San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.com (yes, I know, dumb). Upon delivery we noticed a few things that weren't right with the body and took it to San Tan Service for an inspection during our "7-day test drive" period, where they confirmed there appeared to be body work to the vehicle that Vroom.com did not disclosed to us. So we returned the Vroom.com Explorer...enter our favorite team who saw an opportunity and seized it. There was a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited that San Tan Used Cars just acquired and they took us right to it (intake writing still on the windshield and not yet detailed). We were interested so they put it at the front of the line for their internal inspection. They were able to certify it and within a week we were driving our Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Explorer Limited!! That was out 4th purchase at San Tan (3 used, 1 new)...never going rogue again! Thanks to Eric and Anthony in Service and John and Cameron in Sales. You guys are quite the team!

Just a rip-off - Lied to

Took truck to dealer told them vibration recommended check universals and they gave estimate of 6200 for repairs. Took it to other shop it was universal joints cost 585 and no vibration. I’m sure had they replaced rear axle for 6200 they then would need more to fix joints.

If i could give the dealership 0 star i would. I never write review but for consumers out there please be warn. For a major purchase like buying a vehicle, this place is a total train wreck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought the truck from them and took 2.5 months before the loan was set up due to "misunderstanding" and numerous delay. We wasted so much time calling the bank and the dealership trying to ractify the situation while continuong on paying the loan on our already traded in vehicles for 2 months. A year later When we try to cancel gap we got hung up on.... no follow up no customer service.

I have purchased two new cars from this dealership..usually not the best sales experience but the service after the sale is pathetic. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion brand new from this dealership with window tint now badly bubbled on two windows and the dealership refuses to repair because " they did not add the tint". Again car purchased brand new off their lot and already tinted with nice wheels which was a selling point on the car. Window sticker lists tinted windows. Service manager was not helpful and extremely rude. I requested to escalate and no one returned my call. Impossible to leave a message for General Manager Pat Hickey or Consumer Relations person with a full voicemail..This dealership has many complaints on the BBB website with comments that they pride themselves on excellent customer service..This is simply not true.
