An Absolute Dream - CharlesDarren
I didn’t come in expecting to get a car. Honestly, I just planned on browsing and seeing my desired price slowly deteriorate until I decided enough was enough and left, but this whole experience different. Eric was very helpful and professional. It felt like it wasn’t just a sale for him, it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the car of my dreams and that’s all I ever wanted.
The paperwork was possibly the fastest I’ve ever done. I was in and out in 2 hours, this includes browsing multiple cars and even test driving two of them!
I will definitely refer all of my friends to this dealership! Thank you so much, Eric! If I ever need another car, I definitely know where and who I am going to!

Great service for a sale! - Happy Buyer
Everyone...and, I mean EVERYONE, was just wonderful! No pressure, no "add-ons"..just straight up dealing! Joseph Cox was unbelivably helpful to a 'technolocically challenged" buyer! The sales manager, finance manager, customer realtions individual...ALL were very pleasant and helpful!
Excellent car buying experience. - Abe
I liked everyone that I worked with. Everyone very professional. I usually dread the whole car buying experience but Alexander Ford was amazingly pretty relaxed and I never felt pressured.

poor servive - fred
I attempted to schedule service for a Ford purchased from this dealer. Due to caring for my wife who has dementia the only day I am available is Friday (any Friday). The service manager told me that due to a heavy workload they would keep the vehicle over the weekend. My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call.
Salesman was awesome - JoeMac
Josh was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable dealing with him and the rest of the sale staff. We would definitely recommend Bell Ford.

persona service - M&D
I had purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape from Sanderson Ford 3 years ago and was treated very well so when I needed a new second car I returned to Sanderson. I was taken care of from the minute we walked into the door until I drove my new car home. From water to answering all of our questions we were taken care of. It did take a little while to get the new car ready to take home but that was expected. We were even treated to lunch while we waited. They even programed my phone to the Sync communication program. I would recommend Sanderson Ford to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.
Liars and total waste of time to even go to the store - Fred
I went to buy a car that was supposed to get really good mpg, took a test drive, was ready to make a cash deal but the salesman said he would not recomend I buy the car? I asked him to explain ? He said don’t do it! Am glad I didn’t buy,! I found out later the government was exposing ford for exaggerating the mpg! Another time I took my truck in about the transmission, the mechanic said I can give you a deal if you want, private side deal. Wanted 600.00 cash and said he would do it on his day off but use the company equipment, sorry I cannot trust them , they advertise their business as a friendly and caring dealer, stay away from them , you will be disappointed and pay more!!!! Be warned!!!’
Very friendly and helpful staff - Spawn2333

Lovely people! - Rani Metz
Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!
Always a great experience for new cars and service - trlaskey
The sales team listened to my 'wants and needs' and helped me find the best option. I am so happy with my 2018 Ford Explorer. I also like that they find the best financing and have awesome deals. Originally bought used Edge, Explorer and a new F150 in 2015 and upgraded to a new F150 4X and a new Explorer this year. Shout out to sales and service teams for always being so professional and helpful. Will always use Jones Ford as my dealer of choice.
Excellant Experience - Wayne
I have purchased at least 15 cars over the last 40 years, and I have never had a better buying experience. My salesman, Levi, was low pressure, had excellent product knowledge , and excellent attention to details. All employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Best Dealer in AZ - JohnF-AZ
I drove over 90 miles to get a vehicle I found online. I didnt know much about Steve Coury Ford but they did have the exact truck I wanted. I could not have been more pleased with the small town service and hospitality. I highly recommend leaving the big city dealers and making the drive, it’s worth it.
Deceptive marketing practice - 4unborn
In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.
The Works. - Chappie
Great! They couldn’t fix the warning that comes on constantly because I had a lift put on the back of my car. I have to live with this problem.
NO RESPONSE! 😡 - Pugsngeno
Our Ford Flex has almost hit 100k miles and of course EVERYTHING is going wrong with it now. Every single warning light came on then the car just wouldn’t start last week. This past Saturday I left three messages for the service department to return my call so that I could tow the car to Jim Click, I left another message this morning...still waiting...
Incompetence = wasted time - TheCustomerThatWaited
Came in for a scheduled oil change at 3pm. By 5pm nobody had seen me and the buzzer in my hand had not gone off yet. I was not in the system and was told my car never left the service area because no ticket was in my car. They did a fine job of moving my car out of the way though.
Service pro tip: if your employees spend less time chit chatting and actually greeting service customers this mistake would not happen.
Pure incompetence from the service employees and the cashier. But hey, they are going to have 2 guys do my oil change so I only have to wait another 45 minutes.
So far OK - Richardson
I was able to come into this dealership at the time I was in need. I feel that I was treated fairly and was able to get what I wanted.
Clowns clowns clowns - Twin panel
Don’t waste your time!!!!!!! Jokers jokers jokers
Go to another dealership!! They’re FULL of xxxx! They screwed me around for 4 days and finally told me they sold the vehicle!!!
Prolonged survice. - Don
Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
Horrible customer service from the top down. - F250bad
I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information.
At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him.
Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it.
Good Dealer - DustRunnersAutomotiveJournal
Bought my Fiesta from them 1.5 years ago. Had my car in for service a few times, such as the blend door motor replacement. Service is generally quick.
Must not want my business - Customer
I need some work done on my vehicle so I tried getting ahold of the service department. The phone rings, someone picks the phone up and immediately hangs up without saying a word. I’ll go somewhere else.
