They were very proactive, apologized for my experience, and refunded the service charge to my credit card. I truly appreciated the personal outreach and their willingness to take accountability and make things right.
Since then, I have returned for additional service, and the difference has been noticeable. I’ve been treated kindly, professionally, and with genuine care, which tells me they didn’t just react — they adjusted. Customer service recovery matters, and in this case, they recovered well.
