Oil light came on while I was driving to a meeting in CT. Turned around, drove through “Bigelow Hollow” (very scenic route) which leads directly to Webster, MA and Long Subaru. Service took me without an appointment, and topped off the oil - for free! Great experience, really cheered me up after missing my meeting.

I am very happy that she was my Service advisor when I brought my car to get some major work done back in 2021 and a few times after, even for oil changes and inspection stickers. She is very knowledgeable, always kind and thorough, and to add, supportive. Her guidance with services needed and information with my warrantee is appreciated. Angelis is who I look forward to doing business with when I pull into the Honda service station.

The values and professionalism extended towards me have always exceeded the levels of superior. I purchased a 23 GX 460 2 months ago at Lexus of Watertown. There were 2 minor issues after taking delivery of my vehicle. Upon my first service visit, I expressed the minor issues and without question, Amanda took care of those and treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. Lexus of Watertown is beyond lucky to have such an asset managing the service department. I look forward to all future service appointments here.
