We bought our vehicle although the trade in was far below Kelly Blue Book due to a Ford transmission issue, which the salesman said was not the dealership’s issue, but a Ford issue...really? Aren’t you a Ford dealership, representing Ford? The dealership would not budge on the trade in value, but did offer additional incentives and price reductions. Had we not purchased our last 4 vehicles here, we probably would not have bought the vehicle from Berge, but better the devil you know than the devil you don’t know. We do like their service department as we have all of our vehicles serviced here and have for over 20 years.

I have owned around 30 cars in my lifetime. I have to admit that my experience with Chapman Ford rates at the top of the charts. They were respectful of my time and did not pressure me. They worked with me until I felt comfortable with the deal then made sure the whole experience was perfect by handing over an emaculate vehicle and continued by spending all the necessary time I needed to understand how to operate it. I plan to be a part of the Chapman Ford family for a long time.

We stopped at Steve Coury Ford in Payson, AZ just to check on the specs. of the EcoBoost F150. We were greeted by a friendly sales staff and actually ended up buying a used truck although we were not really ready. They were so fair with our trade-in and with the price of their vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was low key, no pressure yet professional and friendly. The paperwork was done in a timely manner and low pressure. We can't say enough about how well and fair we were treated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I feel like we have new friends.

They didn't have the vehicle with the option I needed in stock, but they located one at a dealership 200 miles away and had it in Kingman for me the next day. I went into the dealership for service for my old vehicle but salesman Erik Vanvelzen put together such a great deal on a new 2017 Edge I walk out with a new vehicle!
The whole staff is great to work with and I will be going back for my shop service and any of my new vehicle needs in the future.

Purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 Lariat from the used car lot. It has been in the shop 3 of the 4 months that I have owned the vehicle. First issue was water in the floor board. Fixed by the dealership, twice. Second issue was AC was blowing hot and cold out at the same time. Fixed by my warranty company. Third issue back up camera went blank. Fixed by my warranty company. Fourth issue the coils and spark plugs are bad. Warranty and dealership refused to fix. Truck has been in the shop for 14 days still not fixed. Warranty will only cover 1 day of rental car coverage. Dealership none!! Even though truck has been sitting waiting to be fixed for 14 days. No communication in that 14 day period about warranty not covering broken coils and spark plugs. I put 6,000 miles truck no way spark plugs and coils should not go bad in that time frame. Maintenance intervals are every 100,000 miles. Truck had 124,000 on it when purchased. Ford stand by your products and your customers. Don't make people regret purchasing used vehicles and going to your competitors next time they are in the market for a used truck.

They took the time to answer our questions WITHOUT any high pressure tactics! They were both very professional and caring. They attended to the most minor details and we were able to get exactly the vehicle we wanted without hassling. I attempted to schedule service for a Ford purchased from this dealer. Due to caring for my wife who has dementia the only day I am available is Friday (any Friday). The service manager told me that due to a heavy workload they would keep the vehicle over the weekend. My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call.

The Edge is bigger than the 2013 Escape we bought new in Kirkland, WA. and is very comfortable to ride in and drive. Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!
Lube and Oil service - James Tench
Why do they call it lube and oil when there is no lube work done. The oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly however I ask the service rep when he presented the bill if they had checked the air in the tires and was assured they had when I got home I checked the air and found not one tire up to specifications. This is a typical failure at Jones since when taking in my other car to the Quick Lane of Jones Ford they rarely check the air pressure. This will not prevent me from using Jones Ford in the future I will just be sure to check my own air pressure.

The Best Service Yet - FRIGATE
My family and I had been off roading and dispersed camping in our F350 and pop-up truck camper for over a month and it was time for an oil change and inspection. We called a few days before we would arrive in Flagstaff and made an appointment. Bernie (the service manager) asked all the right questions, set the time and was really personable. When we arrived, there was no wait. Recommendations were made for a breakfast spot nearby and we would be notified by phone when the service was done.
In less than an hour we got the call. We talked with Bernie and his service team, Gregory and Mathew and got a complete verbal description of how the service went and what was done. All the service team was knowledgable, efficient and courteous. Bernie really made the whole experience worth the Five Star rating. He had it all under control and had us laughing with his stories and entertaining personality.
That all said, this Service Department provided the best service I have experienced with Ford ... ever.

Worst customer service following a falsely advertised vehicle. Drove all the way from Yuma (almost 200 miles) after being quoted a final out the door price on a vehicle listed on the website. Got here and noticed the vehicle doesn’t have a dvd system like the website said. Sales rep was rude and immediately asked why we didn’t verify it had the dvd system before driving out here- like we’re supposed to know that they falsely advertise on their website. The manager was apologetic and assured us they would contact the higher level managers and figure something out, whether it be installing a dvd system or coming down on the price maybe. After waiting all day for a phone call that never came, we called to ask what the status was on the issue and were told they wouldn’t be doing anything to remedy the situation, and that it was not their fault as they hire a 3rd party to post pictures of the vehicles. So not only had they decided not to fix their error that cost us an entire day and gas money, they weren’t going to bother letting us know even though we were in the area waiting on some kind of response. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism displayed.

Traveling bye RV here in surprise for a few months. My 2016 f350 diesel engine light comes on. Figure take to local dealer for fix. 4416.00 later. I leave with them smiling and me a senior feeling like I was taken advantage of.
