The vehicle was waiting for me with no hidden fees or any “oh I forgot “ price hikes. They even added a bed liner at no charge. This was the 5th new Ford that I have purchased and was by far the easiest and best deal I’ve had.

Don't go to this dealership towards the end of the month to buy a vehicle. I believe that some of them will say whatever they need to to get the sale in by month end. I have purchased 7 to 10 vehicles from this dealership counting the ones bought from Gilmore before the buyout. I believe they took my trust and past purchases for granted. I truly regret the purchase.

They only get one star because I can't go less than one. Absolute worst customer service ever. I would consider their service department as a parts changer, not a service department. Took my car in for a fan blower problem, and three trips in, and $1,085 later, its still doing the same thing. Now they want more money to replace another part. All of this within days of the first visit.

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.
