This was my first experience at Audi and the service was exceptional compared to my past experiences with other dealerships! Jessica Ferraro helped me get into a much, much better car with no hassle and was very personable. We managed to get a lot of information taken care of via text which was awesome and convenient! Chris Grow in finance also helped keep me at a reasonable price and interest rate! They are both very helpful and have answered all my questions without any issues. I would recommend her/him and the dealership to anyone! Love my new car! :)

Neil gave me information to help make a decision on purchasing Audi. Troy was a pleasure to work with as he took me on multiple test drives until I found the model that I was most comfortable.He was patient and explained everything about each Audi car that I was test driving. Luis Alvarado was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish in the purchase of our Q7. He was always available, and happy to answer any questions we had. After our purchase he called to follow up, asking if we had any questions. Audi is a no pressure type of dealership, and very helpful with explaining all the technology in the car.

My experience with The Collection was amazing but my Transaction was completed near closing & I was told if there was anything I noticed that was wrong to make a list & bring it to the attention of Omar. I did on December 17,2017 & it’s March 20, 2018 & I’m still trying to get my front mats & owners manual also the seat anchor cover was missing (1). It’s frustrating to be promised something & not get it

We purchased a vehicle from Audi North Miami to be delivered to Charleston, SC. We had not seen the vehicle, but relied on our salesperson, Tim Blackmon, to be honest with us. We asked him multiple times if there were any scratches or dings on the BMW we purchased. We have IN WRITING where he denied that there was a single scratch or blemish on the outside of the vehicle, so we purchased it under those pretenses. However, when the hired driver came to pick up the car to deliver to us, he noticed lots of scratches and dings and pointed them out to Tim who agreed and signed off on the paperwork admitting to the scratches (which he never told us about). When I received the vehicle I was horrified! The car was keyed down the ENTIRE passenger side door. There was also two quarter sized dings on the passenger door that are noticeable from far away. There is NO WAY Tim missed these blemishes. He just chose to lie to us about them. I have tried getting him, his manager and the dealership in general to call me back, but no one will answer or return my call.
The one time my husband was able to get Tim on the phone, Tim accused my husband of being dramatic and lying and then hung up on him.
I have also reached out to Bob Kinney from the dealership many times with questions regarding how to get the registration and he ignores my emails, calls and voicemails.
To the dealership: I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY
To people thinking of buying a car from Audi North Miami: I would look elsewhere. They care about money only and not customer satisfaction.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Terrible service experience.. based upon the 3 legnth estimate of time to do work..they said we would get a curtesy vehicle to use. We schedule 1:00 appt so we’d go to lunch.. upon arriving 10 minutes early we were told vehicle for our use available right then but it would soon arrive.. meanwhile our your was brought back to commence work. 45 minutes later very annnoyed I inquired re curtisy status .10 minutes later I inquired again. They said it’s on the way ..they said they don’t normally do the curtisy vehicle for my type service..total bs. Shortly thereafter a man in a truck arrives to bring us to our car..after a 10 minute drive we arrive at an enterprise rental place ..apparently the dealer uses them when no dealer vehicle is available.. paid by dealer..several minutes later in a line I inquire as to rhe legnth of time to get a car and paperwork.. They probably another 10-15 minutes and i need to provide an deposit.. I refused to wait and was about to give out a deposit and insisted on be drven back to dealer... at this point my car was only 20 - 30 .. minutes .. just waited awfull service and attitude

I drove over 7 hours to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and the drive was well worth it. Tom Clancy made this the best and most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had. He was up front with all the details about the car and we didn't have to go back and forth a bunch of times to reach a price that was good for both parties. We had extra work done with the vehicle following the purchase and Tom ensured we were taken care of throughout the process even while working with other clients. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great service . My Audi 4 kept telling me to check coolant level. I went to purchase coolant it requires a special coolant G12 . So i went to the deal-ship it was a water pump issue. Than god it was under warranty! Excellent and customer service. Sherri is the Best

Reached out regarding a used CPO vehicle today and had been in discussions around purchasing said vehicle. The person I was working with sent to have a purchase agreement drawn up only to call me back and tell me that the car had been sold earlier in the day. What the xxxx??? What kind of business are they running? Then I was told "well you didn't put down a deposit" but I was never advised that I should or needed to do so! This is a total crock of sh*t and I would never recommend doing business with this dealership if this is how they treat an obvious buyer.
Sold vehicle with missing parts - jdwv
I purchased a used car from this dealership about 3-4 weeks ago. On the way home the low tire light came on. The tires looked ok so I didn't worry about it and also because I was going to upgrade the tires and wheels. I took the car in for the upgraded tires and rims today and was informed the low tire light was on because all 4 TPMS sensors were missing from the vehicle. This is a 2016 with 34K miles so it shouldn't be missing parts. Again, the sensors were not bad, they were missing.
Called the dealership and the refused to cover the cost to replace even though they sold me a vehicle without standard parts that should be included and working properly. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend them.
