Coming back from Flagstaff two weeks ago I experienced the dreaded "death wobble" on my 2019 F250. As Chapman is close to my work I decided that I would call them to see what they could do for me. Called on a Monday and they offered to get me in that afternoon but I decided to wait until Tuesday morning. I dropped it off, they dropped me off at work, and I picked it up that afternoon. Ran it back up last weekend to make sure it was good to go and it is. Extremely satisfied with the work they did as well as how quickly they were able to get me in and get it completed. They also noticed that my batteries were leaking and replaced them under warranty at the same time. They have certainly earned my business from here on out. Timothy Beal was extremely helpful and forthcoming and quite frankly I couldn't have asked for more.

They have always been a personal proffesional service, they work wiith me for what "I" want and take care with my car, a '08 SHELBY GT500 Convertible w/20k miles. I get to talk directly with the Technichan Mechanic directly, Joe, he understands what I want and is dilligent in his repairs and service. I have not had such a personable experience with ANY other dealrship. Billy, the Service rep is a jewel, she goes out of her way with communications so that there is no miss-understandings, she knows her buisness and shines in 'service'.
It is always refreshing to find anyplace Service Oriented to actualy be SERVICE Oriented!!!

I took my 2016 Ford Edge to Showlow Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and told the check in person I would wait in the waiting room. I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour after they drove it into the shop. This was at 8:15 AM. I got the car back at about 9:25 AM and found a half inch of snow on the car. The snow started at about 8:45 AM, therefore I assume the car was done at least a half hour before they informed me it was ready. There were two other customers in the waiting room. One was given a curtesy ride home shortly after I arrived. The other was contacted several times of the progress on her vehicle. I felt as if I was very unimportant to theim.

We bought our 2020 Ecosport from Layy H. and we were super happy. When we went through the purchasing process we bought the gap coverage and roadside assistance just to be safe.
Today we had the check engine light come on. I drove to the dealership and went to their service department. I got there at 3:20pm and was told that there was no one on site to check my check engine light since they close at 4pm. Keep in mind i am 40 minutes early. The tech let me know that I could leave the car here and they would fix it on Monday. I said that was fine and would need a rental. I was then told they did not have any loaners and that the rental car place closes at noon so there is nothing they can do for us till Monday.
We spent several thousand dollars extra on the coverage and when our car with less than 5k miles throws an error we are told there is nothing we can have done and need to wait. That goes against one of the main reasons we bought here and that was the warranty and service expectations.
I took it autozone and they checked the engine light for me. They let me know that it is crankcase ventilation system that is throwing the error and it shows disconnected. We are now sitting without a car because Larry H cannot hold up their end of the bargain. We tried to get in touch with anyone in management and were told that they do not work the weekends and they were not answering. Total let down from these guys.

After comparing prices among several Phoenix area dealers, Mcspadden was by far the best. They stayed in touch with me to ensure they knew what I wanted. They made an offer and stuck to it, no unexpected costs added during the buying process. Globe may seem too far to go to buy a car but their prices and entire buying experience was well worth it. Took truck to dealer told them vibration recommended check universals and they gave estimate of 6200 for repairs. Took it to other shop it was universal joints cost 585 and no vibration. I’m sure had they replaced rear axle for 6200 they then would need more to fix joints.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!

Tried to hit me with the bs dealer add on. $400 for tint and door edge guards on a reg cab truck, maybe $30 worth of stuff. Ended up working with CHAPMAN FORD who brought the truck down from Jones Ford and made be a heck of a better deal, Bryant just seemed like he didn't really care. Plus when the truck was off their property, Bryant still acted like it was in their inventory and available. Ended up getting $10,000 off, Chapman Ford was the easiest dealer I have ever worked with. Don't waste your time going to Camp Verde, Chapman has better inventory and better people work with.

I have purchased four vehicles from the Peoria Ford dealership. There are two mains issues that I am currently dealing with.
1. I’ve purchased my vehicle this past August. According to my contract, I have a seven months deferment on my payment. Ford sent me a check to cover only six months of payments. I have text one of the employees Tyler Huber, and he told me that he has to talk to his supervisor. It’s been over three months now, and I have not received any information. Now it is to the point, that Tyler, doesn’t even return my text messages. Totally unprofessional!
2. My wife got in a car accident in early October, we need a copy of her GAP insurance paperwork to move our claim forward. We have reached out to Peoria Ford for over a month now. Now we are being told that we were talking to the wrong employee (a different Tyler), and know if would take an additional 2-3 weeks to receive the paperwork. My wife was on the phone yesterday and the employee was really rude. Once again totally unprofessional!
My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle through Peoria Ford, please think twice before you do. They are the nicest people when you are in the buying process, but once the deal is done, good luck with trying to get anything else done. I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

I recently bought a used Truck from this dealership. I like the truck and the salesperson was good and patient. However, when I got to finance, I was told they needed to upgrade the car alarm. It was made to sound like it was a house issue that they would take care of. I looked at the contract and found out they charged me almost $1200 for a horrible $85 KARR alarm system. I went back to the dealership to dispute the charge, and have been waiting 1.5 hours so far for the financial manager to show up. I would not recommend this dealership, because no matter how nice the salespeople are, in the end, it is the financing that matters most, and I would not trust this finance manager. As much as I like the Truck, this has cast a dark cloud over the whole experience now. Finally, after the regional finance manager came in to the store and the original financing manager showed up a couple hours later, the matter was resolved. The almost $1200 Charge was taken out and the purchase contract redone. During the time though, he continued to try to get me to accept the Car Alarm lying to me in the process. Lastly, the environment of the dealership greatly leaves something to be desired. It is not cozy, but rather sterile and lacks any real comforts for the extended waits of the customers. My suggestion: Go some other place else if you can, or be very weary of the financing manager.

Very friendly, the salesman, Bryan Atkins was great. Very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks he showed us. Explained the differences between the various options and models we were looking at. Answered all the questions I asked about the car, finance, and the different options with trading in the leased vehicle we had. The sales manager and the finance manager were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone.
