Wow, what a great and easy experience. Buying a car (new or used) have always been the worst! The going back and forth and the fear of being taken advantage, however, for the very first time (after so many cars) I must say Caduste made the car buying experience exceptional. This visit was prompted by a sudden loud rattle in the undercarriage. Scary stuff. I went straight to Mattie. They took my car in for inspection. I was stranded without a ride. An Audi salesman, Sean Drury, noticed my plight. He came to the rescue. A ride home in beautiful Audi. What a treat. The next day a service manager called to say my car was ready, that the problem was resolved. I expected a healthy charge for all this service. Total: $65.00. Tell me anyplace that treats there customers this good. You can't.

We are from Maine and were driving home when we got a message that there was a fuel system malfunction. The tank indicated empty and we had 0 miles. I knew we had a half a tank. I called my dealer in Maine but they were clueless so I drove to Minuteman which was 3 miles away.
I walked in for the first time ever, told a service guy what happened and that we were about 2.5 hours from home. They were amazing, and started to work on it immediately. Lucky the actual issue wasn't as big a deal as the warning light seemed to imply and it was.
The service department understood I needed help and jumped right on it even though I wasn't a customer. They returned the car washed and vacuumed. I am so impressed by the level of service and the care and consideration.

One star only because the sales process was relatively pain free and Norma in finance was very helpful. Service department and senior management are a disaster. Bought car with new set of Hankook tires, all four are scalloped, noisy, and trashed after 10,000 from an obvious manufacturing defect. Hankook warranties the tire for 60,000. Service blamed this on road conditions and was totally uninterested in trying to help as only they can approach Hankook for a remedy. So lesson learned, do your homework before buying here.
The Worst Sales Experience of My Life - Longstanding Quirk Client
My recent experience leasing a 2019 Jetta from Quirk was so poorly handled I wonder how they can stay in business. I have leased multiple vehicles from this dealership over 10 years and spent a great deal of money with Quirk, and yet I was treated in manner which can only lead me to conclude that they do not value my business. The sales representative lied to me and told me that the vehicle included a satellite radio, an issue we reviewed at least 4 times, and then AFTER I signed the contract I was informed that the vehicle did not include a satellite radio - literally the ONE specific capability I had asked for in the new leased vehicle. So either the salesperson deliberately deceived me, or had paid no attention to my request. I'm confident we would all agree that neither alternative is acceptable sales behavior, by even the lowest standards of professionalism. Then when I asked the Sales Manager for assistance, he expressed deepest sympathy but offered to do absolutely nothing to address the situation. When I asked for assistance with installing the satellite radio - which I had to purchase separately myself! - he stated in a rather cavalier fashion that the dealership would not provide any assistance with the the installation of the satellite radio and this was not his concern. No further form of redress was offered, and the one request I made was turned down flat. Based on this experience I would caution anyone from investing their money with Quirk as it seems likely that there are other dealerships that will treat you with honesty and respect for your investment. They clearly have no qualms about losing a longtime customer through dishonest behavior. Overall a very disappointing experience, and I shall not be returning.

I walked into Atamian VW with a True Car price quite that Cee, our salesperson, immediately said that he would honor. We test drove a Passat TDI and decided that yes, we liked the car, so we closed the deal. The sales manager tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I simply stated that I could handle the cost of any future repairs. Easy enough.
I've since had the car service a few times at Atamian. No problems.

I have been going to Kelly VW since they purchased North Shore VW (where I went for years)and many of the same people work at the Kelly dealership. They are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and personable. They provide GREAT service for anything from a small tiny adjustment to a major repair. It is not a "typical" car dealership mentality when buying or leasing. There is no pressure to buy or push their agenda....the customer comes first. I would highly recommend them!
