This is my eight Volvo. The dealership I purchased the others closed a few years ago. I went to Danvers Volvo for my last Volvo. From the moment I picked up the car I had so many issues and the service is department was horrible. Due to the poor treatment and lack of of appreciation of my being a loyal Volvo owner for 25+ years I had decided as soon as I could I would return my lease and purchased a different make of car. About a month before I was to turn my car in I had a small issue. I had no intention of giving Danvers Volvo any more business so I called Jaffarian Volvo . The Best Decision I made. I was seen that day. While waiting I took a walk around the show floor. I meet Jamie and told him that I had no intention of getting a new Volvo and the reason. He wasn’t pushy but we looked at the new cars. The service was amazing. A bout a week later I decided that I should revisit Jaffarain and called Jaime to make an appt. Jamie asked what I wanted and told me he would send me info on what was on the lot. With in a half hour I had all the info I needed. A few days later I got my new Volvo. Today I returned to Jaffarian Volvo for my 10,000 mile service. I called on Monday and was able to get an appt in two days. I cannot say enough good things about the service member Jonathan . He was so easy to deal with and he kept me updated on my service. I am thrilled I am still a Volvo owner and looking forward to a long relationship with Jaffarian Volvo. If you are looking for a Volvo I would highly recommend Jaffarian Volvo.

I had a 2022 Tiguan that had a frustrating electrical issue. A steering wheel was ordered a couple of months ago but was back ordered. No one knew when it might be received. In the meantime, I drove a car that had an annoying beeping sound complete with flashing lights indicating that lane assistance was not available. It was a very random message and sound complete with an orange exclamation point that stayed on. Thanks to Dan I no longer have that car. He introduced me to Igor who assisted and getting me into a different car. They were very accommodating in helping me out of my “beeping mess” and I now have a car that has fewer complicated electronics on it and I am happy with what they did for me.

It is a priviledge to share my thoughts on Branden's exceptional skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. He demonstrated a level of professionalism and friendliness that went above and beyond the average customer service representative. Branden has an innate ability to connect with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and provide clear and understandable explanations about the necessary repairs and maintenence. My car had trouble getting started that day, and I had to call AAA to get it jump started. After waiting several hours longer than usual for the service call, I was finally able to bring it to Woburn Toyota. Branden's technical knowledge and interpersonal skills brought me immense relief after the troublesome morning. The service at Woburn Toyota, specifically the repair department, has always been superior and I happily recommend their services to friends and strangers alike. On top of the extraordinary diagnosis I was thrilled to hear back from Branden later that day with the diagnosis and advice about my Toyota Prius. I was told I could pick the car up outside that day after the service department was closed. To my surprise when I came to get it I saw Branden again, who was working late to help finish up some other things and he walked me to my car. Overall the experience at Woburn Toyota was a delight.

I recently visited this dealership to address a minor issue with my Tucson XRT’s windshield wipers. Frank Williamson, the service advisor, not only promptly replaced the wipers but also suggested updating my Navigation system. I hadn’t considered this before, but it turned out to be a game-changer! The system now provides accurate directions, and I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Frank for his proactive approach and excellent customer service.

I brought my F150 to Empire Ford Fall River after another Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Dropped it off with Matthew Sartini, who by end of day called that it was diagnosed with part on order. Three days later David Pacheco Service & Parts Director called to say it was all set and ready to pick up. The dealership were I bought my F150 didn't look at it. Empire Ford treated me as a long time customer. That is called Customer service!!!

This is the place to go! Fantastic service department. They solved an issue that was almost a year old and a prior Jeep dealer couldnt fix wouldnt fix and was lazy and started to destroy my vehicle instead of fix it. Nuno and Justin were great to work with and helped me a ton along the way. I think it took 3 or 4 appointments and multiple days of them having my GC but they FIXED IT perfectly and the price was amazing. This is my go to now for my GC.
