I knew exactly what car I wanted and it wasn't a Nissan. The exact used Toyota I wanted was for sale at this dealership. Emerson Greene and Ryan Davis could not have been more helpful unless they gave me the car for free! They did everything possible to get me in that car within my budget and we just couldn't make it work. Emerson tried to get me interested in cars within my budget but I wanted to shop for the Toyota I had been looking for. These two guys were such basically decent people who understood and supported me in my panic to replace my recently totaled car that I can not thank them enough. Anyone shopping for a Nissan should absolutely shop this dealership and specifically ask for Emerson. Whoever said you can't trust a used car salesman never met Ryan and Emerson.

Nissan NV 2500 - Adim00d
I am from Philadelphia and saw that they advertised a Nissan NV 2500 on the internet for 27800 that came with a 5 year 100000 mile warranty. I had my dad go there before me to co sign and when I got there later to sign the papers. I saw they charged me 33,000 for the van and were charging me $3900 for an extended warranty. I showed them the price that was agreed on and they said they couldn't give it to me at that price and after I showed them the ad with the warranty they suddenly gave it to me. They did not honor the price that was advertised and I drove all the way down to Baltimore to be ripped off. I will not buy from them again

This place is Unbelievable! I have actually stopped going to ALL NISSAN dealerships & pay out of pocket due to horrible service ive received at "multiple" PA dealerships. However, I broke down in Maryland & had no choice. WOW, WOW, WOW is all I can say! Before I arrived I spoke with Kim Cook in service & explained my situation, she immediately started to help & even gave me her cell number in case I needed it. When I arrived Kim was finishing up with another customer so Dan Moore (also Service) stayed & talked with me vs the normal just go wait over there that you get anywhere else. He made sure I was ok & had everything I needed. I was so impressed. I seriously don't even have words to describe how AMAZING these 2 people were to me. Kim kept in contact with me about my car, she made sure I had everything I needed & really went above & beyond the "typical" customer service. I love this place! I live 2 hours away and would drive back simply for how good these complete strangers were to me. This NISSAN dealership is absolutely the BEST & their employees really are one of a kind and I'm so grateful!!! Thank you Kim & Dan for all your help. My car is fixed & I wouldn't have asked for anything more then the service they provided.

Its simply a waist of time. Very unprofessional team. I was there waiting and all i was asking was the price of a car and i did tell them I don't want to take one out for a test drive. They asked all these personal questions, entered all my information and at the end told me they can't give me any numbers before I test drive a car!

On Saturday 09/09/17, I bought a 2015 Nissan Murano Sl. I made this purchase at Antwerpen Nissan Security at 1701 Woodlawn Drive Baltimore, MD, 21207. I am writing this complaint to report the unprofessionalism and poor service that I received from the sales manager, John Madden. I was told by the finance manager to come back Monday 09/11/17 to get the second key and the owner’s manual for the vehicle, because she said it was locked away in an inventory box. I returned that Monday as followed, but only to hear another story from John, that the previous owner had the second key and owner’s manual and that he would give him a call and ask for the items to be returned. I called John on multiple occasions asking about the situation and it was the same response, that he was trying to get in contact with the previous owner. Weeks had gone by and I called John again and he told me that the previous owner threw the key away. At this point, he told me that the only solution that he could offer was for us to go half on paying for a new key. I told him that I should not have to pay for a key, especially when I was told that both keys come with the vehicle. He told me nothing else could be done, so I agreed to go half with him on a key. On Saturday 10/7/17 I went to Antwerpen Nissan Security to pay half for the key that John Madden and I agreed on. When the service department gave me the bill it was clearly not what John and I agreed with. I asked John about the agreement and he told me that he was only paying for the labor $164.88 and I would have to pay for the key $180.06. I told him that this was not the agreement and it was not fair. He directed me outside of the showroom where he then started to raise his voice with me, telling me to take it or leave it. I continued to disagree with him and he told me to keep it up, or else he does not have to pay for anything. Then he stepped closely up to my face and he told me that he was done with the conversation and he walked off. He left me with no other choice but to pay for the key.
As a customer I was not thrilled or satisfied with my purchase. I felt I received a bad deal and was deceived. John Madden made it clear that he did not respect my car buying experience at Nissan Antwerpen, as he disrespectfully raised his voice at me and threatened to leave me with a key to pay for in full.

I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
