We had a great experience with our salesman, Ed Southfield. He was absolutely amazing...
Knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, caring, genuine, personable, and patient in every way,
never making us feel pressured, just wanting to be sure we were satisfied and happy. He answered every question we had and he knew the product inside and out. Our only negative part of the experience was with the financing guy. He was argumentative and he also attempted to add on the package for the KARR Alarm and the Extended Warranty, which we hadn't asked for. He then offered us a better price for it and we took it. But, then he redid the paperwork and gave us a higher price than he just told us. We didn't catch it and my husband had to go back a couple days later, once he discovered it. Again, Ed was very helpful and we got it straightened out. This appears to be a chronic problem with that dealership. Having said all that, we are thrilled with our purchase, and appreciate all the help our salesman Ed gave us. He is the consummate professional and an asset to the dealership!

Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - CardinalWay provided this to me. I had the opportunity to work with Steven when I visited CardinalWay looking for a Mazda3 Hatchback. From the onset, he was the the most candid salesperson I had encountered the entire day. He was straightforward with me from the moment he said "hello" in the parking lot. After having him tell me about the car and taking me on a test drive we went inside to run numbers.
Neil was the person that helped run and explain the numbers for me. He was also honest and straightforward and put in a lot of effort to put together a deal I was comfortable with. After he gave me a concrete offer, I notified him that I would not be able to commit until I looked at what other dealers could offer me. Unlike the other financing people I had previously encountered, Neil understood and did not push any further. I left the dealership with both Steven and Neil's cards and a positive experience with this dealer.
The following day I visited another dealer and had an awful experience. After going through that I knew I had to go back to CardinalWay. I returned to CardinalWay and worked out a deal for a new 2017 Mazda3. On my return I worked with AJ for my test drive and some of the initial paperwork. Just like Steven, AJ was a pleasure to work with - friendly and candid. I also worked with Neil and Paulina on the numbers for this new car. Neil included a rebate that I did not even know about, nor asked for, he took it upon himself to find me the best possible deal and did it on his own. I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised I was when he outlined this on the itemized list of costs. Unlike the other dealers, I felt that CardinalWay was making a great effort into making my experience with purchasing a car as seamless and pleasant as possible; they were not simply focused on making a sale. With all that had happened at the previous dealer, I knew that I was in good hands at CardinalWay and chose to purchase my car from them.
Paulina was the next person I worked with and she was cheerful and full of energy. She made the paperwork process enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also knowledgeable and thorough with every form she handed me.

Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!
Service department damaged my car and not taking responsibil - Mgewarges
Service department not responsive. Car came in for a couple recalls to be completed. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed the license plate and frame was smashed in. Luckily no bumper damage, but the right side screw hole is stripped. The license plate was hanging from one side. Clearly there was an incident during service. I've explained my concerns about it, but nobody is getting back to me. It's minor damage, but it's wrong them not getting back to me or taking responsibility as well as having a customer leave service with a license plate that's nearly falling off the bumper. I've called many times. And left multiple voicemails. No response thus far. Terrible! Never again.
