Let me start off by saying I dread the auto buying process. My experience in the past was it’s gonna take ALL DAY.. My last 2 cars took at least 5-6 hrs. to purchase. Not to mention the numerous salesman that swears they’re going to do “everything” in their power to get is in the car we want just to find out they won’t take or return our phone calls. But we hit the jackpot when we found Frenchy Paz at Harbin Ford. My husband had initially talked to Frenchy back in November about a car and he said “I will not give up until I put you in a car that you want”. Of course I was like yea I’ve heard that many times before. So imagine my surprise when my husband said Frenchy had called and has us the car we wanted. I was like in shock that he actually remembered us from 2 months ago and he kept his word. We arrived at 4 and was sitting at home by 6. Frenchy was the most friendly down to earth salesman. He took a lot of time with me explaining all the buttons and programs. He didn’t rush thru everything just to get to his next score. He had lots of patience and he made me feel like I could talk to him however long I needed to in order for me to understand what all my car could do. Turns out my car is smarter than I am but not to worry cause I got Frenchy. HE is what the other dealerships are missing. So be proud Harbin Ford for finding Frenchy. I’ll be passing his cards out like a pez dispenser.

I've always been able to call Melissa Henson and tell her what we were looking for and she'd get to work finding it. I can't say enough about her! Eveybody at Opelika had a great attitude, they all were very helpful and informative. They all did everything in a fast professional way. Service Department Terrible Service - What!
Made an appointment two weeks again for a part in my heater to be fixed at 8:00. Spent the entire day without a car just to find out that my car has not even been looked at !! Why make an appointment if it means absolutely nothing !!!! Says it will be another DAY before they will have time to look at it! So obviously this is being doing to numerous clients!!!

OVER PRICED SHYSTERS! - 17F-250
First off yesterday I drove over an hour away to look at a truck that AUTONATION has and I get there about a hour before they close and nobody is there due to the Al/Ga football game. Ok next day I call and try to get more information on the price. They never could give me a straight answer. However a lady assured me that they are willing to do whatever it takes to make a deal happen. I set up an appointment to make sure somebody would be there. Get there look at the truck and ask about the price again and never get a straight answer. Their website showed MSRP minus rebates and discounts which came down to xxxxx. Well they finally tell me a number on the truck and it is over MSRP or $10,000 over what web showed. And yes it was the same truck online. I then question them about it and they are like it is the tires that we (Ford) added, lift kit and one other thing. I am like just tires, no rims, and a lift kit and the other thing is no where near $10,000. They responded and said yeah it’s about $2,800.... ok well what is the other $7,200 that is still over MSPR. Oh I forgot, they then told me it was a demo truck meaning that a higher up drove it for 3,700 Miles. And they get discounts for demos, but they don’t pass it along. Not to mention the truck was over a year and a month old already.. DONT GO TO AUTONATION FORD AUBURN! . Go a couple exits up 85 north to Opelika Ford. I called them 9 min before they closed and told them I was on my way. They stayed untill after 10 pm to sell me my truck. They gave me a really good price, worked there butts off, and made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Opelika Ford. I love my new truck!

I recently went to Collier Ford. I showed up a few minutes before they were to close, but Mr Byron Taylor was extremely pleasant regardless. He was extremely fair in pricing, trustworthy, considerate, and easy to work with. I plan to use his dealership for my car maintenance. I am extremely picky as to whom I recommend, but I recommend him without reservation.

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.
Vehicle repair - Not a Peach
They have had my vehicle 6 days. In 6 days they determined my battery was bad and could not do diagnostics. They wanted to charge $85. to check the battery and $175. for a new battery. We bought our own battery for $78. put it in ourselves. Car is doing the exact same thing. After requesting for the managers manager and complaining about the $85 battery testing fee he said fee should only be $35. (Battery test free at most places)Towing the car to another mechanic. Feeling taken.
Pitiful - Disappointedford
Contacted them on a Wednesday about a truck and set up a appointment for that following Saturday to look at and discuss the truck. For 3 days I was in contact with 3 salesman via email and text. I drove 100 miles to arrive and they tell me the truck in question had been sold 2 days prior. I have no problem the truck was sold but they did not have the decency to let me know before I made a special 200 mile round trip for nothing. Not good business
