I looked online on Tuesday and wanted a Friday appointment. I booked a 2:00 appointment because only afternoon appointments were available. Afterwards I remembered an event I’d intended to go to on Friday at 3:00. I called Thursday afternoon and asked if I could come earlier. I was given a 7:30 am appointment. I need break work and wheel alignment which was going to take 3 to 4 hours. I was offered a loaner car. This dealership is always so accommodating. I didn’t take the loaner but decided to wait instead. I bought my car at this dealership and have had my car serviced here for 5 years and have always been impressed with their service and attentiveness to the customer needs.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
