I admit that walking into a car dealership, I had expected to be regaled with all the "tricks of the trade" that I had researched online. Instead, Rony was honest and upfront throughout, with a fantastic disposition. He was professional and patient during my decision making process and worked WITH me to get the lease I wanted. Gabe L. the Financial Manager could not have been more pleasant and thorough, staying 2 hours after closing to finish my paperwork.. Gabe was efficient, and again worked WITH me. I seen a vehicle online that I was interested in located at this dealership. Upon checking availability, I was contacted within 5 minutes by the internet sales manager (Frank Ferrari) & a salesmen (Billy) both telling me the vehicle was still available for purchase. I arrived at the dealership within 2 hours of making an appointment to see the vehicle. After driving 22 miles & waiting 30 minutes in lobby, the salesman tells me the vehicle has already been sold. After expressing my displeasure to the sales manager ( Margarita Pochtovaya) who told me 'it's just unfortunate'.
This could have been a positive experience with just a simple phone call, text or email and maybe a little consideration for the customer.

My AC has been shot for over a year. It works when I’m driving, but doesn’t work when the car is idle. I’ve been suffering through it because I’ve been taking care of other things. I’m finally able to take it in, but before I do I call and tell them what’s wrong to make sure my extended warranty will cover everything. They said their should be no issues. I called my warranty company and they said the same thing.
I drop my car off and after the diagnostic I’m told nothing will be covered because they assume my AC is broken due to a small fender bender I was in more than 8 months after the AC initially went out. I tell them the AC was shot before the fender bender, which was not my fault, and that I have photo evidence of both when the AC when out and when the fender bender occurred, both with time stamps. They proceed to tell me that “there are a lot of honest people in this world and a lot of dishonest people in this world” and that they don’t know which one I am so they’re going to assume the AC was broken when the fender bender occurred even though they have no actual way of prooving that’s true. Then the supervisor, Andy, proceeds to threaten me and say that if I’m going to give them a hard time about it that he “can make things a lot worse for me” and submit the diagnostic they wrote up to my warranty company to stop me from getting the repairs covered at a different auto shop. So basically they gave me no other option but to pay for the diagnostic and the repairs, everything they said would be covered under the warranty to get me there under false pretense.
Completely unethical and unprofessional for no apparent reason except to get more money. They have no way of proving their diagnostic to be accurate, and will not accept photo and video evidence that the AC was broken long before the fender bender, which was so small it didn’t even leave a dent. I’ve filed a complaint with the States Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, and I will be filling out a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Minimum, because they have no proof that the ac is broken due to the fender bender, and I have proof that it was broken before that, they should have at least allowed me to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion instead of calling me a liar and threatening to make sure all my future repairs would be questioned by my warranty company and lessen my chances of getting anything covered.
I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be taking their vehicle there to be serviced. They will tell you your warranty will cover everything to get you in there, but in my experience they will do everything they can to find a reason to not let that happen. Going so far as to write up a diagnostic with no evidence for what they state caused the problem, when I have proof the problem started long before.
Update: after calling corporate and being on the phone with them for 3 hours, Audi of Melbourne decides not to charge for the diagnostic, but when we go to pick up the car Andy, the supervisor, proceeds to call me a liar again, and repeated in an extremely condenscening and unprofessional tone that he could still send in the diagnostic to my warranty company to prevent me from having it covered. Despite the photo and video evidence of the timeline, and in his diagnostic report they didn’t test anything, they simply saw a small scratch on the fan module and said that was the cause, but didn’t do any tests. He also said, again in a very condescending tone, “I gave you a free diagnostic, I thought that was pretty nice of me” when him and I both know corporate made him do that. And this was after he called me a liar and threatened me, which I have on video. The “diagnostic”, if you can even call it that, was simply a look over. They even stated the module might still work, but they didn’t test it because they saw a scratch. I have video of Andy’s unprofessionalism will be submitting it to Audi’s corporate office.
Sold car out from under me during talks. - wellsk7
Reached out regarding a used CPO vehicle today and had been in discussions around purchasing said vehicle. The person I was working with sent to have a purchase agreement drawn up only to call me back and tell me that the car had been sold earlier in the day. What the xxxx??? What kind of business are they running? Then I was told "well you didn't put down a deposit" but I was never advised that I should or needed to do so! This is a total crock of sh*t and I would never recommend doing business with this dealership if this is how they treat an obvious buyer.
Sold vehicle with missing parts - jdwv
I purchased a used car from this dealership about 3-4 weeks ago. On the way home the low tire light came on. The tires looked ok so I didn't worry about it and also because I was going to upgrade the tires and wheels. I took the car in for the upgraded tires and rims today and was informed the low tire light was on because all 4 TPMS sensors were missing from the vehicle. This is a 2016 with 34K miles so it shouldn't be missing parts. Again, the sensors were not bad, they were missing.
Called the dealership and the refused to cover the cost to replace even though they sold me a vehicle without standard parts that should be included and working properly. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend them.
