My wife decided she wanted a Mazda 6, after a bit of hunting we found the one she wanted (Grand Touring package) At Bayside. Stephen answered the phone and set up the test drive. What a great salesperson. Helpful, able to carry on a nice but not over the top conversation, had done his homework on the car and while we were on the test drive pointed out the many features of the car (They are are Nissan dealership, to effortlessly talk about the Mazda showed he had done a bit of homework). The price on line was competitive so we bought it. They were able to beat my bank on financing so we went with their bank, we use Navy Federal so I was a bit surprised. We asked if they could touch up a few blemishes on the car (it is a 2015) they took care of all of them. A few days after the sale we got a nice follow up call on how everything was going with the car. I look forward to using the many benefits that come from them (you get free oil changes, tire rotation, cash wash and more from them!). One of the best experiences I've had buying a car! I visited the dealer on 12-12-17 thinking I could get a good deal, during that visit I ended my current lease of a 2015 and sing a new lease a new 2017 Nissan Murano.
Today 01/25/18 after three visits to the dealer, over 15 phone calls between the Dealer and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ( the leasing company ) my issue is still not resolved, basically the dealer has overcharge with hiding charges a total of $ 749.00 on my new lease contract.
Since the beginning of this experience, I felt very disrespected by the staff at the dealer including, Finance Director, Sales Manager and General manager.
Their behavior is shameful, they constantly lie, lie and lie, they do not listen to what I am saying, change their story, do not answer my questions or give me stray answers, , are unethical and deceitful, and tray to make me feel like I am stupid.
My last visit to the dealership on 01-24-18 with General Manager Ms. Paula Caruso was shocking to say the least, I thought that at this meeting I was finally going to get my issue resolve, how wrong I was...
As soon I enter the office of General manager, I felt I was been attack by the general manager, her attitude was very aggressive and confrontational, she refuse to answer my questions or give me stray answers, constantly talking over me with her car dealer talk and dealer terminology, trying to confuse me and make me feel like I was stupid, her behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful, I was shock....
During the meeting, the general manager ask another male staff member to enter the room where we were meeting, both of then when on the attack questioning me and the reason I keep basally bothering them, they wonder why I could not understand what they were saying to me like I was stupid. Each time I visited the dealer I have received a different story about the hiding overcharges, during this meeting, I got a new different story.
Realizing I was not going to get the issue resolve, I left the dealership feeling frustrated and powerless, knowing that what they are doing is fraud and illegal. I have never experience this label of disrespect and abuse as a consumer, specially after been a costumer at the dealership for the past 8 years and having lease a total of three cars.
Today I realize that the only way to get this issue resolved is by going to court. If they think for one second that they are going to stick it to me, I got news for then, they are going to regretted, because I will not stop until I get justice.
In the mean time, I have file several claims of fraud with the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs.

You contact your service rep who you thought would create a more client based relationship and get ignored. I wont bring my personal or company vehicle to Jones dealers.

I had a very good buying experience with Mike Cedeno. I didn't think that I would be able to purchase a car but he did everything in his power and I walked out without no down payment at all. Everyone was very polite and patient with me and took their time with helping me and I was always able to call back and ask the dealer questions about anything from servicing to losing my keys to driving the vehicle. He was always there and he made the driving experience very calming and pleasurable.

TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

Had advertised a car online for $17,995, but after spending 3 hours with the dealership, I learned the car would cost me nearly $8,000 more than their advertised price. I don't know how many people are military, recent graduates, frequent buyers, and all the other discounts combined to actually get the price they advertised, but I'll bet nobody gets the vehicle for their advertised price. I resent the fact that I wasted 3 hours of my life dealing with them. I have ridiculous credit, 865, and so even a well qualified buyer such as myself wasn't eligible for their best deal. Ended up buying the same vehicle, literaly same VIN number, from a much better dealer who didn't try to deceive their customers. I would never go back to this dealer just based on principle.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
