Great experience. I ordered my Mustang. Steven Witters was informative and accommodating but not pushy. He followed the shipping progress, as Ford's vehicle tracking was not working properly. Pricing was aggressive. Three different financing options were presented with numbers to support them for my situation. Closing team and finance were efficient and polite, with added coverages offered but not demanded. Christy was helpful with delivery and recommended aftermarket options and vendors. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from this dealership (under different badges) and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.

So I’ll be honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dealership where everybody was actually upfront and honest about everything with the vehicle. I had to drive about 10 hours to come and get my 2024 Toyota RAV4 and I was a little nervous. I’m not going to lie, I had a lot of bad experiences in California with dealerships, but Jesse was such a gem and was on top of everything the entire process. He was calling me and making sure everything was good. I told him that I wanted to $500 deposit on the vehicle to hold it after he sent me the video and he actually kept his word and held the vehicle for a week until I could make it down there. When I got there, he was upfront about any little scratches he saw after washing the car off, which I appreciated. They let me drive the car without even having to come with me and annoying me or anything like that. I was able to just drive in peace and enjoy the car and see if I liked it. And the whole process of getting in and out took about 25 minutes, which was also very satisfying. Their finance manager was not pushy about extra add-ons and extra fees and everything like that. He just said he had to mention a couple things, but when I told him I was not interested, he did not push any further. Honestly, this was a really great dealership experience, which is pretty rare. I even went to have the vehicle inspected after I bought the car and my mechanic told me everything was literally perfect with the car and there was no issues with any suspension or oil or anything like that and that everything looked brand new and that they maintained the car very well, so I’m very happy with them

I went to see why I needed an extra key. I talked to management. The volume on my truck won't go higher than 11, and the truck won't accelerate more than 75. I was told I would receive a call back, but it never happened. I called them, and I'm guessing they were busy. I was told I would get a call back, but nothing.

I have been using Jones Ford for servicing my car since 2018. Everyone knew me and my car and I was sure I was receiving the best service. This last time there was only 1 individual I knew. Everyone else was knew and didn’t know me or my car. The young lady who checked me in was very good however at check out the gentleman on the front desk just gave me a list of items suggested to be done without any advice if they were really needed or not. After going over the list I asked if declined will it affect the performance of my car. No clear advice so I declined then. He just took me to the cashier and left. Very cold. Hope they get to know the customers better in the future.

I just picked up my new 2026 F350 6.7 4x4 Lariat today and couldn't be more pleased. Oro Ford made this entire process very easy and their pricing was THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive than the several other Ford dealers I contacted. Danny Johnson did a great job and provided lots of help during the truck build and buy process! I will definitely purchase my next Ford from Oro Ford.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.
