Place is a scam and liars. Christy Bell the business manager is a pathetic excise of a person. Said I was approved and since the irs sent me a random accuracy letter that could take 120 days. A simple return Happens to alot of taxpayers. The IzrS said I didn't do anything wrong. They can just randomly review your return by a representative and not electronically. I was told I could use my pending tax refund and never given a deadline and the salesman said there was no deadline for refund. It's the irs who has any control over them. After having vehicle I thought I owned or 2 weeks and lost $100 in insurance. Christy Bell tok the vehicle back and I never was approved Other car dealerships do this tactic also. Beware!!!! The BBB amd Kansas Consumer Commision and the state Attorney General is on this. *******************************(*(*( UPDATE UPDATE Update Update ON CHRISsssy BUTLERS RESPONSE FROM Midwest FORD BIG LIAR!. I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!

Was having issues with truck shifting in from 35 to 40, Was tested, ordered a few parts and a day later truck was running smooth as new again. Very smart and super nice service team that works together and understands the process and customers.

Had oil changed on Wednesday, I think, and scheduled the brake work for Thursday. Dealership was kind enough to deliver vehicle to my work site. When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in. My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job.
