Talk about a great experience. - Marc

Talk about a great experience....If you're looking for an honest hard working guy to help you with your next car or truck purchase stop by and see Jesse Guajardo at Surprise Ford. He went above and beyond to ensure that everthing that was promised during the purchase process got done. I bought a really nice Tundra Platinum! Great dealership they worked with me to make sure I got a deal I was confortable with. Pezh the Executive GM sat and visited with me and we had a great converstaion even though he was extremely busy . I had questions a couple of days later which were promptly answered by Jesse. So if you're looking for a vehicle please give Jesse an opportunity to help you out, you won't be dissapointed.

Jason, I want to thank you sincerely and profusely for - Restored Faith in Jim Click Ford

Jason, I want to thank you sincerely and profusely for everything you have done to help resolve this matter. Your personal involvement, responsiveness, and commitment to finding a solution have gone a long way toward restoring my faith in Jim Click Ford and Ford Motor Company, a relationship that, quite frankly, had been fractured for several years. My frustration did not begin with this most recent incident. It dates back to ongoing Maintenance for Life and oil-change difficulties, followed by recall-related issues beginning on May 13, 2024. If you look inside the gray envelope in the dashboard compartment, you will see that I eventually pursued the path of least resistance by taking my business elsewhere. Since 2023, I have relied on other service providers for oil changes, differential maintenance, cabin and engine air filters, and other work that should have been supported through my relationship with Jim Click Ford. Those decisions were not made because I wanted to abandon Ford. They resulted from repeatedly feeling that the customer service, communication, and dedication necessary to preserve that relationship simply were not there. Since becoming involved, however, you have picked up the proverbial football and carried it across the goal line. You have not merely addressed the immediate issue, you have helped mend a customer relationship that had been broken for years. You should be proud of what you have accomplished. You have earned the right to spike the football, raise your hands, and celebrate the touchdown. Your efforts have made a meaningful difference, and I want you to know how deeply I appreciate your professionalism, ownership, and willingness to step forward when it mattered most. Thank you again, Jason. Your assistance has genuinely helped restore my confidence in Ford Motor Company, and I am extremely grateful.

Our experience at Alexander Ford was excellent. - Eufraciosalas.ef

Our experience at Alexander Ford was excellent. Starting with Trevor our salesman who was very professional, respectful, friendly and informative. Besides all of the above Trevor went above and beyond the duties of a salesman by taking care of any needs we had such as not knowing how to set up our FORD application for our truck, and looking up phone numbers that we needed. What can I say about Dan. He was respectful, funny and straight to the point. He made sure we understood what every paper we signed was for.. Dan made the financing process very smooth. We really enjoyed his company. That usually doesn’t happen with someone that is taking your money..😂. Thank you gentleman for such a GREAT experience purchasing our awesome Raptor!!!!🤗

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a - cruiser_nancy

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

A HUGE thanks to the entire Holmes Tuttle team, it was an incredible experience! from Jeff Hall, Sal Sierra, Rob Mooney - all were incredible!! Even the service/mechanic guys who helped air up my tires before departing were friendly and seemed happy in their positions during my interaction! Seriously, the entire Holmes Tuttle team "knocked it out of the park" and made the vehicle buying (and vehicle trade in) process super smooth, friendly, and honestly super easy!! I would strongly recommend Holmes Tuttle to everyone!! I am so happy that I made the 2-hour drive to Tucson to purchase the vehicle at Holmes Tuttle!

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had - mthrun

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.
