I recently had my Q3 battery replaced at Audi Tampa and had a less than satisfactory experience.
I will say that all of the women who I spoke with over the phone were very friendly and helpful. My issue however is with Jason, one of the service advisors. He refused to return any of my calls or answer any of my questions. His only method of communication was through canned automated texts through the company's texting system. I texted back asking for an eta to which he sent me another pre-written generic text back saying he would let me know when my car was being worked on, which he never did. I just was all around not happy with his direct refusal to communicate with me.
I am used to the service team at Crown Audi in Clearwater, which always provides exceptional customer service. I had taken my vehicle to Reeve's because it was much closer for me, but considering my battery replacement took 7+ hours anyway, I will definitely go to Crown next time.
As soon as I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed that my expensive sunglasses were missing from the inside of my driver's side door. I mentioned this to Jason immediately and he jumped to the defense saying it definitely was not them... which I'm sorry, but how on earth can he make that claim. So, unfortunately either someone in their service department or the towing company (contracted by Audi) swiped my sunglasses. At the end of the day it's just a pair of sunglasses, I have the money to buy more and it's not like Ray-ban will stop making sunglasses but still, it's more the principle of the situation. I've never had any personal items stolen before when I've had my vehicle serviced at Crown.
On a positive note, when I had my BMW I did have it serviced with Reeve's BMW just across the street and had a great experience with their team over there. So really my complaint is with Jason at Audi Tampa and whoever in the service department stole my sunglasses (unless it was the towing company which is possible.)

Before going to the dealership I called to see if they had what I wanted...a new car, a certain color scheme. with very few other specifics.
When I arrived, they put me into a four year old car with 40K miles on it without disclosing the swap out. It was clean, but not what I had asked to see.
When I placed an order for a new vehicle instead, I was told they found me exactly what I wanted, and I trusted that the few specifics I ordered were included. Color scheme, brand new, and real Leather seats. I authorized the down payment by phone, and agreed to make the purchase without quibbling over their price. The day before I was supposed to bring the vehicle home, I pointedly asked about the seating to make sure it was real genuine leather. It was at that point that I was told it was synthetic. Really? Don't they listen? Sales said they made a mistake. I suggested they swap out the synthetic seats for genuine leather. This is done upon request at other dealerships. And since I had been told they had the exact car I wanted when I agreed to their price, they should have made their mistake right by me. The sales team asked me to come in to see how nice their synthetics are. No thanks. I ordered Leather. I was asked if they could have the boss call me about this mistake, and since I am so disenchanted with this bait 'n switch, I asked not to have him calling while I am preoccupied with more important issues today. Instead of honoring my reply, the manager decided to call and leave a one sided dissertation on my voiceail about why it was done. No apology. No corrective measure.
At this point I do not feel respected or appreciated as a premium patron. I have had great customer service in my life. This is not it. This experience reads like a primer of "What Not To Do To A New Car Buyer At Your Dealership" . Sorry, no sale.

My wife and I bought a brand new 2019 Audi Q7 from Audi Melbourne a few weeks ago and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Our salesman, Tony, was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the Audi products. He was a genuine and caring person who was very easy to work with and his sense of humor made the whole process very enjoyable. Ted helped us with financing and he was just as professional and fun as Tony was and we really enjoyed the entire experience and whole team. The dealership was immaculate and one of the prettiest dealerships we have ever been in. It is obvious that the General Manager Mike Martinez is the best in the business as the entire team reflects his high expectations. If you are thinking about a new Audi or a very nice pre-owned car of any type, please think Audi Melbourne...you will not be disappointed.

Before I begin, 5 years ago I went to this dealer to sell an 05 911S 997 and buy a new A3, these guys offered me $23K for my garage kept low mileage Porsche, BMW offered $34K & Brumos (before Fields destroyed that Porsche dealer) gave me almost $40K. Orange Park audi is the worst dealership in the area, worst trade in value and worst staff. Do your research on your trade because they will low ball. I thought the bad service was a Hanania thing but we bought a New 2018 QX60 last year at their INFINITI dealer and those folks were sooooooo professional. Audi OP, not the case, you'd think you were dealing with belligerent, unpolished and disrespectful folks at 4am in a dive bar. They refused to honor their "guaranteed" advertising to buy your vehicle at KBB highest eval. Their Ad was a legit PPC Ad via google. These people were so rude and insulting, I'll spare the details but to give you a hint, the "manager" Garrett sat in ear shot of me watching Golf the whole time I worked with my sales person, he was about 15 feet from her desk. When Ashleigh, my sales person, went to get Garrett, he said, one sec, let me finish watching this round and made me wait 5 minutes. Finally, Garrett Clark came over and told me he listened to my conversation & would give me 16K for my car unless I bought a car which he would give me $3000 more, the KBB on my car was 21K and they refused to appraise it and honor their advertising. complete xxx experience, made no sense and I was treated disrespectfully. I have reported them to the FTC and advise to other shoppers to avoid this place.

I negotiated a price of a car on Saturday and signed a letter of intent for an agreed upon price and terms of the deal. When i came to pick up the car the day after they changed the price to $50 higher and said I've mistaken about the price. When i asked them to find the LOI they said they couldn't find it. One of the major terms of the deal was i wasn't going to pay wear and tear (either Audi financial service or the dealership was going to take care of the Bill, didn't matter to me) they went back on that word also. If i can urge people to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle, please do. don't let these crooks scam you. if you do happen to go there DONT DEAL WITH Seymur Guseynov, Maksim Voytenkov, and Henri, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A DEAL DONE AND THE SKETCH YOU ON THE BACK END OF THE DEAL.

This is a mixed review. My salesperson, Gio, was great. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the features of the car before and after the sale. I would highly recommend him!
My problem came in with the finance department. I felt pressured to purchase an extended warranty on the car and immediately regretted the decision once I got home. The next day, I spoke with the finance manager to cancel the warranty. However, 4 weeks later after not receiving the expected refund, I called Audi Pure Protection and they had no cancellation request on record. I then called the finance department again, and this cycle repeated: no request to cancel on file with Pure Protection, and no refund.
10 weeks ago, I filled out a cancellation form directly with Pure Protection. (Wish I would have done this in the first place.) The warranty is now canceled but I'm still waiting for the refund from the dealership. It said this could take 6-8 weeks, which seems excessive in the first place, but it's now in week 10.
In total, this process of trying to cancel has taken over one year. It's been frustrating and painful because I've had to make lots of calls, and in the meantime, I've been paying interest on this extra $4700+ as it's rolled into my car loan.
It's definitely my bad for purchasing the warranty in the first place, but it clearly states that you can call the dealer to cancel it anytime before the effective date. I had my eye on a newer Q7, but not sure if I'll ever purchase another Audi after this experience.
