Outstanding i had my Rav4 in for its check up. From the time I pulled my car in till I left everyone spoke politely and positively I would like to hilight 2 persons however. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I explained that I didn’t understand some things relating to the screen with the maps, contacts etc. She immediately had Kiko Mayes come and help me. He was very polite, positive and cheerful. He took time to explain things to me. Thiugh all the staff that I had contact with were good these two, Monica and Kiko were outstanding

I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended services and costs. Explained that the update and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon.

My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of trading in my 2020 Dodge Challenger with low miles for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were met at the door by Sales Representative "Ron" who was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Ron was patient and very informative during the process of the test drive and even the paperwork. He allowed us to have the ultimate experience and we were very satisfied with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. Ron made the experience super easy and we were offered beverages and lounging during our visit. Ron made sure to keep checking up on us and continuously updated us with different steps in the process while our new SUV was being cleaned and detailed for us. Visiting this Dealership and the Service Department is always a painless experience. The service area is clean and tidy, along with plenty personnel who quickly greet you in the drive-up area. Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review.
