Update! Thank you Brian! Brian the GM had to get involved to determine a solution to my mechanical issues and this 5 star rating is completely dedicated to him. I appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, & especially his sense of humor when I was beyond aggravated. He was very personable & literally checked in with me everyday until I had my jeep back on the road! My critique, it would have been wonderful if I was compensated for the $3,400 labor fees that I paid for & the jeep wasn’t fixed & wouldn’t change gears. Nevertheless, I am thrilled Brian was my advocate, he truly went above & beyond to help me!

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by - mswafford

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I have to say a great dealership, I love the separate booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my concerns and was honest with me about how long it was gonna take. I did like the waiting room was comfortable, but the charging station I have to say did not charge my phone but overall service was great and my truck runs fantastic.

I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn 3500 6.7 diesel dually. I kept having trouble with the engine light coming on. The code indicated there was a problem with the transmission. I took the truck here to Suncoast and the technician, Jason Dale quickly determine the cause of the problem, and fix the transmission. I'm very happy with the dealership and with jason. He also gave me tips about prolonging the life of my transmission that I really appreciated.

The worst dealership in this area. Do not deal with these people. Bought a stand new jeep wrangler that had stop start issue as soon as I left the parking lot. Returned for service multiple times and they found no issues. 4 years later I’m replacing the aux battery $99 because they wouldn’t. Also had my company vehicle a dodge ram towed to them for ac brakes and diagnostics. They did nothing not even a test drive and said nothing was wrong. The next day it died. The worst dealership. Stay away.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.

Just wanted to let you know last weekend we took our mazda in for warranty issues , we looked at the new Mazdas and wanted to upgrade , however the guy that helped us was not willing to really help us in any way , so we went across the street ,That is where we meet Thed ,Thed helped us so much that I was fiixing to buy a car I didnt even want because he worked so hard and was really a nice guy . We then gave it about 5 days to think and research and we decided we wanted the new Mazda CX9 but only wanted Thed to help us even though he worked across the street well he had it ready for us making lots of runs back and forth from car lots . Im telling you now being a business owner ourselves thed is a big asset to your company and deserves lots of praise . In 4 years we will be shopping for 2 new cars for our kids and we are going wher ever Thed is . And I also want to say the only reason we stayed with Mazda is because the service dept lady is amazing and on point with every visit we had wlwith our 2012 cx9 .
