He is a true professional who knows his product and went far above the call to ensure that my family and I had a great car buying experience. My wife and I were looking at a few vehicles and a couple of them were Nissans, we went and drove both a Kicks and the Rogue Sport and informed our salesman that we were currently in just an information gathering phase and he didn't try to pressure us into anything and told us that he was not going to be a pushy salesman, he lived up to that word. A few days later we returned after making our decision and made our purchase of a brand new Rogue Sport. Our salesman Michael Holcomb made the deal painless. I would definitely recommend if you were looking for a new Nissan to give Nissan of Lexington Park a go, they will take care of you and if they don't have the Nissan you want, they will find it, that is what they did for us as we wanted a specific Rogue Sport with specific color and options, they didn't have it, they found it, they got it for us. This was my wife's 4th new car since we've been married and this was definitely one of the smoother transactions.

I had purchased 4 Nissan Murano SUVs from 2002 to 2015 from Priority Nissan and as I went to purchase the 2019 one I had a bad incident with the sales rep so my daughter shopped around and found the Nissan I wanted at this location. She dealt with Le'Shon Johnson who kept in touch while we were on vacation. Once we returned I went to see Le'Shon and I bought my 5th Murano! She was so pleasant to deal with and easy to get in touch with...in fact all of the folks at the dealership were very nice. While my experience with the salesman was great! I was a very disappointed with your service department. Vehicle had to go back twice to be cleaned. Minor things that needed to be repaired to the vehicle I have to wait a week before they can be done in your service department. I'm hoping my experience will be different and I hoping I want have difficulty getting the repairs done.
They were also supposed to fill the tank up and did not.

Rachel Perry called me at home just before Memorial Day and asked me if I was interested in getting a newer car. At that time I told her I was in a sacrifice mode because my daughter was driving my 2016 Rogue. She spoke to her manager and they advised me to come to the dealership. Well, May 31 was an excellent day for me. I was able to drive out in a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentre.. The car is just what I needed. I have no problems at all. I am truly disappointed with the service I received the last time my car was in your shop. The issue is not with the mechanics or the quality of their work, it is with the “selling” or representation of the work that needed to be done.
I brought my car, a 2013 Altima, into the service center at Bel Air Nissan/Hyundai for the purpose of having my brake pads replaced. Following your mechanical inspection, my service advisor, Daniel Moore, called and explained to me that along with break-pads for each wheel, the four rotors also needed to be replaced. I questioned this assessment since I brought the car in for service after hearing the first “chirp” of a pad wear indicator. Mr. Moore explain the problem was not that the rotors were worn, it was that they had rusted to the point of being unserviceable. I had never heard of this happening so I specifically asked Mr. Moore to save the brake rotors for my inspection.
Mr. Moore recommended several other services for my car. Wanting to keep it in good operating condition, I took his recommendations. This work is shown on invoice number NICS661704.
When I arrived to pick up my car I asked Mr. Moore to show me the rotors. While I was standing there, he asked another employee to “get an Altima rotor out of the bin and bring it out to him”. After the employee returned with a rotor, Mr. Moore began talking to me as if this rotor came off of my car. I saw minor grooves on the surfaces that the brake pads grip, the type that can easily be machined out, but then this wasn’t even a rotor from my car. I asked to see the rust that rendered this rotor unserviceable. Mr. Moore pointed to the rusted outer rim and stated that was the problem. I was both amazed and insulted by this conversation. This is not what I expected from a dealership that wants to have a valued “lifetime relationship” with their customers.
The complete lack of honesty regarding the necessity of replacing the brake rotors calls into question the necessity of doing the other work.
Typically the service department contacts me by email and/or phone to confirm that I’m satisfied with the work that was performed. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that there was no follow-up for this vehicle service.
The service department has lost all trust and credibility with me. It is safe to assume they have also lost a customer “for life”.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.
TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
