To make a long story short, I was having no luck in finding a good deal on a new 2017 Dodge Charger in my hometown. To say that I was discouraged would be an understatement. I just happened to see a beautiful white 2017 Dodge Charger online at Tallassee Automotive. When I called Tallassee Automotive, the secretary said that Eric (Gill) was with a customer, but he would call me back. It wasn't ten minutes later that Eric (Gill) called me back, and he was so kind to offer me a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Charger over the phone. Since I had almost given up on purchasing a 2017 Dodge Charger at a good price, I was beyond excited!!!
The next day my family and I traveled 4 hours to Tallassee, Alabama, and Eric (Gill) stayed after hours to allow us to look at and purchase the 2017 Dodge Charger. Eric was so kind to my family and me. Before we picked up our Charger, Eric was so kind to have our windows tinted too. With the tinted windows, our white 2017 Dodge Charger looked spectacular!!! I wish you could see it!!!
We have now had our 2017 Dodge Charger for a week and a half, and we have almost 1000 miles on it! It has been in Destin Beach and all over the place! It is a gorgeous car, and we have never had a car run this beautifully! My family and I are so very, very happy with our purchase!

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and dropped my truck off promptly the morning of the scheduled date. The service department did not even get around to looking at my truck until a full 24 plus hours after I dropped it off. Due to their delay, the parts needed to fix my truck took longer to obtain. I was also charged $60.00 for an oil change that should have been free.

Bought a vehicle from here not long ago. The salesman was spectacular and made the entire buying process easy but once we went over to the finance department things hit the fan. The guy would not take no for an answer. We had been there for hours and needed to leave. We kept telling him that we did not want additional coverage and he would find more and more things to show us. I am patient but it finally reached a point where it was just too much so I told him that we didn't want it and we needed to go. His reply was "It is my right and my obligation to tell you all of your options" in the rudest possible tone. He finished going over the warrenty so I told him I did not want an extended warranty and he nodded and said "okay." I thought when started clicking for a minute on his computer that we were finally getting the paperwork ready as we were in a hurry, only to a webpage of what all the extended warrenty covered! Did they think that being rude and making me stay LONGER would make me want to buy something I had already told them I did not want???
