My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a CPO vehicle at John Hine Mazda. At our first visit we met Ray who embodied politeness and the no-pressure approach we desired. He was very attentive to all our requests and questions. He followed up that evening with a text to answer some requests/questions. Over the next 5 days he communicated with us accurately and immediately whenever we asked something but he never pushed on us or tried to pressure us. When we returned to the dealership to finalize our decision Ray was very efficient and the process was smooth. My wife and I were dreading the final step of dealing with the sales manager because in our previous experiences at other dealerships the sales manager always pushes added costs. We were pleasantly surprised by Steve Camacho. He was pleasant and quick! Yes, he of course informed us of a brief selection of enhancements & service plans, but he did it REALLY fast without any pressurized sales pitches. We REALLY appreciated that. Our time with him only lasted about 15 minutes and we were out the door with our "new" car.
We would definitely recommend John Hine Mazda to other car shoppers, and I'm sure we will return in the future.

When you go through dealer service, maybe it's expected that you'll have to take out a bank loan and possibly leave your firstborn before you get your car back in working condition, but you at least hope to get something for your money in that significant mark-up. For whatever reason, whether it's the pandemic necessitating labor cuts or internal changes in the service department itself, the service here really seems to have gone downhill fast. It's not a great feeling to historically spend thousands of dollars at a service department, and thousands even in a single trip, and get absolute no-frills treatment at a premium labor cost of 2-3x times the market rate. No waiving of the ridiculous 3.99 credit fee on a significant repair, excessive wait time to get the car after the department said it was ready (there were plenty of spots they could have left it so I could leave right after processing), and no car wash to top it all off (maybe think about fixing the wash roller - this is a small touch that goes a long way). Will be avoiding in the future and suggest you do the same.

I did ask for a new oil pan gasket to be inserted. I was told a leak would have to be found first. Nope, just wanted a new oil pan gasket after 15 years of operation even if there was no leak.

Bought a Q5 from this dealership. Negotiated via email/phone for availability and pricing and had a good experience. Were able to even trade in our BMW while we were there for a reasonable price. We'd done our research on what we wanted to pay, and the sales guys were straightforward, fair, and didn't put any pressure on us. We were able to pick up the car, and get the paperwork signed very quickly. We tried going to other Audi dealerships in the area and the sales guys were terrible. My fiancé, our three kids and I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they closed to look at a specific cx 9. We spoke to David and to say he was wonderful is an understatement. He let us test drive it and stayed much later than he was supposed to. We came back two days later and test drove it again. We let him know we were looking at other options but would keep the Mazda in mind. He was so incredibly kind. His redponse was “if it’s meant to be it will be” we left the dealership to head down south and look at some other cars. We had the absolute worst experience. On our way back home we realized the Mazda was the right choice, so we called David on a whim and let him know we wanted the Mazda but wouldn’t be in town until after the dealer was set to close. He said it was no issue, and his boss Frank stayed late and they had all the paperwork drawn up before we even got to the dealership. We were there for all of 5 minutes, then drove off with our car. David and Frank were incredible. They gave us the best car buying experience we’ve ever had and I’m so thankful.

Rocco Marconni. What else to say but a wonderful, down to earth, make things happen, not just say it but be about it kind of person. He really helped me get a BEAUTIFUL car and within the price range, low mileage and a low deposit down out the door. I was so frustrated with the whole situation of getting another car, but you know how you try to do what you can and once you’ve exhausted all your efforts somehow God comes at the right time to help you through. Rocco was the one God called to me and I have to say I can’t thank him enough.
He’s a hard working man and I am thankful for his expertise and not gonna give up till I give you the keys attitude haha! Couldn't hope for a better car buying experience! Ive gone to 2 dealerships before I went to Oak Tree. I'm just glad things didn't work out with the other dealerships because I had a better deal waiting for me at Oak Tree. They were not pushy, and were very courteous. I didn't feel pressured nor rushed, it was quick and painless! Lol I was in there for only 2.5 hours! No games and everything was pretty straightforward! After signing, Micheal Montuy, walked me out to my brand new CX-5 and, explained to me in the detail the car's features! No xxxxxxxx basically. If you're trying to buy a car, try going to other dealerships and go to oak tree and see the difference yourself. OR just don't waste your time like I did and go straight to these guys!
