I was directed to Sales Agent Colin Cushing, who proceeded to show me cars that I might be interested in. After looking at only a couple of cars, I chose one that checked all of my boxes, and that I felt comfortable in.

I have taken my vehicles to Babbitt for 12 years. They were awesome until about 9 months ago. With personnel change they dropped the ball many times in the last 9 months . Since I had a long history with them I stuck with them They seem to have gotten things back in order and the last trip there they seemed to have resolved the issue I had. I hope so as I would like to continue to use their service dept for my vehicles

Made a 8:30 am appointment for oil lube and filter was told 45 minutes to an hour. After a 1.5 hour wait I checked on the progress of my car, it was still parked where I left it. After questioning my service advisor they got it done in just over 30 min with no explanation of why it sat so long before being taken care of.

In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!

This agency made me travel 4 hours from nogales to go to a date that i had already programmed weeks ago. They had even confirmed with me about my date a day before. When i got there they tell me to leave my car for a few hours till it was ready. I ended up leaving my car there for 4 hours and when they call me that my car is already ready to go i get there and it was basically for nothing since they tell me that they hadnt done anything to my car!! This was the worse experience ive ever had with any car agency and lets just add the it was also very poor in service.

Visited the dealer to test drive a used F150. We were ready to make a deal before running credit. Great move on our part for sure.
Sticker price was advertised for 13,981.00. It was online at that price. It was on paperwork in the vehicle.
Manager presents that they are wanting to be clear and showed another 2700.00 tacked on due to already installed options. Bedliner that wasn’t in the truck. Nitro filled in the tires, poly coating on paint, and something about a side step protector. 2700.00 on top of the advertised price. In other words, they low balled the price to get people to come in and had no intention to sell the vehicle for that price. Part of the options included a tint the previous owner added and a tailgate handle the previous owner added. Haaaa haaaa.
It’s old school bait and switch under the guise of transparency. Based on my direct and personal experience, I would go to another dealer and not buy from this place. You will not get an honest deal here.
