Using many of the online web sites to find what i wanted i finally found what i wanted at Woody Anderson. Melanie Henderson did a wonderful job of helping me purchase the f 150 i have been looking for. Everyone was completely open and honest and did not try to charm me into paying for Dealer add-ons that i did not want or need. It was well worth the drive from Southeast Louisiana to Huntsville Alabama to secure my F-150. The truck is awesome and i just love it. I was very specific on what i wanted and Woody Anderson had my truck. Thank you all for a no-nonsense experience.

Not only was the "we owe you" work done timely and properly Colton took care of a couple of recalls that I ask about. He worked it out to have them done today while I was there. I really appreciate how he took the time to chase down the parts and schedule the additional work on the same day keeping me from having to use my vacation time to come back and compete the task. I took my car to the Ford dealership to get an oil change and alignment. Well the car was still not aligned and was shaking very bad. Took it back a week later they said it was fixed. No shaking. Got in the car and drove down the road... Shaking. Today was my third time for them to try and fix it. The car was brought back to me. I drove it and it was shaking terribly. I went to the service department and Bradley said he had three different people drive it and it didn't shake. I also talked to Tim W. Over the service department and he stated that he drove it and it didn't shake or nothing. He said he didn't know what else to do to get the car right because it drove just fine for him. I would never never ever recommend this place to anyone for service or to purchase a vehicle!
