I was surprised that they were the only dealership that had the exact truck I was looking for. Decent money for the truck I was trading in. Since then their remote service has been a game changer. Everything from programming a new key fob, recall service involving the computer to picking up my truck for an oil change and inspection sticker. While I was there, I also added an additional service To keep my vehicle in tiptop shape. My service advisor was professional, courteous, and even set up a shuttle service so I can get some breakfast. The whole service experience was Exceptional. The service website to make, and modify appointments was very convenient and straightforward. I was able to add the services that I like for my appointment. Overall 11/10. I trust there expertise. Sarah in a friendly and professional way not only informed me no appointment was need but also suggested Tuesday after 1 pm was a great time to come and be out very quickly! Thanks to Sarah friendly and professional advise guided to a very quick State Inspection. Greeted by Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser Inspection wait time was minimal! Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. I had been away for about 2 months, and returned to a dead battery in my Odyssey. I was able to jump start the car, and took it to a place to check the battery health -- they indicated it was only at 35% power level. Went to Lundgren Service today for a battery check to confirm the battery was bad -- it was. Actually it was a 100 month replacement battery I bought from Lundgren in Oct., 2019, so it still had some warranty remaining. The staff was able to replace the 5 1/2 year old battery with a new 100 month replacement at a total cost of $136. WOW is all I can say. This reaffirms my belief that Lundgren's does focus on fair and honest prices for repairs.

I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.

It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia!
