Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

Nicholas was very polite and professional when I approached him with an issue which I needed help with regarding a punctured tire on my 2025 Toyota Cross. I told him I didn’t purchase the vehicle at this dealership but he still accommodated me like I was a long time customer. He made sure I was serviced quickly do to the hazardous potential of a punctured tire. Before and after the service was complete Nicholas was like a concierge in a fancy hotel making sure I was comfortable while I waited and when everything was done he made sure I was satisfied with the results of the service I received. I have been in search of the dealership I would make my regular service location since I’ve moved and the dealership closer to my new home, which I went to first, was not very accommodating and sent me off back on to the road knowing the potential hazardous driving condition of the tire condition. Nicholas on the other hand was sensible, honest and accommodating. He is a top notch customer relations guy. I will be back to AutoFair Toyota of Tewksbury for my first oil change ( yup a nail in the new tire before my first oil change 😩) and for my Toyota service in the future.👍🏻 Thank you !

When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.

No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee.
