Upon visitingConklin Ford Newton, I was very pleasantly surprised. There were no jumping up and down sales people, no jumping chicken, no one ranting and raving and waving their arms. Just a small town atmosphere, laid back and a a joy to visit. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the car we wanted to purchase and did not pressure us ;in any way shape or form. He smiled and greeted us with the utmost respect and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people that want a small town atmosphere and a pleasant surrounding. Another plus is pleasant surprise is the loaning of a vehicle if you are in need of service.

We were pulling a large 5th wheel trailer with our Dodge RAM 3500 when our diesel fuel tank came loose and was dragging the highway. We limped into Dan Brenner Ford. Everyone was great to us, dropped what they were doing and came out to take a look. Chance rolled under the truck on a creeper and checked out the situation. Rolled out and announced, "No problem" I'll have you fixed in no time. And he did. We were back out on I-70 less than an hour after we had limped in. I can't say enough about the service. And we weren't even driving a Ford. They only charged us $40.

I came from out of state to buy a truck from them. They facilitated the whole process. They gave me an amazing trade value, and an awesome price on the truck I bought. Adam took great care of me and followed through with all of the small details. While I did my paperwork, he switched the license plates, filled it up with a full tank, put floor mats in it, and moved all of my paperwork over to the new truck. I felt like they made me their priority. And for that reason I will be returning. It is worth the trip.

I don't write many reviews but my recent experience at Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park was exceptional! The Service Manager, Jonathan Pankrez, went out of his way to help in getting my Ford Fusion fixed within a couple of hours of my call for assistance. He not only immediately knew what the issue was, but stayed at the dealership on his personal time and waited for my car arrive. My car was fixed and back on the road ASAP. He went above and beyond my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend Bob Allen Ford - Jonathan made a believer out of me that extremely high customer service is still out there! I purchased my 2010 f150 at louisburg Ford because I live in Louisburg, I wanted to have a service relationship for my vehicle. I could of saved $1500.00 and had more options if I had gone to a dealer in Leavenworth fact. I chose Louisburg Forad as I mentioned for the service relationship that they failed me on. For 8 years they had the knowledge and opportunity to inform me to NOT USE THE REAR DEFROST in doing so could possibly bust out my rear drives side glass. Google it it's a thing. Well shame on you for your failure in informing your service customers. People for now on go for the deal NOT the service relationship..

When the deal falls through they will be anywhere but their office when you call to see about getting your down payment back.

Worst car buying experience I have had! - 93M6Camaro
I have done business with laird Noller since I bought my first car. Every experience was great and I had only good things to say. After my experience today. I am not sure what happened. I went to inquire about a truck and potentially trade in a mustang I had purchased from them two years ago. The Salesman asked me what time to meet him, I explained to him I could do it in the morning and he text me early asking what time. I told him 830. He never showed up, I sat in the building for 30 minutes before I could get help. I got stuck with another salesman who rushed me through didn’t ask me what I was looking for, literally put zero emphasis on me as a buyer and what I wanted to get out of the situation. Then they have my car for 3 minutes and then insult me with an unbelievable trade in quote. (Apparently it cost 600$ for tire sensors). When I was about to leave they said they would work on a deal. I waited for another hour and nothing happened. I told them I had to go to work, they said they would contact me before 5. No one ever called me and to top off the situation the truck that they had listed wasn’t even the model as described.

Completely UNETHICAL!!! - TammyPearson33
This is the most unethical dealership I have ever ever dealt with. We went in to take advantage of their "will pay you $4000 above the trade in value of your car". Our cars' trade in value on KBB is just North of $16K. So, according to their deal, they should have given us $20K in trade in value. Instead, they offered us 12K all in for our trade AND that the car we were buying (with a KBB value of just barely over $6K) they would sell to us for $11,987.00.
WAIT... WHAT?? When I politely ask them to pull up the KBB on both cars, they did. And while they agreed to pay S the 20K for our car, they still wanted to charge us 12K for the one we were buying even though it was $6000 above KBB. They then asked us to come back on Monday to complete all the paperwork , citing that the car needed to be cleaned. That was literally the only truth they told. So fast forward to today. Guess who called to say they change their mind and planned to sell that car to an auction? SERIOUSLY THE MOST UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I URGE ANYONE READING THIS TO SHARE.
