BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I have had my used vehicle for just over a year and have had to put THOUSANDS of dollars into it. I understand a used vehicle may require some maintenance however in such a short time frame this is unacceptable. That car was over 10 grand! extremely overpriced. Plus they claimed they put a new battery and brakes on. That was clearly a lie! I had to replace both in barley over a year!!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy. Will never go to this place again!!!!

This dealership knocked it out of the park on servicing my vehicle! I own a transportation company and my 2022 Ford Transit Connect van broke down unexpectedly mid delivery. It was very urgent to get it looked at. I called 3 Ford dealerships closer to me, and none of them could even look at it for a week. When I called Ford Peoria, the service manager said “sure, I can look at it today just get it in here”. The very next day it was assessed and repaired. It was just a bad sensor. But my company would have been down for over a week if they didn’t squeeze it in like that. I felt they understood my situation and urgency, and they provided great customer service! Great experience end-to-end. Had the Bronco model we wanted and was able to put a deposit in to hold it while my daughter, an ICU nurse working the night shift, was able to find a time to get there to look at. Also flexible on the scheduling to put up.

Had an entirely stress-free and no-bull experience at Willowbrook Ford. I corresponded online with Tracy about a used Cherokee I found online, but due to their location wasn't sure when I'd be able to visit. Once I had the opportunity, I informed my salesman Brian that my time was limited, and was hoping for a test drive and an estimate as to what my trade-in value and overall cost of the new vehicle would be. I stated the terms and amounts I was willing to accept, and unlike nearly every other dealership I've dealt with, they came back with an offer that fit my parameters. Once we shook on the deal, Matt (finance) got me through the paperwork quickly (while making sure I understood what I was signing). Altogether, it only took about 2-1/2 hours from the time I walked in the door for me to drive off in my new (to me) ride. All dealer sales experiences should be so smooth.

Bought a 1998 Jaguar XJ8 from here and let me tell you this is the absolute best experience I have had buying a car in my life. First off the car was immaculate and absolutely perfectly well maintained and they did an absolutely fantastic job showing me the car and making sure I was happy with the experience. I absolutely love this car and the experience I had with the team there was icing on the cake as not only was it an easy purchase but it was truly a fun one as well! I dealt with both Zach and Alex for this car purchase mainly and Zach made sure I was well informed on the vehicle and did not try to pressure me during the experience at all. The car itself was truly immaculate for the year and it was clear the team at Dixon took care to make sure this vehicle was show ready and needed nothing. These are hard cars to come by and even harder to find somewhere that wants to make sure they are well taken care of before releasing them to a new owner so I very much appreciate the fact that they took the care it deserved to make it an unbelievable find and purchase. Alex did the paperwork for me and gave me a great deal on a warranty! An affordable warranty on a 1998 car and even moreso a Jaguar is absolutely unheard of but they did not disappoint. Not only was he detailed and polite during the whole experience but he knows how to make the process quick and fun. Truly was smiling ear to ear throughout the whole experience. I cannot say enough about my experience and the team at Dixon Ford VW. It is a small town dealer and they truly know how to take care of a customer throughout the entire process. Thank you Dixon Ford VW and especially Zach and Alex for an absolutely unbelievable car buying experience and for taking such good care of this vehicle when you took it in.

Ordered a Mustang Mach-E through this dealership. Took a very long time to get the vehicle of course. I was nervous what might happen once the car arrived and I went into the dealership to buy. Lots of Ford dealers, because of insane demand for EVs, are trying to tack on all kinds of ADM and extra costs, etc. But not these guys. Whole experience took less than 2 hours, no baloney whatsoever. Everything was as promised and expected. Gave me the rate lock from back on my order date, all the numbers were good, no added costs, no pressure on extended warranties or anything else. Trade-in offer was very reasonable and we were able to talk them even a little higher with no fuss. Joe was very nice, easy to work with. Smooth as one could possibly ask for. Definitely would recommend this dealer for anyone looking to purchase a Ford.

We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.
