He listened to what we wanted/needed and did everything he could to meet those expectations for a second time! He's also very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I dislike most sales people because they're typically pushy and Fern isn't! He'll really take care of you!

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.

Wallace Hyundai 3801 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997 Tucson Hybrid Limited VIN KM8JEDD18TU474030 June 27th 2026 I drove to Wallace Hyundai to buy a new car after Joshua the sales manager and I agreed on a price and I agreed to give a 500 deposit. RED FLAG 1, dishonest they charged my card $515. RED FLAG 2, deceit The car had 338 miles on it when I arrived and saw it. Joshua refused to give me the cars price and info before I arrived. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. RED FLAG 3, wasted time I asked joshua why the car had 338 miles and he told me it was a dealer trade so I asked him which dealer it come from and he said he will find out. After hours of waiting the general manager Amir Saleema tells me they wont sell me the car because im asking too many questions. I left home at 2pm and got back at 9pm at night. This dealership was trying to scam me and sell me a used car as new! When I turned on the car the motor you could hear it roaring from inside the car, I had test driven 2 hybrids of the same make model and trim and they were all silent. Joshua the sales manager refused to tell me the dealership it come from and when I pushed for an answer the general manager Amir Saleem didnt didnt want to reveal that info.

Very disappointing first experience — questionable service recommendations Today was our first time servicing our 2023 Hyundai Venue at this dealership. The vehicle has only 23,300 miles, and my wife brought it in for a routine oil change. What happened was extremely disappointing. The service advisor presented my wife with almost $800 in additional recommended services, including: * Brake fluid replacement/flushing * Engine coolant replacement * A/C evaporator case service * Four-wheel alignment Fortunately, my wife did not authorize these additional services. I have the computer-printed document listing the recommended services and the service advisor’s name, so this is not simply a misunderstanding or a verbal recollection. For a vehicle with only 23,300 miles, these recommendations seem excessive and raise serious questions about whether they were actually necessary at this mileage and whether the recommendations were based on the vehicle’s maintenance requirements or an attempt to sell additional services. What makes this especially frustrating is that my wife was the one who brought the vehicle in. I sincerely hope these recommendations were not influenced by the assumption that she might be less likely to question unnecessary maintenance. Regardless of the reason, presenting nearly $800 in additional work during a basic oil-change visit is unacceptable without clearly explaining why each service is necessary according to Hyundai’s maintenance schedule. This is not the way to build trust with a new customer. We came to the dealership expecting honest, manufacturer-based service recommendations, and instead left feeling like we had to question everything we were being told. I strongly recommend that customers get a second opinion and check the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule before authorizing expensive “recommended” services. Very disappointing experience, especially for our first visit.

Worst service ever!! MY CAR WAS 50 DAYS AT RICK CASE HYUNDAI PLANTATION-One of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for an intermittent electrical problem covered under warranty. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for 50 DAYS!!!The first 27 DAYS, they didn’t even inspect the vehicle, according to the dealership, because they were short-staffed. During that time, the service advisor Jesus Martinez assigned to my case rarely communicated and repeatedly failed to return my calls. After 27 days, I requested a loaner and were told they couldn’t provide one because there was no diagnosis — because they hadn’t even checked the vehicle! Eventually I had to escalate the situation to Hyundai Motor America. After a lot of arguments and few times trying to contact the service Manager at the dealer, finally they agreed to give me a loaner, remember it was 1 month already! And 3 days later, we were told to pick up the vehicle (my car) from dealer because they couldn’t replicate the problem!! (more than a month they never check my car and in 3 days they said they don't have a diagnosis!) I picked it up and within approximately 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, the same problem happened more than FIVE times in less than 10 mins. driving back to my home. Unbelievable!!! We called the manager and he asked us to bring it back, the only reason I did it was because the repair was covered under warranty. The car stayed there for another 2+ weeks, with the same lack of communication. We had to repeatedly call and leave messages just to get updates. We even provided information about similar cases and possible diagnostic solutions. After 50 DAYS, they finally ordered a part that we had already suggested they look into earlier. The most frustrating part isn’t just the 50 days — it’s the lack of urgency, communication, follow-up, and accountability. And I don’t even want to mention the experience when I pick up my car back, service advisor and manager were very unprofessional and the car was completely dirty (inside/outside), smelling very bad inside the car. If you are considering Rick Case Hyundai Plantation for service, especially for an intermittent or difficult-to-diagnose problem, or any other situation, do your research first and consider your options carefully. I hope that I never need to go back to Rick Case Hyundai, because after this experience, I never want to deal with this service department or any other department in this location again!
