I ordered a new 2022 F-250 and was able to get exactly what I wanted with a no-pressure sales experience AND no dealer markup. John Dye was great and understood exactly what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into options I didn't need. I bought a 2005 Jeep Rubicon online with 83000 miles. The dealer was very professional and sold what they represented in the description they accepted my offer as well. Michael Brill who was my sales rep, did a great job answering questions and addressing any concerns. The GM was also very great to work with.I expressed my concern that since I purchased a vehicle online and had no way to test drive it as I live in Texas and they are located in Arizona, how can I be assured upon receipt that I will have the ability to have resolutions should there be any mechanical problem at time of receipt and a day or two to test the vehicle. He assured me that the dealership will stand behind what they sold me and allow me a reasonable solution if there were a problem. This was how I confidently closed the sale with such great professional courtesy. The Jeep arrived yesterday on 8/30/22 in superb condition of a vehicle 17 years old. The dealer completely detailed the vehicle, including the engine and engine compartment, the gave me a full tank of gas and I was informed by the delivery driver that the Jeep top was brand new from the dealership. My wife and I have taken it on the road in our neighborhood for a superficial shakedown. So far everything works as it should. Today I will test the 4x4 both high and low and also the air lockers that the Rubicon is noted to have as standard equipment. The interior was in excellent condition and had high quality seat covers on the front buckets and rear seat as well. All in all the Jeep for its age is as near new condition as can be expected and we were both elated and relived to finally have it in our possession. From start to finish of sale to delivery it took about two weeks. I found this to be acceptable as we live over 1000 miles from the dealership and had to shop for a reasonable rate for a auto transport company. Diesel Auto Express is who did my delivery and I highly recommend them should anyone need a transport service. They took great care to ensure the vehicle arrived in a timely manner and in the condition it left the dealership. They are an insured and reputable company with dispatchers who can tell you where your driver is and also provide the drivers phone number. This was a plus sines we live remote and wanted the driver to have local road conditions and route options.

Was there Tuesday, August 25. Had made an appointment days before. It was 8:15., they took my car to the back and parked it. It sat there until 1:45, when I told them to go get it for me, I was leaving. Now mind you, I had made an appointment, I didn't just drop it off. It sat there the whole time. Nobody looked at it, Nobody came to me and talked to me about the situation. Real nice customer service!! I've always had my vehicles there for service. Not anymore , I won't be back!!

Got Warrenty for my dent protection on the contract when I purchased the vehicle. Few months later I called the dent protection company and they told me that the warranty is not on the records. Got charge for this warranty and can not get the warranty cover the dents.,
Also, request to refund me the GAP and not working with me at all. This dealership is not helpful after all see as numbers and not customer service priority. Do not buy from this dealership at all.

So disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. Advisor telling me my car needed more repairs. After all repairs paid for the water pump went out. That is why I made the appt in the first place. When it was diagnosed I was told it wasn't the pump. I was sold labor and parts that were not even needed. Within two days I had to pay for a tow back to dealership. Apparently, water is now in the engine. And my car is still there., needing a new engine because they didn't replace the water pump in the first place

I have called in countless times, taken my issue all the way up through the senior managers, no one knows what's wrong with the car, when they see the video they say, "that's strange", but they refuse to make it right. They sold me a car that is unsafe for me and my children and they need to make it right. I won't be silenced and I won't just go away. It's dangerous and I won't let my children be in danger for anyone's comfort or commission. Take the car back!

Wish I could rate them at -5 but 1 star is lowest. I am devastated after completing my first ever car purchase at Peoria Ford. I ordered a Bronco and after 18 months of waiting, I got screwed over by the financing manager Tyler Kellett and Sales Manger Jonathon Stewart. Ford Motor Company told me they would honor the 2021 sales price on my order because of their manufacturing issues. Peoria Ford refused to honor that promise and instead charged $7,117.00 over MSRP. I was also scammed into over $10k in add ons and service contracts that were never explained to be additional products or costs. I have so far logged complaints with the Attorney General and Ford Corporate. Not sure writing this will make any difference either based on the countless bad reviews for this dealership. Is there any hope for people in this country to not have to endure this over and over again?

But wanted to purchase a 2018 Expedition and I was asked if I knew how much the vehicle cost.
Keep in mind we also told them we were looking at a Tahoe and Navigator in addition to the Expedition.
One of the managers told the salesman "can she even afford the vehicle"
So we walked out the door... COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
I went to Bell Ford the next day and Purchased a 2018 Expedition Limited where they took care of us.
Tried to give them another shot about 5 months later to look for another vehicle, surprisingly no one approached us or offered to help us look, instead, they continued talking to each other.
Don't even waste your time coming here. Amazing Dealerships across the street... (Coulter Nissan - Luke and Justin are great and Sands Kia - Derek is amazing, and if you are looking for a ford Bell Ford will take care of you!)
Even when taking the Expedition in for maintenance issues and a recall it was a hassle and was always another issue. Yet again, Bell Ford to the rescue.

We have purchased our vehicles form Holmes Tuttle since the sixties. The service repair department has gone downhill. I will never go there again. Very rude service manager. They used to detail our vehicles after service. Friday the AC was on max, radio loud.
