I have been dealing with Subaru of Port Richey since 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both of our vehicles. We can plan our maintenance to keep the cars running properly with his guidance. This dealership is almost two hours from where we live and there is actually another Subaru dealership in our city. However, we are willing to take the drive down since we trust them so much. Our experience with Spencer has been wonderful! Thanks for the awesome service!!

Had a pretty good experience. Faced some issues on trying to reach the service department and my advisor. A few times I called I got hung up on many times or sent to voicemail. It was definitely easier to text the advisor than to call. I think they did the repairs needed and hoping to not have any serious issues in the future. Would come back for repairs. I also learned that dropping your car off after Wednesday you may not get it back until the following week; technicians for repair do not work on the weekends. They only change oil and minor repairs.

average service except me and my wife do not like the Toyota rav 4 car play system. it's very very complicated and does not connect to my iPhone 14. I have to plug it in. yes I have had 3 different people at Bev smith Toyota and neither figured it out. my neighbor has a brand new hybrid Toyota corolla and he does not like his car play either. my ford ranger 2021 is awesome . when I get into it to drive it connects flawlessly. we have been contemplating getting rid of this rav 4. we are very disappointed.

Not well enough staffed with knowledgeable PHEV technicians to diagnose electronic issues,thus repairs take longer than they should for a company that has been doing PHEVs longer than the rest. Although management will try to accommodate the customer with a loner vehicle, they just don't have enough of those to deal with the staffing issue and the backlog of repairs.

I keep coming back to Ford of Clermont because the customer service is top notch. On my last visit, my service advisor was Jacob McKey. I was scheduled to have my rear brake pads replaced. Upon arrival I was told by Jacob that their service in Quick Lube was backed up and it might take about 3 hours before they were able to get me in. I explained that I had a doctors appointment that I had to keep. He said he would see if he can get it done sooner. I was out of there in a couple of hours. Thank you Jacob and thank you Ford of Clermont.
