Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - CardinalWay provided this to me. I had the opportunity to work with Steven when I visited CardinalWay looking for a Mazda3 Hatchback. From the onset, he was the the most candid salesperson I had encountered the entire day. He was straightforward with me from the moment he said "hello" in the parking lot. After having him tell me about the car and taking me on a test drive we went inside to run numbers.
Neil was the person that helped run and explain the numbers for me. He was also honest and straightforward and put in a lot of effort to put together a deal I was comfortable with. After he gave me a concrete offer, I notified him that I would not be able to commit until I looked at what other dealers could offer me. Unlike the other financing people I had previously encountered, Neil understood and did not push any further. I left the dealership with both Steven and Neil's cards and a positive experience with this dealer.
The following day I visited another dealer and had an awful experience. After going through that I knew I had to go back to CardinalWay. I returned to CardinalWay and worked out a deal for a new 2017 Mazda3. On my return I worked with AJ for my test drive and some of the initial paperwork. Just like Steven, AJ was a pleasure to work with - friendly and candid. I also worked with Neil and Paulina on the numbers for this new car. Neil included a rebate that I did not even know about, nor asked for, he took it upon himself to find me the best possible deal and did it on his own. I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised I was when he outlined this on the itemized list of costs. Unlike the other dealers, I felt that CardinalWay was making a great effort into making my experience with purchasing a car as seamless and pleasant as possible; they were not simply focused on making a sale. With all that had happened at the previous dealer, I knew that I was in good hands at CardinalWay and chose to purchase my car from them.
Paulina was the next person I worked with and she was cheerful and full of energy. She made the paperwork process enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also knowledgeable and thorough with every form she handed me.
CardinalWay made me feel like I was part of their family and I genuinely appreciated that. They earned my trust and business that day. I will definitely be coming here first for my future car needs. No lies, no games, just exceptional service all around.

Originally, my plan was to go to Maita Mazda to examine a used vehicle I found online. From the moment I walked in, there was a feeling that this was a well run and family oriented business. The sales person (Greg Gagen) the sales manager (David Shirley), and finance (Eric Stroud) were engaging, knowledgable, honest and helpful. At every juncture, the Maita team worked with me to complete the deal with integrity and a fairness that was very evident. I am thankful I stopped there because I have found a dealer that treats their customers with respect but are also honest with them in every aspect of a potential sale. I will shop there in the future when the need arises but I also plan to service my car there. If the sales team is an indication of how Maita treats their customers, I am excited about meeting their service team. I anticipate it will be an excellent experience.

I was very impressed with Richard my mechanic. He took me on a test drive to actually see if I could feel the pulling to the right. He also explained in detail what he did. I bought my jeep July of last year, Fidel arranged for me to come in and test drive the Renegade I was interested in, when I got there Symone took over from there. They were both awesome, I want it to be known this review is not about them. This is about the service department. Within 6 months of purchasing this car the engine light started to turn on and off and then eventually just stayed on, the car started jerking when I put it in gear, buttons on radio started sticking and I was unable to use them, as well the latch on the back got stuck so I was unable to shut my back door until I forced it closed. I took it in to the service department where the service clerk took all of my info down and then casually asked me if I had a ride home because they would need to keep my vehicle for a few days. I asked him if they provided any loaner vehicle or would help with a rental, cause ummm I cant be with out a vehicle and he casually just said "no, that he could not provide me with that" so I walked away because I cant be with out a car and I Do not have any other way to get to work and school. I later talked to the manager Chris who was able to resolve my problem and he offered to pay for the rental while they kept it for two days. (thanks Chris) they told me that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and to pick it up. As soon as I got home the engine light turned back on. The car to this day still jerks. I do not have time or money to be going back and forth, and now it appears 1 of my roters are going out already. This car was the worse mistake of my life and I have never had so many problems with any of the other dealers I have purchased from. Not sure how they expect you to turn your car over to them and let you be with out a vehicle. I pay my car payment monthly for a reason, I do not pay it to be left with out a vehicle and/ or spend more on a rental especially when I was possibly sold a defective vehicle from this dealer.

I have bought about four cars here and it has always been a good, and pleasant experience. This time I was just in for a recall on a water pump for my RAM 2500 truck. I was helped by Matt and Kelly. Stuart came over to just say hello, and A.J. did the repair. He also had several good tips about operating the truck. Everyone was pleasant and well-organized, the repair took about an hour less than planned, and everyone made a fuss over my Aussie who goes everywhere with me. The whole thing was low-key, efficient, and easy. BTW, the 2016 RAM 2500 is an outstanding vehicle.
