The buying process couldn't have been more professional and courteous, the service was quick and efficient, and the handling of a customer service issue was simply excellent.
I had an issue with the extended warranty contract and the financial manager, Quin Tang, took care of it with the highest level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. Once the item had been handled he called to explain what had been done and to call him if I had any questions.

I bought a 2006 honda from eckenrod ford on Saturday. Tuesday took to a Honda dealership to be told this car should not have been sold. This was a car they would have sent to auction. To name a few issues broken motor mounts & power steering leak in short it would be over 3000.00 to fix everything.

You have obviously not learned there is a balance between having great people employed and return customers. Your best salesman, Sparky Sparks, fired because you had to pay him too much. Your service center has gone from great to crap since you’re fired Brad. Are used to drive past two dealerships just to go there for service. Since his firing (to save money as his coworkers reported), you need to know that you’ve lost 4 oil changes, one tuneup, and eight new tires to fast lane in Alabaster . I may be one customer, but I‘m showing my displeasure with my feet – I won’t be back. I will go out to Anniston to buy my new car from a salesman who actually cares about his customers and when I find out where Brad is working, that’s where I’ll get my car serviced!

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and dropped my truck off promptly the morning of the scheduled date. The service department did not even get around to looking at my truck until a full 24 plus hours after I dropped it off. Due to their delay, the parts needed to fix my truck took longer to obtain. I was also charged $60.00 for an oil change that should have been free.
