The day was very hot so they let us sit inside. Had a car brought to the side so we could see it. It was just what we talked about. We have bought 4 autos from Browning including a CX-5 2 weeks ago. Andy Samayoa (Internet Sales Mgr) and Ed Southfield combined to make the car buying experience very good. The down side to this was the misrepresentation by the Finance guy (Allan) regarding the add-on packages (KARR Alarm + Extended Warranty) sold as being available ONLY at the time of signing documents, but capable of being rescinded at a later time with pro-rated charges. Two (2) days after purchase when we called to cancel the Alarm System, Allan was emphatic about not being able to cancel. However, Andy had Roberto (another Finance guy) call me & the dealer agreed to have the alarm removed at no charge. This has now been done & we are awaiting the credit of the charges to our account.
Ed Southfield was very helpful during this entire process and has kept us updated as promised.

Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

Service department damaged my car and not taking responsibil - Mgewarges
Service department not responsive. Car came in for a couple recalls to be completed. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed the license plate and frame was smashed in. Luckily no bumper damage, but the right side screw hole is stripped. The license plate was hanging from one side. Clearly there was an incident during service. I've explained my concerns about it, but nobody is getting back to me. It's minor damage, but it's wrong them not getting back to me or taking responsibility as well as having a customer leave service with a license plate that's nearly falling off the bumper. I've called many times. And left multiple voicemails. No response thus far. Terrible! Never again.

I was able to negotiate the deal over email them provide all my info over the phone so I was at the dealer signing the paperwork for no more than an hour. Oak Tree had the best selection and I have the car I wanted! Only negative thing is there were no donuts in the lounge :)-
