He listened to what we wanted/needed and did everything he could to meet those expectations for a second time! He's also very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I dislike most sales people because they're typically pushy and Fern isn't! He'll really take care of you!

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.

Wallace Hyundai 3801 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997 Tucson Hybrid Limited VIN KM8JEDD18TU474030 June 27th 2026 I drove to Wallace Hyundai to buy a new car after Joshua the sales manager and I agreed on a price and I agreed to give a 500 deposit. RED FLAG 1, dishonest they charged my card $515. RED FLAG 2, deceit The car had 338 miles on it when I arrived and saw it. Joshua refused to give me the cars price and info before I arrived. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. RED FLAG 3, wasted time I asked joshua why the car had 338 miles and he told me it was a dealer trade so I asked him which dealer it come from and he said he will find out. After hours of waiting the general manager Amir Saleema tells me they wont sell me the car because im asking too many questions. I left home at 2pm and got back at 9pm at night. This dealership was trying to scam me and sell me a used car as new! When I turned on the car the motor you could hear it roaring from inside the car, I had test driven 2 hybrids of the same make model and trim and they were all silent. Joshua the sales manager refused to tell me the dealership it come from and when I pushed for an answer the general manager Amir Saleem didnt didnt want to reveal that info.

The managers at the store tried to make it look like it was my fault that I misplaced it somewhere but that is not true. This is not the first problem I've had at this dealership but I can assure you you should go to somewhere else and buy your Hyundai

I am very disappointed with the service at West Palm Beach Hyundai. I paid $171.46 for a routine oil change on my Elantra, which is already a very high price, but the quality of work was unacceptable. They overfilled the engine with oil, exceeding the maximum limit. This is a basic task that, if done incorrectly, can cause serious engine damage. It shows a complete lack of quality control. My service advisor was Marc Frometa (Invoice #613756). I will not be returning and I strongly advise others to double-check their vehicle after servicing it here.

What a waste of time. My wife and I already bought a 2019 Elantra from them and now we leased a 2025 Sonata N line. Made a 9:30 appointment just to get the recall updated to stop the battery drain and they tell me it would be three hours. I waited a while and when I decided to try to sell the car back to them , they low-balled me with a 19K offer. Residual on the car is 24K and that is a year and a half from now with 30K mile. My car has 10K . They are selling for 28 to 29 at every dealership as car is in excellent condition. I did not expect that but 19K..really? This really is an insult . Will NEVER buy from them again.

Spoke to young lady in advance and invited to come see used cars. Upon arrival, no one smiling. Salesman reluctantly led me to the nice lady. Told her just need transporation for under 20K. She comes back with a young man who insists I take a ride in a new car. Refuse saying just want to see the advertised specials. Lady leaves the building. He comes back again urging me to test drive another new car. Asked price, tells me he is not a salesman. Tell him nothing personal and sure the car runs well, but here for a used car requesting to speak with the manager. He comes out without introducing himself offering help without a smile. I show him the advertised car on my cell phone. Sarcastically he replies you don't have to put it in my face. Respond are you going to show me this car, yes or no? Directs me to door exclaiming in earshot of all staff and customers alike, I won't be disrespected. Saying as I leave, you're not being disrespected, you are just too defensive. Horrible!
