I stopped by to see and drive a vehicle that I had seen advertised online. I didn't have an appointment, but RBM and Pam, my salesperson, were very accommodating. I drove the car and loved it. My husband came back with me the following day to see the car and work out the details of the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes.

Worked deal with internet salesman Taylor Whitmire who accepted my offer and trade amount requested. Drove 2 1/2 hours since local dealer wouldn't come down off sticker price. He arranged for Casey to show me all the features in the car before I left and he even had a red bow on the car when I arrived!!! A totally wonderfully day!!!

I know that Mercedes is top of the line and it is expected to be the best in quality. What I didn't see coming was the friendliness and commitment to excellence with what I needed and wanted all wrapped up in one. The environment is very very pleasant and the team work surpassed my expectation. I ran into a service problem and Mr. Mike Higham immediately spoke with me and everyone involved was willing to help me find a resolution. It was no sense of "have to" but a "want to" from all the team members involved. I have been coming here for service a long time, and there is a new change-a good change. I can see it and feel it. My Service Consultant was great! I left him a voicemail message and he responded in a few minutes. I asked that he schedule me a loaner vehicle on the day of service and he did. I was able to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, on my way to work. I recommend Mercedes Benz of Augusta to all my family and friends.

Although my car was fixed after the second time leaving it with the same problem, it was returned differently than I left it. The first time, the air condititioner did not blow cool air; although, I left it with the air conditioner on and cooling with no problems. When I asked about it, I was told that it was never touched; although the settings were set to Lo. After picking up the second time, I left my car with more than a half tank of gas. The car was returned to me after 5-6 days with the gas light on and having to pray to make it to the nearest gas station. I have been taking my car here for 9 years and have never experienced anything like this. Like I said, my car was fixed after the second visit and I appreciate that, it's just the dishonesty that I can do without.

I was told multiple lies by salesman, Richard Lowery. Bought almost sight/unseen a certified used vehicle which means I trusted the salesman and paid a good bit more. Turned out to have so many things wrong with it, it took the service department a month to get it up to par. Salesman said parts were ordered that when I followed up on , he had not even ordered. Other promises made and not kept. Once you sign for the purchase, you are persona non grata. Service department does a good job.
