Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - CardinalWay provided this to me. I had the opportunity to work with Steven when I visited CardinalWay looking for a Mazda3 Hatchback. From the onset, he was the the most candid salesperson I had encountered the entire day. He was straightforward with me from the moment he said "hello" in the parking lot. After having him tell me about the car and taking me on a test drive we went inside to run numbers.
Neil was the person that helped run and explain the numbers for me. He was also honest and straightforward and put in a lot of effort to put together a deal I was comfortable with. After he gave me a concrete offer, I notified him that I would not be able to commit until I looked at what other dealers could offer me. Unlike the other financing people I had previously encountered, Neil understood and did not push any further. I left the dealership with both Steven and Neil's cards and a positive experience with this dealer.
The following day I visited another dealer and had an awful experience. After going through that I knew I had to go back to CardinalWay. I returned to CardinalWay and worked out a deal for a new 2017 Mazda3. On my return I worked with AJ for my test drive and some of the initial paperwork. Just like Steven, AJ was a pleasure to work with - friendly and candid. I also worked with Neil and Paulina on the numbers for this new car. Neil included a rebate that I did not even know about, nor asked for, he took it upon himself to find me the best possible deal and did it on his own. I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised I was when he outlined this on the itemized list of costs. Unlike the other dealers, I felt that CardinalWay was making a great effort into making my experience with purchasing a car as seamless and pleasant as possible; they were not simply focused on making a sale. With all that had happened at the previous dealer, I knew that I was in good hands at CardinalWay and chose to purchase my car from them.
Paulina was the next person I worked with and she was cheerful and full of energy. She made the paperwork process enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also knowledgeable and thorough with every form she handed me.

Had to pick up a car for my daughter who was moving from Virginia. Looked around and attempted to make a fair deal in Vacaville but they wouldn’t even try called over to Team Mazda spoke to Rocco Marconni who located the right car we drove over made an offer and we worked a deal in about two minutes was in and out in about an hour one of the best car buying experiences ever!! As a dad I know I can trust Rocco to make sure my daughter will be taken care of whenever she needs service a very honest and overall positive guy!

We were in the market for a used 2015 Ford F150. AV Mazda had one on their lot that my son liked. Price was good but was hoping to get better but couldn't. I'm comfortable we got a fair deal. I initially reached out the the dealership via Autolist App. I was contact by Carol who passed me off to her manager Frankie. We made arrangements to come out and close the deal and get the truck on a Sunday afternoon. We were met by Jeremy Coslin upon arrival. He was instructed by Frankie to assist us from beginning to end. Jeremy recently moved out to California from Texas. Maybe that's why his mannerisms were so good. Very easy to talk to and deal with. He was very patient and accommodating. He had the truck out front for our test drive, then he helped us filling out applications and forms. After the deal was completed, he spent a good 20 minutes showing my son the ins and outs of how to work all the instruments and gadgets on the truck. The whole time, he was very patient and courteous. I offered him a gratuity for his troubles as I realized he wasn't getting a commission on the sale of the truck. Visited again my favorite Mazda dealership ( Southbay Mazda ). Steve at the service dept made sure my M5 was taken care of. Southbay Mazda has competitive prices for service, they only use O.E.M. parts. And have great communications with their customers. 5 stars to Steve in service for going above and beyond for getting vehicles complete, this super service advisor was even prepping vehicles outside. I recommend this Mazda dealership for all your Mazda maintenance service needs, and with excellent prices and specials. For the few people out there that complain about the 5 to 8% price difference compared to national service brands: Dont forget they are Mazda trained, use O.E.M parts, and they get it done right the first time. And if they still complain, well maybe they can't afford to own a MAZDA......

I waited 3 hours to get an oil change done. They give you a number to text/ call to get updates. after the first two hours I texted got no response. So unprofessional. I had an appointment there should have been no reason to wait THREE HOURS! So annoying and unprofessional in my opinion. Should have been given at least a heads up that they were busy if it was going to take so xxxx long.

I have bought about four cars here and it has always been a good, and pleasant experience. This time I was just in for a recall on a water pump for my RAM 2500 truck. I was helped by Matt and Kelly. Stuart came over to just say hello, and A.J. did the repair. He also had several good tips about operating the truck. Everyone was pleasant and well-organized, the repair took about an hour less than planned, and everyone made a fuss over my Aussie who goes everywhere with me. The whole thing was low-key, efficient, and easy. BTW, the 2016 RAM 2500 is an outstanding vehicle.

I purchased the car Auto Butler package (detailing of car regular basis) but have to go to Ford dealership for an appointment. This is outside of regular the Subaru maintenance service and inconvenient. I wasn't advised of this when I purchased the 2019 lease.
