I visited this dealership and met with Tyrone to sell my car. I found everyone there to be positive, friendly, and helpful--very concerned about not wasting my time. They made me a fair offer which I accepted. While doing the paperwork my wife asked about nearby shopping and they lent her a car to go shopping while we finished. Then they drove us home over 30 miles away.
I would definitely go to Younger Nissan to sell or buy.

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership; both times the process was painless and very professional. Having been through terrible car-buying experiences in the past - high pressure tactics, rude salespeople or managers, trying to sneak in additional costs - Criswell has always been a breath of fresh air. I went in with a specific car in mind - the Arctic Blue Murano SL with 'Cashmere' interior. They didn't have the interior/exterior color combination I wanted on the lot; I informed them that another dealer had it, so I could go there unless they could beat the price I'd been quoted for it. I worked with Rafael Maldonado, who patiently tolerated my test drive and didn't even white-knuckle the highway portion:) He was very professional and helpful, showing me every possible detail on the car, plus he sync'd my phone with the car post-purchase and put on the new tags! The manager, Moin Gilani, did everything he could to get the price down to what the other dealership's was and get max value for my trade. Matin was patient with my going over the numbers and asking questions in the finance room. And in the end, I actually now like the Cayenne Red - with Cashmere interior (which I purchased) better than I liked the blue which originally was my dream car - and I do mean DREAM. I literally dreamed about it! Never thought *that* would happen! I can't wait to get up for work now, just to drive this beauty:)

All the staff at Tischer Nissan were extremely friendly, genuine, and helpful. Each and every staff person truly took care of me and my family; from my service associate, Murphy, who delivered the bad news that I needed to replace my transmission in my old nissan and helped me weigh all my options to my outstanding salesmen’s, Will, who sold me my new 2018 Altima! Chris, sales manager, and Denise, finance manager, also did a great jobs negotiating my deal and finding all available rebates needed for me to sign on the dotted line with no money down. They even found time to play spider-man with my 3yr old son which kept him occupied for several hours😊Although I was bummed I had to buy a new car, it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had (even better than my first purchase 6yrs ago) and I’m in love with me new car! Hands down, I will continue to be a loyal customer and a part of the Tischer Nissan family. Paid thousands of dollars for different services... They couldn't fix my problem despite keeping it for days. They don't complete the job entirely either. You contact your service rep who you thought would create a more client based relationship and get ignored. I wont bring my personal or company vehicle to Jones dealers.

My oil change experience was horrible. My oil cap was put back on way too tight. I was then told this is normal and the edges round off and the caps eventually are broken off and replaced for and slight charge. 90.00$!!! I was told that caps cannot be put on to tight. After later inquiries with nurous businesses I was informed unanimously that rounded edges is not normal And that yes an oil cap can be put back on to tight. Horrible service and complete disregard for the community or customers.

I am an elderly widow who ended paying more than $9100.00 over MSRP on a lease for 42 months. More egregious is the fact that they sold me 2 warranty and service products totaling $3145.00 which was a term of 48 months. My total payments were nearly $550 per month. I have a high credit score and there was no justification for what they did to me!

At that time I told her I was in a sacrifice mode because my daughter was driving my 2016 Rogue. She spoke to her manager and they advised me to come to the dealership. Well, May 31 was an excellent day for me. I was able to drive out in a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentre.. The car is just what I needed. I have no problems at all. TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
