My service rep was friendly and courteous.
Price to scan a code on the vehicle was excessive. Over a thousand dollars to drop the gas tank low enough to replace a sensor on top, also viewed as pricey.

I'm from out of state, I needed a oil change in my heavy duty F-250 diesel. I called for a appointment, they got me in fast.
The work was completed fast, they ask questions form my likes. The service was completed at a fair price.
If I'm ever back in this area I'll defiantly use Peach Motors.
Excellent dealership in all categories. - Jim
Absolutely the best dealership, in all aspects, I have ever dealt with. As example, I drive over 40 miles each way to use this dealership. I have several options closer, but trust this dealership 100%.

If I could write this place 0 stars I would. Scheduled a service visit for my 3 week old truck and despite being given a scheduled time I was told they wouldn't be able to look at it for three to four days and couldn't provide any rental or courtesy vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous for a brand new vehicle. I will be driving to Hoover or Birmingham for any future service.
Edit to add: Called Long-Lewis in Hoover, got an appointment the next day with guaranteed courtesy vehicle. Most pleasant change from the above experience at Tuscaloosa Ford. Will be using them exclusively. The customer experience difference is every bit worth the extra drive.

The repair to fix a starting issue was incredibly expensive, took over 2 weeks and they didn’t do all the requested work. Not like it used to be when dealerships did the best work.
Horrible customer service! - amims18
I called this office to schedule an oil change and the receptionist (Lana?) told me I could be in and out in a matter of minutes and to come on in. I arrived less than 10 minutes later just to have the long brown haired receptionist tell me they could not get me in and to come back. I told her that she had she spoken to me on the phone and she said it's "not her problem" after getting smart with me. Very unprofessional lady and very loud and non-educated! I went right down the road to the express oil change where they were both friendly and quick. I will never return to baugh ford and can assure you my family will not either! Hire professional staff!

I made an appointment several weeks ahead (that is all they could offer) for what should have been a quick diagnostic test to at least give me an idea of what was wrong. They kept my vehicle all day then said they did not have time to get to it. They should have 1) not given me an appointment in the first place or 2) told me the morning of they were overloaded and turned me away. This has happened to me here before. If you like being made a fool of, I recommend going there. If not, drive somewhere else. Complete disregard for the customers time.
PLACE IS A JOKE!! I bought a used F-150 FX4 in November... - Cooper.hunter
PLACE IS A JOKE!! I bought a used F-150 FX4 in November of 2020. Well in March 2021 is was getting hot so I turned on the AC for the first time, and to my surprise no AC. OK I’m a little upset but it’s a used truck ..so they forgot to check the AC it was November no big deal I’ll take it up there and they’ll fix it. WRONG! These “service ” people / criminals gave me a quote of 4,500 dollars to fix AC!! So after raising immortal xxxx they said they would do me a favor and only charge me 2800 dollars....wow thanks😡. So the day I was supposed to take it up there I had something come up at work and cannot take it. I called them and they said I can bring it anytime just give them a heads up once again thanks guys🤦🏻♂️During this time my mother had a problem with her AC and took it to a place called Rogers in prattville. When she picked it up her bill was $35 and the air conditioner work great. So I decided to take my truck up there and get them to do a diagnostic test on it which is half the price Stivers charges by the way. This was on a Thursday I get a call Friday that my air conditioner is working and my truck is able to pick up whenever I’m convenient for me. So of course I asked what was wrong with the AC and it was a fuse and low on Freon $180 and the air conditioner works great thank you Rogers!!! To think that I almost pay that $2800 makes me absolutely sick they are criminals plain and simple.
Oh there’s more! What about the vehicle I paid almost $4000 for the year of servicing for free but not for free. After hearing some negative stuff about their service department I decided to marked my air filter and my tires to see if they would do an air filter change and tire rotation. for the first two services I took it up there 10000 miles they did neither one of them! I wish I could put pictures on here. Yall this is not a technician problem...this is a problem that starts at the very stinking top! And by the way there wasn’t an option for zero stars or I would’ve done it

Service Department - DannyL
They only get one star because I can't go less than one. Absolute worst customer service ever. I would consider their service department as a parts changer, not a service department. Took my car in for a fan blower problem, and three trips in, and $1,085 later, its still doing the same thing. Now they want more money to replace another part. All of this within days of the first visit.
Very Disappointed. - Sherrie
Jeep giving all kinds of codes, then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
My truck which is a F150 Shelby has been at this... - lukegodwin
My truck which is a F150 Shelby has been at this dealership for 5 weeks now. It’s is still there waiting to get fixed. The issue is with the motor and misfire in the cylinder’s. The service has been terrible by the service manager. I had to give them the number to Shelby to get a answer on what steps to take on getting my truck fixed. I have not been offered a loaner or a rental been provided for me. All they can tell me is that they don’t know if it’s a Ford issue or a Shelby issue. Shelby doesn’t provide a rental for warranty work. If I would have known that these 2 companies didn’t take care of their customers on warranty issues then I wouldn’t have bought a 100,000 dollar truck. I have called the service shop numerous times and left voicemails with no callbacks. I had to corner the service manager in the office to have him tell me that he wasn’t going to put a new engine in my truck then have to replace it again in 20,000 miles. I have tried calling the GM but he hasn’t returned my call either. I should have read the reviews on this dealership before bringing my truck there. I have called Ford customer service and their excuse is people out with COVID. How has that stopped them for 4 weeks getting in touch with Shelby or Ford warranty. The service rep has been good. Ryan has apologized for it taking so long when he told me to bring my truck there from another Ford dealership in Mobile. My other Ford Raptor truck has been there for 2 different issues and they got it fixed pretty quickly because it wasn’t under warranty. I wish I had got the same service as a paying customer on my warranty issues.

I called and asked a question in service about a car I’m building, a simple question at that. The guy I spoke with was a xxxxxxx and treated me like I was dumb, then I talked to the boss and he answered my question with no problem and was nice. My family has bought several new vehicles from this dealership, I am a retired veteran and that’s how that guy wants to treat someone who has to been to war and kept this nation free so he could have a job in the first place. I’ll never be back there and I’ll make sure my dad doesn’t buy another 50000 dollar truck from here again.....

Extremely Poor service department with two exceptions, Leslie and Chris. Caleb is a total moron and today, whoever the guy at the service department desk was asleep at 2:00 in the afternoon while I stood there waiting to be served. Really pitiful.
This is a letter of complaint about service on my truck - lash12
This is a letter of complaint about service on my truck, 1999 Ford Ranger XLT, 4cyl 2.5 , 5 speed manual transmission.
I took my Ranger to Collier Ford in Wetumpka AL. on March 7, 2014 to have the valve cover gasket, power steering pump, serpentine drive belt and sparks plugs changed. My truck was idling fine when I took it to them. When I picked my truck up it was idling very high, although it would idle down very slowly. I called Collier Ford and they said to bring it back. I took the truck back. They said they had cleaned the Throttle body while they had it off changing the vale cover gasket. Collier’s Tech checked my truck and said it had to be the IAC valve. I had to come back the next day because they did not have one in stock. The next day the Tech put a new IAC vale on but it was not a Ford part. My truck idled higher than it did when I brought it back to them. The Tech said they had this problem in the Past, so they ordered a Ford IAC valve. When the valve came in I took my truck back and the Tech put the Ford IAC valve on this slowed the idle down to where it was when I brought it back to them because of the idle.
The Service Manager drove the truck with me and agreed it was not right. I left my truck with then for two days. When I picked my truck up this time it was still idling high. The Service Manager said they had flashed the computer and I would need to drive it about 500 miles to reset it. I drove the 500 plus miles, however, when going down the road at 55 mph and let off the accelerator and push in the clutch it would take 10 seconds for the truck to idle down. Now that could be a big problem in heavy traffic. After the 500 plus miles the truck is still idling high. I took the truck back to Collier Ford. The service Manager told me this all he could do. I argued with him and he finally told me if I could find something wrong he would pay to have it fix. I took my truck to Wetumpka Tire where it was checked out by their two best Techs. Their diagnostic was it was the throttle body or the ECM. They told me to take my truck to another Ford Dealership. I took my truck to Gilmore Ford in Prattville AL. Gilmore’s Tech checked my truck and said it was the throttle cable so they ordered one and it came in and was changed a few days later. This did not fix the problem. Gilmore’s Tech flashed the ECM again. I picked up my truck and it was still idled high. The Tech said I would need to drive it 40 cycles for the computer to reset. About a month later I took the truck back to Gilmore Ford it is still idling high. The Tech said the only other possibly was the throttle body itself. I found one new throttle body at a Ford Dealership in TN. I order it myself and paid for it. Gilmore Ford installed it for me. They gave me the old part and showed me where it was damaged when cleaned. The problem was solved. My truck idles like it did before the work was done at Collier Ford. Thanks to Derick at Gilmore Ford. My truck was fixed June 6, 2014. It liked one day being three months to get my truck fixed.
I talked to the Service Manager Scott and Kim Collier Maddox at Collier Ford and asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the throttle body only
