Travis Smith was my sales person and he was wonderful because I had a ton of questions he was very patient and answered all my questions I had previously gone to another dealer and they did not treat me very nice so these guys did went out of their way I believe.

I attempted to schedule service for a Ford purchased from this dealer. Due to caring for my wife who has dementia the only day I am available is Friday (any Friday). The service manager told me that due to a heavy workload they would keep the vehicle over the weekend. My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call.

They didn't have the vehicle with the option I needed in stock, but they located one at a dealership 200 miles away and had it in Kingman for me the next day. I went into the dealership for service for my old vehicle but salesman Erik Vanvelzen put together such a great deal on a new 2017 Edge I walk out with a new vehicle!
The whole staff is great to work with and I will be going back for my shop service and any of my new vehicle needs in the future.

The employees at the main shop are unhappy since the quick lane has taken their quick repairs away. Be aware of the "wallet flush" as their over selling un needed services as a result. I checked my owners manual and they recommended way more than what is required from the manufacturer. Complained to the customer relations department. Never heard from the dealer as promised. I guess they don't need my business. I'll go somewhere else. To bad as I have purchased 3 new vehicles from the Earnhardt organization.

We were in the area for a couple of days while traveling cross-country in our RV. We needed an oil change. I called, spoke to Carlos, and he was able to schedule us that afternoon. We arrived on time for our appointment, Carlos was there to greet us and was friendly & knowledgeable. We had a dilemma in that our cat was in the unit. We were going to kennel her & take her inside to wait with us, but Carlos and the equally as friendly technician said we could run the generator & the air conditioners and just wait in the RV with our pet. They had us serviced and on the way with smiles and gratefulness for their accommodations.

Ford Motor Company provided me with a contact, Scott Van Meter, Service Manager, at the dealership. From the moment we met he was very open and transparent, listened to me, and was very informative and helpful through the entire process. Outstanding customer service experience, I will definitely continue to bring my car back for service.

I went to buy a car that was supposed to get really good mpg, took a test drive, was ready to make a cash deal but the salesman said he would not recomend I buy the car? I asked him to explain ? He said don’t do it! Am glad I didn’t buy,! I found out later the government was exposing ford for exaggerating the mpg! Another time I took my truck in about the transmission, the mechanic said I can give you a deal if you want, private side deal. Wanted 600.00 cash and said he would do it on his day off but use the company equipment, sorry I cannot trust them , they advertise their business as a friendly and caring dealer, stay away from them , you will be disappointed and pay more!!!! Be warned!!!’

There are about a million reasons why I would not go back to Mcspaden. Their customer service sucks, they are manipulative they do not get the work done when they say they will and order exspensive parts and fix it before you can give them the okay or no. I will never take another truck there ever again. If there was a negative number out of 5 stars I would give it to them. Save the time headache and money and take it elsewhere.

Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!

When my Toyota Sienna died on the highway it was towed to the nearest AAA approved repair shop--Steve Coury Ford. Arriving too late to diagnose the problem, I was told by Ben Clifton they woud check it out the next morning & give me a call. We got a motel room & settled in for the night. The next afternoon I was told the timing belt had jumped and I would need a new timing belt and water pump which had a small leak. Ben said these always come as a kit & are replaced at the same time. He said it was a 4 hour job with an estimated $500-$600 price tag, They had the parts though and he assured me they would be able to do the job the next day. Because of commitments in the valley my wife & I rented a car & drove back to Phoenix. The next day I called Coury around noon & reached one of the techs who said they were working on it, but it was looking like it would take another day. I told him that was unacceptable & that I had to return the rental car and expected mine to be done as promised. There were still over 4 hours left in the day. I checked again at 2:00PM just before leaving the house & reached Ben who assured me the tech was mistaken & the car would be ready. We drove to Star Valley & picked up the car around 4:00 PM thinking everything had been done as agreed. While I was paying the $530 bill, Ben told me they had not been able to replace the water pump because it was not included in the kit.with the timing belt. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! Since Ben made no other comment I assumed that at least a new timing belt had been installed.
I didn't find out how wrong that was until I called Ben a few days later to lodge a complaint. After talking to several repair shops about replacing the water pump I was told "no reputable shop would replace the timing belt without replacing the water pump." That's when Ben told me to look at my receipt & I would see that he didn't replace the timing belt either. Instead he just re-installed the old one & reset the timing. In other words, Ben gave me a $530 bandaid & left me facing another $500-$600 bill to get the repair done that he promised to do. I still have a leaky water pump & a suspect timing belt with over 60K miles on it that I now wouldn't trust for any extended drive. Ben can't understand my outrage. After all, he got me back on the road, so what's the problem?
I guess if he thinks lying about having the parts, lying about the water pump being left out of the kit, lying about the work he was going to do and lying about how long it would take aren't reason to be upset, that should tell you all you need to know about taking your car to Steve Coury Ford. Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. Just count the 1 star for some friendly staff.
Service does not exist at " Service department " - Very Dissatisfied FORMER Client
If you need any work done on your Ford DO NOT GO TO JONES FORD FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Jones Ford and explained that I just needed the celinoid replaced in my rear hatch and was unable to do it myself. $ 366 and 2 1/2 hours later I was told that they ran diagnostics and found that I needed the celinoid replaced in the rear hatch. The service coordinator then proceeded to complain that the tech had to climb over the back seat to get to the rear hatch. HOW ELSE DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD ACESS THE HATCH FROM THE INSIDE WHEN THE CELINOID IS BAD AND I COULDN'T OPEN IT!!!! Then my appointment was for 12 noon today. I arrived only to be told that the techs were at lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.. and I should return at 1:30 to see if they can "fit me in". I WILL NEVER HA VE A CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN !

I had an A+ experience at this dealership and it was all due to my salesman, Cesar Felix. I put off purchasing a vehicle for as long as I could simply because I didn’t want to deal with the stereotypical “car salesman” but Cesar was so accommodating and easy to work with from beginning to end. He was especially patient and worked really hard to find exactly what I was looking for. He said he would find me a car I liked and he delivered- I love my new Ford Explorer! I would definitely and without a doubt recommend him to my friends and family!
Charlie also was very helpful and explained everything clearly during the finance piece.
The only negative was the very long wait times during the negotiating and finance part when he had to defer to his manager but I don’t know how much of that was in his control.

Prolonged survice. - Don
Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...

I bought my 2013 Lincoln from Babbitt Ford brand new. Love my car but have had a few issues. Service department needs work. Touch screen needed to be replaced. Twice they have called to say the part is in twice I took my car in to have them call me the part wasn't there. I even got blamed for making the second appointment on my own with no call about the part being there. It's been 6 weeks since the start still no part!! Once if ever they get the part fixed I won't go back to Babbitts.

I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information.
At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him.
Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it.

I had a good experience when I bought my car brand new at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. It is time for my first oil change so I called yesterday to see what the cost would be, letting the girl know that it is my first oil change. I ask if I purchase the gold plan if it covered the oil change she gave me to finance dept to find out I do not have it covered only the vehicle warranty. Which is fine the reason I called is they are a distance for me to drive if it is not covered I would go to a ford dealership closer to me. I called automation closer to me but they were booked so I got ahold of surprise ford dealership and took it this morning. To find out I should have got my 1st oil change FREE that Ford pays for the first oil change to the dealership you buy it for. I am very disappointed that I was not told that yesterday from the dealership I bought it from. I hope they contact me and reimburse me for my oil change since I would have gladly went to them if they would have inform me of this. I want others to know of this so they get their free oil change!!
