I don't remember meeting Luis. I was more informed after meeting with Wahab a second time and actually given paperwork to review. I am a visual person and it was hard to decipher what was being said about each item without something right in front of me. It was even harder with the financial part without actual paperwork and break downs on all the additional warranty items, which I was given at the second meeting with Wahab. Roy is a great patient guy and wants to make sure that I understand everything. I told him I would eventually have sometime to see what my Tucson can do and all the gadgets once I have my surgery and have time to read up on every thing. He has invited me to stop by anytime and he is willing to go over everything with me. I told him once I get to read the owners manual and I have questions I would take him up on that.

Such a great place to go. We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

Jay Rad was very helpful during test drives, providing useful information about features without being overbearing. He was also helpful with purchase. We were well prepared with KBB price information and had compared the out-the-door price from other dealers; the dealership was willing to meet the incentive offered by another dealership. We were clear that we did not want any extras, and were pleasantly surprised that the purchase was quick and no high-pressure delays in F&I office. We recommend Jay and will work with him and the dealership again! Just confirm at time of purchase how best to contact Jay with follow-up questions.

Spoke with Sales Person Iisha over the phone. The vehicle that I inquired about was waiting for my son to view and test drive. My Son decided right on the spot to purchase the vehicle. The staff as well as Iisha was friendly and quite courteous they also invited us to have some pizza. The Sales and Financial staff spoke directly to my Son because he was the person spending his money. That really made a difference to him and myself. By the way, my Son's vehicle was Sale-Person Iisha's very first Sale since starting her job on the previous Monday. Congratulation Iisha.

At third service interval (~22K miles) on my Palisade, service advisor told me "Hyundai recommends a four wheel alignment which will be $275, would you like to schedule that today?" That was when I was checking in and no one had even driven the car...I did not make a scene and replied "no". Great job Pohanka Service Department! Today, I went in to parts for an oil filter and an in-cabin air filter, the parts guy came back and told me that would be $91...I asked for a breakdown and he told me the in-cabin was $70 and the oil was $21; I walked out. OEM parts (check any Hyundai dealer that sells on-line) and the highest I found were $28.75 and $10.15 respectively (not including $15 shipping). So, adding in 6% MD sales tax, Pohanka was upcharging me no less than 82%. Way to go Pohanka Parts Department! I am sure the dealer will respond that somehow I am mistaken and how much they value their customers, I am not and apparently that value is very little.

Please check your warranty package if you purchased a new vehicle from Pohanka Hundai be certain that you have the manufacture warranty. I purchased a new vehicle and I had EG Assurance with five warranties I didnt have the manufacturer warranty. And all of the warranties my signature was forged.
