My last two car services were handled by Niki without a hiccup and efficiently. The first one was last minute, but she was able to squeeze me into a slot so my car would be ready for a trip I had planned. My last service was also very efficient, she checked the car in and handled the rest herself. All I had to do was drop the car, and pick up once I received the call and video explaining the service done to my car. I love her friendly demeanor, efficiency and customer service attitude. Before her I've had five other service advisors pushing a sale for extra and unnecessary services/accessories -at two different Mazda dealerships. And so far these last two services were the least stressful and pleasant experiences. Thank you Niki! And you too Bobby -keep up the hard work! I will keep coming for many years. :)

Rocco Marconni. What else to say but a wonderful, down to earth, make things happen, not just say it but be about it kind of person. He really helped me get a BEAUTIFUL car and within the price range, low mileage and a low deposit down out the door. I was so frustrated with the whole situation of getting another car, but you know how you try to do what you can and once you’ve exhausted all your efforts somehow God comes at the right time to help you through. Rocco was the one God called to me and I have to say I can’t thank him enough. He’s a hard working man and I am thankful for his expertise and not gonna give up till I give you the keys attitude haha! I bought a beautiful mini SUV, Mazda CX 30. I am over the moon with this purchase! Yes, it’s a purchase at 1.9% APR for 3 years (my good credit helped + I put down some money). The whole Mazda dealership brought true joy to my daughter and my heart ❤️. We are smiling ear-to-ear because of David (sales), Nery (general sales manager) and Bob (finance manager). These guys didn’t rush me, allowed me to test drive 3 cars, answered all my 110 questions. I truly asked lot of questions, David was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and answered everyone of them. Nery was patient, and didn’t push me instead showed me the facts, the numbers, and gave me discounts. Bob was a gem, gave me the facts, the numbers, what I would need for the CX 30 and what wouldn’t be beneficial. For example I needed the GAP insurance, I didn’t need the paint coverage, and I needed the anti-theft alarm safety lock. He worked out the numbers with me, and gave me further discounts. Before walking into the Mazda showroom, at some point I thought I may not be able to buy a car left alone SUV. The way cars are priced over average middle class family’s affordability. I thought of leasing but I knew by leasing I will be setting myself and my family up for financial burden in long run. I wanted a car that I could drive 10+ years. God bless Caruso Mazda dealership who made my dreams come true! I have my very first SUV that I actually own! Mazda cars and SUVs are very slept-on vehicles. More Honda and Toyota people should realize Mazda is equally good for decent pricing point. Prior to owning Mazda CX -30, I had a Honda CRV on lease which I turned-in. It’s official, I actually own a Mazda CX-30, and I am not leasing anymore!

Second and last time I go to this dealer. I bought a 2022 Dodge, but not from them so maybe that's why they acted this way but I have a feeling it's their standard operating behavior. First visit was to get a key FOB programmed for the new truck. First thing out of Jonny's mouth was, well it's about lunchtime so,.... I asked to see an IT or technical person and without asking why I came in, Jonny said you need an appointment. I set that appointment up for today. I came in and went to Jonny who told me that he moved my appointment to another clerk, who was clueless why I was transferred to her from the clerk who setup my appointment. I went to this other clerk who couldn't find my info because Jonny took my initial info. She agreed to assist me (although she too was ready to head to lunch, apparently a huge deal at this dealership) and asked why I was there. I said Jonny didn't bother to ask or document why I came in initially. I then told her I would like to get my new FOB programmed to the new truck. She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $200 to program a $57 FOB. I declined that ridiculous charge and then asked about a repair to the front bumper skirt that had come apart at one place. She told me that would cost $200 (1 hour labor) and when I asked how they would fix it, she told me they TY Wrap the shirt to the bumper, for $200. TY Wraps last? It's apparent these knuckleheads just want to rest, pass the buck, and go to lunch. Never going back there. I would rate Johnny but I don't see him below. Might be a sign...

My son bought a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I went with him for moral support. Juan was our salesman, Semaj was the manager. They tag teamed together to keep us busy. Both were very nice, but played the game like most car salesmen. Jose was the finance manager who Semaj kept going back to so we could get "a better deal" While we were happy with the end result, knowing we had to keep on our toes or get screwed is stressful. How did we know they (Mazda dealership) was pulling a fast one? They tried to throw in a "covid fee" xxx!? Apparently since covid new cars are hard to get, so they try to charge a "covid fee"! There was a brand new Mazda 3 sitting right there! We weren't stupid enough to get vaccinated or wear a mask, we sure aren't going to pay a fee! It was waived. I looked all through the paperwork to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere else. In the end, my son got the deal he wanted and walked away happy. we recommend this dealership and Juan, Semaj and Jose, just do your research and watch out for unnecessary fees.
