Such a great place to go. We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

We had a great experience with Jay purchasing a Tucson. We had looked for a year for a compact SUV. Jay Rad was very helpful during test drives, providing useful information about features without being overbearing. He was also helpful with purchase. We were well prepared with KBB price information and had compared the out-the-door price from other dealers; the dealership was willing to meet the incentive offered by another dealership. We were clear that we did not want any extras, and were pleasantly surprised that the purchase was quick and no high-pressure delays in F&I office. We recommend Jay and will work with him and the dealership again! Just confirm at time of purchase how best to contact Jay with follow-up questions.

In August 2024 I was wrongfully charged $330 at Pohanka Hyundai. They admitted to their mistake & twice said they would refund me to no avail. Of course I put in multiple disputes with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. So far after four months the issue still hasn't been resolved. Me nor my husband will ever go back to this location. I would NEVER EVER recommend them. If they'll rip me off after 10 years of being a customer your time is next. Heed the warning now and go to another Hyundai franchise. Also, the issue (that was covered under warranty along with my checkup) was incorrectly done. I had to make an appointment with another Hyundai franchise to fix the issue. This has been a complete 💩 show.

Quick, straightforward negotiation, transparent pricing, knowledgeable sales staff, incredibly organized finance manager, quick process. The whole thing took 24 hours from us contacting them about the vehicle to driving off the lot. Could not be happier, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Bought a 2024 Tucson and had expensive insurance scams added to the deal. Signing was a nightmare. I was kept hanging on all afternoon in a a well organized rip off. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office but had to pay the car off to get rid of the insurance scams. I am an eighty four year old veteran and can only say sleaze bags would have acted this way.
