problem isn't really with the dealership that it's with Ford but that isn't true. Your dealership sold me the car. Your dealership serviced my car. My car failed. You put little to no effort into rectifying the situation.

Several customers ahead of me. Service Manager said it could bee two hours, and I said no problem. Within an hour I was on the road. I ask what happened to two hours and the Service Manager said they re arranged some workload and got customers out earlier. Great service!!

Overall I’m pleased with the level of service from the sales department. All of my initial issues were rectified within a reasonable time and I’ve grateful for that.
Cons: Subpar knowledge base on vehicle features, fluids weren’t topped off after purchase (radiator, windshield wiper fluid), missing truck bed cleats, not the greatest service department.
Pros: Reasonably priced, accommodating to customer demands, military friendly, and great customer service.
