We were in the market for a new luxury vehicle.
First we test drove the new Genesis SUV at Hyundai then (3) Audis then the X3 at BMW.
We test drove the Q5, the Q3, and the Allroad with JAY at Melbourne Audi. JAY was a kind, professional, patient, no-pressure, eager to please salesman. We spent half the day test driving cars (both of us took turns driving each car) with no complaints or hesitations from JAY.
Before deciding on the Audi Q5, we also test drove the BMW X3 (with Sales Manager, JOEY). It was a fantastic luxury vehicle as well and the decision was quite difficult but after all was said & done the wife decided on the Audi Q5. JOEY was very gracious when we told him our decision and we would HIGHLY recommend visiting Melbourne BMW, if you want a BMW. We ultimately chose the Audi Q5!
We contacted JAY at Audi and made an appointment. JAY was so happy to see us and shared in our excitement - it was awesome!

Three weeks after the sale and the finance manager still has not been able to produce a title for us to permanently register our daughter’s vehicle, nor has he refunded our overpayment. Her 30 day temporary tag expires in a week. It is very clear that he dislikes his job and dealing with customers as he does not do either of those things well. Do yourself a favor and avoid him and perhaps the dealership as well.

Excellent experience! The entire team made the experience seamless. There were no games, surprises or a “hard sell”. Our sales advisor, Melissa, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, customer focused and kept everything moving! The finance manager, Mike, was great and explained everything. Even the GM was great - responsive and honest - it’s evident he sets a great culture for the dealership. Love my Q8 and recommend everything about this dealership! My wife’s Volkswagen has been at the shop for almost 10 weeks. Parts have been ordered, installed, and it didn’t do anything. At this point I truly believe they have no idea what’s even going on with the car. “Which is only 3 years old, and under warranty” meanwhile we’re paying a premium price for a vehicle we don’t even get to drive. My pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter are driving in a base Tiguan with 0 safety features which is absolutely ridiculous.
My wife has 4 months left on her lease, and I don’t think it’ll be too much to ask for to let us out of our lease. At the end of the day we’ve been paying for a car we don’t even have, and no one at sunset has any clue how much longer it’ll take to get ours fixed. So again, why can’t you let us out?? I know for a fact you could, you just don’t want to because we don’t want another VW. Absolutely worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Take your business to Bob Boast Volkswagen, they’re willing to help me more than sunset where we bought our car.

It’s pretty sad when a dealer only treats you with respect when ur purchasing a 90,000 dollar car!
Sadly after the sale was done their attitude changed when the car had a major issue driving home from the dealer!!!! They picked it up with attitude because I live far away and fixed without providing me a detailed service invoice like they where tryin to cover something up they did!
Got the car back after the fix, but while it was there I asked for them to look over and fix the window tint they did on the car… I was texted car tint was repaired and car was shipped back. I show them tint wasn’t fixed and still the same now I’m being ignored by the salesman and new car manager which is great after I thought I spent my money at the right Audi dealer! BUT I WAS WRONG SERVICE AFTER SALE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!
I wanted to return the car after the supposed fix but was treated like I don’t know how engines work LOL I bet if I didn’t live far away and could show up at the dealer I’d be treated differently
Just wanted to warn people they are nice during the sale but after good luck :/

Talk about customer service! Thomas is that definition, he met us at the car when we pulled up to the parking lot without hesitation. He introduced himself, walked us through a few details and made the transactionvery smooth. Had all of our paperwork ready and we were out in less than an hour. Took time to explain how my new car worked and performed! Always attentive, professional and customer friendly and detailed! Great service, attention and outstanding communication.

Worst dealer EVER! They failed to transfer my tag and registration causing me to be pulled over by the police in my son's school. As you can imagine, when your tag isn't registered to your car the police think that you've stolen it. I called the dealer to straighten things out and they acted like they didn't know me, even though I've gone there for the past 3 years for ALL of my service. These people will throw you under the bus- save your money and buy something else from someone else!!!!
