Too many messages on text and email with multiple names so I never know what is real or bot, I have had a different car service consultant each time.

My sales person assured me that they would arrive within 2 weeks, and would have the service department conact me when they arrive. Fast-forward 2.5 weeks, two texts to the salesman and no update, I called the dealership, and was informed that the order was never relayed to the parts department. I was pretty disappointed, but the service/ parts associate, Devote stepped up and made it right. With speed and efficiency, he had those parts ready, and I had an appointment for installation that weekend, with the help of Lex! People like Devote are the ones who make the difference. I'll be coming back to purchase my wife's car at Fremont Mazda, and when I do, I hope my sales rep is Devote!
