Everyone...and, I mean EVERYONE, was just wonderful! No pressure, no "add-ons"..just straight up dealing! Joseph Cox was unbelivably helpful to a 'technolocically challenged" buyer! The sales manager, finance manager, customer realtions individual...ALL were very pleasant and helpful!

Great buying experience and great Car! - Ebbason
I recently bought a car form Anderson Ford and I love the car! I found the car on Autotrader.com and wrote to Anderson Ford asking what the drive away price was and it was exactly what was advertised! The price they were asking was very good so I made the 300 mile journey to go see the car and when I arrived at Anderson Ford, everyone I met there was very helpful! So I took the car for a test drive and the car was awesome, so I bought it!
I would definitely recommend Anderson Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!
Thanks! Anderson Ford for for a great car and great buying experience! I will definitely recommend Anderson Ford to all my friends!
A Car Dealership with Good people!! - LTHHHI
I came into their dealership hoping to get out of a horrible lease program I’ve been stressing about (from a Peoria dealership) , and the team was very helpful and just plain nice to deal with.. under Balda’s direction, Tom was sweet and very helpful, and I left very satisfied, and relieved, with my new purchase!

Great customer service - SeanBuckeye
I have visited several times, most recently for an oil change and new tires. The service coordinators are very helpful, they take care of everything and let you relax in a lounge, coming over to inform you of any changes. It's the best service I've had at any dealership, even besting a Cadillac dealer that won the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
Service the best in Arizona - Fordtough2018
My 2015 Ford F-150 needed a service and recall item. My two service writers Keith Covey and
Justin Reed were the best to work with and everything was done and ready when they said it would be. Also it was suggested I do a plug change with my mileage. Truck never has ran better. Thanks Peoria Ford#1
Lovely people! - Rani Metz
Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!
Deceptive marketing practice - 4unborn
In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.

poor servive - fred
I attempted to schedule service for a Ford purchased from this dealer. Due to caring for my wife who has dementia the only day I am available is Friday (any Friday). The service manager told me that due to a heavy workload they would keep the vehicle over the weekend. My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call.
Liars and total waste of time to even go to the store - Fred
I went to buy a car that was supposed to get really good mpg, took a test drive, was ready to make a cash deal but the salesman said he would not recomend I buy the car? I asked him to explain ? He said don’t do it! Am glad I didn’t buy,! I found out later the government was exposing ford for exaggerating the mpg! Another time I took my truck in about the transmission, the mechanic said I can give you a deal if you want, private side deal. Wanted 600.00 cash and said he would do it on his day off but use the company equipment, sorry I cannot trust them , they advertise their business as a friendly and caring dealer, stay away from them , you will be disappointed and pay more!!!! Be warned!!!’
Always a great experience for new cars and service - trlaskey
The sales team listened to my 'wants and needs' and helped me find the best option. I am so happy with my 2018 Ford Explorer. I also like that they find the best financing and have awesome deals. Originally bought used Edge, Explorer and a new F150 in 2015 and upgraded to a new F150 4X and a new Explorer this year. Shout out to sales and service teams for always being so professional and helpful. Will always use Jones Ford as my dealer of choice.
Best Dealer in AZ - JohnF-AZ
I drove over 90 miles to get a vehicle I found online. I didnt know much about Steve Coury Ford but they did have the exact truck I wanted. I could not have been more pleased with the small town service and hospitality. I highly recommend leaving the big city dealers and making the drive, it’s worth it.
Great buying experience! - rodney3456
My husband and I had a wonderful buying experience with Craig Zingg. as our salesman. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and we would certainly return to him when we need our next new car. We are just hoping our future service visits turn out as well.
Everything went as good as I hoped that it would. - Horne123
Car was serviced and repairs completed as we had anticipated. Dealership was well organized and the time expected was exactly as expected. The waiting area is very comfortable which allows for reading and other things to past the time.
Also, the cost was just as I expected. I had emailed the service manager prior to setting appointment and he sent me a estimated quote for tires and oil change. The cost was exact as quoted. I will return again!
F150 purchase - KSViper
Purchased a 2018 F150 and then proceeded to introduce relatives to the sales staff and they purchased one also. The F150 follows a 2016 F250 we purchased from Earnhardt in December 2017. I was impressed with the dealership, staff, and business practices the first time and was not disappointed this time. Its obvious the staff is professional, clear in negotiations, and interested in putting you in the right vehicle.
We are winter visitors and we will continue to purchase from this dealership.
Incompetence = wasted time - TheCustomerThatWaited
Came in for a scheduled oil change at 3pm. By 5pm nobody had seen me and the buzzer in my hand had not gone off yet. I was not in the system and was told my car never left the service area because no ticket was in my car. They did a fine job of moving my car out of the way though.
Service pro tip: if your employees spend less time chit chatting and actually greeting service customers this mistake would not happen.
Pure incompetence from the service employees and the cashier. But hey, they are going to have 2 guys do my oil change so I only have to wait another 45 minutes.
So far OK - Richardson
I was able to come into this dealership at the time I was in need. I feel that I was treated fairly and was able to get what I wanted.
Lesson learned - there must be better humans out there - KimberlyB
I would like to preface my review with this: My 3 children learned a valuable lesson in character andt citizenship today at your dealership. Sadly, this was at the expense of seeing someone treat their parents with so much disrespect and disregard for humanity that their mother left with a crushed spirit in tears. I have never been so swindled and poorly treated before. Call me naive for living in a shell of amazing people. By the looks of your past reviews, I’m not the only one who left completely defeated and devastated. Complaining to management has done no good. Really, in the grand scheme, I’m a drop in your bucket. So my little voice you disregarded will be heard as I make sure I let all platforms know how you completely broke a family of 5 and left them high and dry with no remorse. Here’s my story. We were rear-ended by someone texting and driving. Their car was totaled. Ours badly damaged. Most important, no one was hurt and my 3 babies were not in the car. After 2 weeks of getting our car fixed at a shop, they called to say more damage was found and the car is now totaled. Ugh. Punch to the gut as we just paid off the truck last year. We start our search for another vehicle whilst we pay for a rental to use in the meantime. Finding a great car a Surprise Ford, my husband meets with Omar (lovely gentleman) and Dan to discuss pricing. My brother is sick with a bone marrow condition and I had a dr appt I had to attend with him so I could not tag along. After Dan and my husband agree on a number, he lets him know that I need to see it to agree but due to being with my brother, it cannot be until tomorrow. They agreed. I called Dan the next day and made arrangements to meet him, look at the car and test drive. We again talked pricing after and committed to a number on both ends. Dan said it was a done deal! Go get your hubby and come back to sign. I left, picked up the kiddos from school and met up with my hubby to return our rental so he could drive his new car home. Dan tried to get him to return the rental with him and he would arrange to get it back to Enterprise. We felt more comfortable doing it ourselves. Upon feeding the babies dinner, we arrive to sign paperwork. Dan said come whenever, he worked until 9pm! ;) We show up at 6:30pm. Dan meets us at the door, says all is ready, leads us to a table to wait and says he will be back. Kids playing and being so well behaved. But we wait. And wait about 20 more min after. No Dan. Out comes a sales manager who we’ve never met. Says Dan “went home”. Really?! Then gives us a number that is almost 2K over what we already agreed on and doesn’t budge. Says Dan “xxxxxxxxxxx you” “told you what you want to hear” “blew smoke out his xxx”. Great way to talk to a lady, right? I definitely was impressed (insert sarcasm here). Furthermore refuses to acknowledge our agreement, gets another sales rep involved and basically it’s tough “xxxx”, We’re not honoring the deal you made 2 hours earlier. Pay this or not at all (in so many words). So, here we are. Left with no car (turned in the rental-Dan knowingly let us) no deal, and a sales guy who ran home with his tail between his legs and couldn’t stay to face us. Furthermore, not only were we stranded with no other vehicle, it was almost 8pm now, my babies still being wonderfully behaved but not once did they care we dragged them out here on a school night when they should be at home doing homework and getting ready for bed instead of dealing with frustrated parents. There was no grace, no empathy, no humility at all. These men can’t have kids or wives, you’de think? No way can someone treat a family this way and be a family man himself. Yet they were. Compassion and empathy may be my thing. Im a school nurse after all. But at what point is it just being a good human? And why was that so hard? So, surprise Ford, thanks for taking away transportation from my kids to school today, for my husband and myself a way to work, for making my kids go to bed late for no good reason But most importantly for showing them a lesson on charcter. <3
Prolonged survice. - Don
Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
Horrible customer service from the top down. - F250bad
I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information.
At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him.
Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it.
