Placed an order for a Bronco Sport back in late Feb. Had to wait a long time for its arrival, Aug. 4th. At no fault of Chapman's though, and actually they may have helped speed it up from some of the Bronco Sport Blogs from other customers I read. During the wait though, our sales person Kelly kept me informed of the build status and even let us know if something close to my order came in to see if I was interested instead of waiting. When the car arrived, Kelly and a co-worker, Aimee were great in having the car ready, paperwork ready and a quick turn around to get us back on the road. They were very pleasant to work with. I am very appreciative of Kelly, Aimee and Chapman's honesty and customer service they gave me. Everything offered and worked out at the time of the order was still in place and accurate when the car arrived and we sat down to finish the sale contract. Great dealership, I highly recommend. These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back.
They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (it’s part of the purchase price). Then when you schedule your service, they don’t bother to tell you they don’t do the Ultra Guard on Saturdays. I drove close to an hour both ways to get this done. I waited to see if I could get a refund on that. They finally said someone would call me. In true Bell Ford fashion, no one called me. More and more lies.

I purchased a vehicle the 1st of July. It has been 75 days and they have yet to pay off my trade in. The first payment they made they put a stop payment on it. I was lied to by several people including the CFO Chad and the Finance person Lincoln. The next payment is sitting at my credit union and they were told to hold it for a few days until they post it. I have my fingers crossed that they don't screw my credit over while they float checks.

I go on line to contact them and my message was received and that someone would contact me right away, that was two days ago. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Click, but the way their service dept. has deteriorated I don't think I will be purchasing any more.
It's a shame because Click was one of the best dealerships in Tucson for years.

This place is absolutely AWFUL! Don’t ever go to Holmes Tuttle. They treat you absolutely horribly and sell you extremely unsafe vehicles. Not to mention they sold me a truck that had NO TRANNY FLUID in it and couldn’t drive it for more than 3 days after buying it. After getting it back from the service department from fixing my tranny, my jack and jack tools were missing and because they were somehow taken while it was at the dealership, I was stuck on the mountain for an entire day with a flat tire that was caused because they sold me a truck that had 3 existing plugs in the tire that were ALL leaking… Also the sales manager Jason Kennedy tried to pose as the general manager Darrin Nicholson by hiding his name tag and telling us he was Darrin when I asked to ONLY speak to Darrin, considering we have been there 4 times talking to other managers who have blatantly told us it’s not their problem and they don’t care. Also want to add that Jason Kennedy (sales manager) was not only extremely rude to us, but told us that Holmes doesn’t service any of their vehicles (used and new) till they hit 90,000 miles so STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN AND UNSAFE VEHICLE THAT GOES THROUGH ABSOLUTELY NO SAFETY TESTS OR REGULATIONS. You guys are a disgrace!

We are in our 70’s so hoped to buy used car from large, reputable dealer. Bought good looking car but only made it 10 miles before check engine light came on. Went back immediately and BEGGED to buy a different car but they said no way. Shop turned off light and said just a loose wire. 380 miles later check engine light back on. Paid $100 to have it turned off again but was told if the fuel pump is going out it will be a WHOLE LOT more than that. Shame shame shame on Anderson Ford !!!
As far as “friendliness “ they were REAL friendly till after they got our (cash) money. After that it was “ you’re on your own now old timers” . I say again SHAME ON YOU ANDERSON FORD !!!!
