I probably drove past 3 other Mazda dealerships based on a email reply back from Nick in sales and could not have been more happier with the experience. I pulled up and saw the car that I specked out with Nick over the phone and it was sitting in front ready for me. Nick came out and greeted me with a smile and was super hospitable. Nick answered all my questions and explained a lot about the car I didn’t know. To sum it all up, this was probably the best car buying experience ever for me from the emails and calls to the very fair price and total experience, just great! I will see this dealership again for sure.

We had seen the car of our choice online. From the moment she got in contact with us, Janell, was very helpful and made our experience a pleasant one. She did her best to inform us about the car before we drove up from San Diego. Once we got there we were greeted and made felt at home by everyone there, including the sales floor manager and Tustin Mazda Owner, which you don’t see at every dealer. They were attentive to not only our needs but also to our newborn sons’. It was overall a great experience, they worked with us to insure that we drove away satisfied in our new family vehicle. I first looked on the website to identify what cars were in stock and narrowed down my choices before going in. I worked with Joel, who answered my questions, helping me to choose my new car. There was no pressure, which I appreciated. He gave me all the time I needed and explained everything from the differences in the cars I was looking at, the financing, and what I could expect in meeting with the finance manager. When I finished the transaction, he took time to explain the electronics, the Mazda app, roadside assistance, lots of things I probably forgot... but I know when I go to use something, I will remember... Joel even paired my phone before I drove off. Great experience from start to finish! As old as I am, I've had more than my share of car salesmen, and this was by far my best experience. You know that feeling of desperation that exudes from most car salesmen? I didn't feel that at ALL. Joel was patient and knows Mazda vehicles inside out. I felt very comfortable asking questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was truly present. He really just wanted me to be happy with my new car. What a great, refreshing experience!

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot.
He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with.
Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy.
Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber.
Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork.
Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home.
I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - CardinalWay provided this to me. I had the opportunity to work with Steven when I visited CardinalWay looking for a Mazda3 Hatchback. From the onset, he was the the most candid salesperson I had encountered the entire day. He was straightforward with me from the moment he said "hello" in the parking lot. After having him tell me about the car and taking me on a test drive we went inside to run numbers.
Neil was the person that helped run and explain the numbers for me. He was also honest and straightforward and put in a lot of effort to put together a deal I was comfortable with. After he gave me a concrete offer, I notified him that I would not be able to commit until I looked at what other dealers could offer me. Unlike the other financing people I had previously encountered, Neil understood and did not push any further. I left the dealership with both Steven and Neil's cards and a positive experience with this dealer.
The following day I visited another dealer and had an awful experience. After going through that I knew I had to go back to CardinalWay. I returned to CardinalWay and worked out a deal for a new 2017 Mazda3. On my return I worked with AJ for my test drive and some of the initial paperwork. Just like Steven, AJ was a pleasure to work with - friendly and candid. I also worked with Neil and Paulina on the numbers for this new car. Neil included a rebate that I did not even know about, nor asked for, he took it upon himself to find me the best possible deal and did it on his own. I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised I was when he outlined this on the itemized list of costs. Unlike the other dealers, I felt that CardinalWay was making a great effort into making my experience with purchasing a car as seamless and pleasant as possible; they were not simply focused on making a sale. With all that had happened at the previous dealer, I knew that I was in good hands at CardinalWay and chose to purchase my car from them.
Paulina was the next person I worked with and she was cheerful and full of energy. She made the paperwork process enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also knowledgeable and thorough with every form she handed me.
CardinalWay made me feel like I was part of their family and I genuinely appreciated that. They earned my trust and business that day. I will definitely be coming here first for my future car needs. No lies, no games, just exceptional service all around.

Very helpful since the very first time we brought in our new Mazda CX-5. The second time was even a better experience. I had an issue with the Safety features that I had mentioned when we brought in our vehicle for the 5,000 mile maintenance service. Eric reassured me that it was the computer and sensors waking up from the cold. That second time around, Eric had called me a Lyft to go home after dropping off my car after getting off of work to get some sleep until my car was ready. The third time was because they needed to keep our car to run further tests and issued us a rental which was covered on Mazdas behalf. One we picked up our vehicle Eric had explained in full detail what was going on with the car and why the sensors had been malfunctioning. Overall Eric made the inconvenience bearable.

Looked around and attempted to make a fair deal in Vacaville but they wouldn’t even try called over to Team Mazda spoke to Rocco Marconni who located the right car we drove over made an offer and we worked a deal in about two minutes was in and out in about an hour one of the best car buying experiences ever!!
