Gihan did not provide good customer service. I had requested for tire rotation and due to the fact that they didn’t have the tire lock, that service was not done . I was waiting in the lobby, yet not once did Gihan find me or send a message about it. It was only after the service that I received any texts about having my car there. This is not the norm from any prior services I have had at Honda. The many times I have gone to a dealership, the agents know what to look for and would ask for the lock beforehand. When I had mentioned this, he said he did not want me to wait further due to me having my daughter with me. To be honest, that is up for me to decide, since I had gone through the trouble of getting the appointment at 6am. Additionally, Gihan was not clear at all in his manner of speaking. It was apparent, he was not at all interested in providing good customer service and I would have to get close to hear him or have him repeat what he said, especially when I did not know where my car was at the end of the service. It should be noted that I would have paid for the additional service, yet due to his lack of follow through, the dealership lost out on money. I really normally don’t fill this out, but it was a 2/5 service on his part.
