JT was awesome to deal with. He made the experience very easy and non-stressful. We bought a trade-in that had just come in and hadn't gone through their reconditioning process yet. He was checking everything in the vehicle with us to make sure it was working correctly and made sure things got fixed that we inquired about. Paperwork was easy to complete too. JT's co-workers also spoke highly of him when I came in to pick up our vehicle and he couldn't help me immediately due to helping another customer. Upon visitingConklin Ford Newton, I was very pleasantly surprised. There were no jumping up and down sales people, no jumping chicken, no one ranting and raving and waving their arms. Just a small town atmosphere, laid back and a a joy to visit. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the car we wanted to purchase and did not pressure us ;in any way shape or form. While I did my paperwork, he switched the license plates, filled it up with a full tank, put floor mats in it, and moved all of my paperwork over to the new truck. Great quality, great price, great service, great car! Cliff helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He also promptly answered all of our questions in person, over the phone, by text, and by e-mail. I really appreciated working with someone so accessible and communicative. Cliff was really knowledgeable, too. He knew the cars in and out, and kept us updated throughout the whole buying process.
We started our car shopping online, and I was impressed by Victory Ford’s reviews and ratings. We found a car we liked, and came in on a Thursday evening to take a look at it. I really appreciated that they were open until 8 pm. The vehicles are of such high quality and are priced so competitively that the car we wanted to look at was sold by the time we got to the lot! I was so impressed that Cliff knew the inventory well enough to immediately suggest two other cars that matched our desired specifications. We really liked both of the cars, and picked our favorite.
The car had to be detailed (that’s how fast the inventory moves on the lot), so we came back the next day and bought it! It was an easy and painless experience from start to finish. Funny thing was, as we were leaving, two other couples were there wanting to see the car that we had just bought, lol! Like I said, great quality...great price...these cars move fast! I hope those couples found something that they liked, just like we did!
I also have to give a shout-out to the rest of the team at Victory Ford. On our first visit, Cliff introduced us to Stony Floyd, the General Manager, who gave us his card and told us to feel free to contact him if we needed to. I think it says a lot when the GM is ready and willing to be accessible.
Scott, who handled the sales and financing, was probably the most efficient I’ve ever seen! I was by no means rushed; he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, but at the same time, he never wasted my time or left me twiddling my thumbs. That’s A+++ service, in my opinion.
And, it was so convenient to do the financing in-house, and the rates were more competitive than anything we had been finding on my own. It only took about an hour from the time we decided to buy until the keys were in our hands!
All-around, the facility is top-notch. It’s clean and well-lit. There were comfortable chairs and coffee and water. You take these things for granted until you go somewhere that’s sketchy, and then you realize what a difference they make — how they reflect the thought that goes into the customer’s experience. It’s obvious that Victory Ford really cares about its customers. We will definitely be coming back when we’re in the market again!

I would definitely recommend Midway Motors. We didn't feel pressured to buy, they gave us time to think about it, as it's a big purchase. We were very pleased with their customer service. When we decided to get a new truck, we contacted Chad and told him what we were looking for. We set up appointment and was greeted as soon as we came in. During this process we worked with several employees, and they were all terrific! Chad made sure we new exactly how the electronics worked in truck and he went over everything with us. We were very pleased with this dealership.
Incompetent Body Shop - JBird
Bought my truck from Laird Noller and was hit by another driver 3 weeks later. Laird Noller Collision Center in Lawrence has had my f150 for 7 weeks. Tried to give it back to me with a terrible paint job and a bad rear door. They fixed the paint after 2 more tries. Been waiting 3 weeks for just the door to get fixed but they don’t know how. Keep telling me Ford tech support has to tell them how to do it. I will never use this dealer or body shop again. They don’t know how to do the work and repeatedly try to say the truck is done without fixing obvious problems. Total incompetence.

Robbie Carpino, went above and beyond to get what we wanted in a vehicle and yet never pressured us in to a hasty decision. When we went to do the paperwork, per prior purchases elsewhere we were expecting at least an hour to close the deal. Fifteen minutes and Robbie was handing over the keys. I actually ask him if we were really done with the paperwork. Enjoyed what usually is a real pain for me.

I sent a request for information on a Ford Expedition to Rusty Eck Ford through cars.com on February 9, 2018. Later that day I received a wonderful video from Doug Ford. Doug told me about the Expedition and literally videotaped the outside and inside of the vehicle. I let him know that I had not purchased a vehicle since 2008 and had never looked for a vehicle on the internet. I did not realize that they were in Kansas. He assured me that they deliver anywhere. He was absolutely a wonderful salesman. Shawna Behen reached out to see what my trade in value would be not knowing that my vehicle was totaled but she reached out via email and I truly appreciated the email. Aimee also reached out to see if I needed anymore information. Yesterday I was able to find a used Expedition in my town but I would use Rusty Eck Ford. Great service.

I am an annoying internet shopper and worse- a BMW buyer!! I found a pretty unique BMW online at at Laird Noller Ford and got in touch with them. I live 300+ miles away from them, so I needed to know a lot of information before I could make an offer on the car. From the first minute, the entire team was great to work with. Gene Glass was the salesperson who traded the BMW in and he sent me videos of the car and all the records I asked for. We agreed on terms and Gene handled everything for the sale over text message! I flew in to Topeka from St. Louis because I needed to see the car before I bought it (I’ve had vehicles delivered- it is not good, trust me!) . I arrived an hour earlier than planned, so I had to drive with Gene to pick the car up- he had noticed a couple tiny dents in the hood after it was detailed and Laird Noller paid to have them removed before I even got there!! In all honesty, the chances of me finding the next obscure car I buy at Laird Noller are pretty slim, but I had an awesome experience with everyone there and you should definitely go see Gene Glass if you want to buy a car!

We’ve purchased six vehicles from Augusta’s location! A 2004 Ford Mustang, 2010 F150, two 2016 Ford Mustangs, 2017 F250, and now a 2012 Ford Focus for our Son. Today Eddie was our salesman and like usual we were taken care of. I particularly like Eddie’s forward approach to selling vehicles. You’re not working with a slimy liar like most lots. We had a slightly different buying experience under the new management but were still able to leave the table mostly satisfied. We will continue to purchase vehicles from this store. Extra thanks to Kyle as well for putting up with our aggressive car buying style too.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.
