I leased my 4 th VW vehicle from Commonwealth on 3/26. I worked for the second time with sales advisor Hans Malebranche and sales manager Mark Bernier. My experiences have always been pleasant and professional. This latest experience was the best so far. I leased the Atlas Cross sport SEL in Tourmaline Blue with black interior. A beautiful vehicle with great power and superb handling. Though I had worked with Hans previously, he took the time to understand my must have needs in my new vehicle and after asking a few questions recommended the perfect fit for me. As my previous lease was ending I did look at a few other models Audi Q5, Genesis RV80, but after another great experience with Hans and Mark, who facilitated an excellent lease deal that I could not pass up, I decided to stay within the Commonwealth family. Hans and Mark provided a best in class customer experience, I have a beautiful high performing vehicle, and I know from past years that I will continue to have a great experience with the Commonwealth service team who are also outstanding. Highest recommendation for Hans, Mark, Bobby (my Finance advisor), and the entire team at Commonwealth Volkswagen. Hans even had the car ready for the delivery the next day for me! Outstanding !

James put together an extremely fair deal on our second VW Tiguan (our 5th VW overall) that my husband and I couldn't refuse. He was both proactive and responsive along the way. While we waited to finalize everything with the business manager, we also had the pleasure of speaking with a female sales associate (I wish I remembered her name) about the new VW ID4. She was lovely to talk to and very knowledgeable. Finally, when I returned to the dealership for my inspection, everyone with whom I interacted in the service department were personable and helpful. HI Susan, we can understand your frustration in this situation. The person who you spoke to at the time may have been referring to general cleanliness and light vacuuming. If the interior needed a deep cleaning we may have to charge extra to get it suitable for the next owner. Also there may have been other light damages to the vehicle (interior or exterior) that were not obvious when returned. They must also be fixed before the next person can drive it. We hope you can understand our reasoning. Thank you.
The car was checked by the service department when I went to inquire about the end of my lease. I was sitting with the salesperson and the person from the service department. It was discussed. Like I said, they will lie to make a sale.

I walked into Atamian VW with a True Car price quite that Cee, our salesperson, immediately said that he would honor. We test drove a Passat TDI and decided that yes, we liked the car, so we closed the deal. The sales manager tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I simply stated that I could handle the cost of any future repairs. Easy enough.

I brought my VW beetle in for service and told them to pay attention to its cleanliness. I received my VW convertible back with a discolored drivers seat. They must has spilled oil on it and tried to clean it with a degreasing agent. Upsets me every time a look at it. The service rep told me that they cover the steering wheel and seat prior to service. Yet, as I watched this person with dirty and greasy clothes climb into my vehicle, that was not the case. After looking at the service bay, (dirty and congested) I told the service rep to cancel my service, but she said they have already started working on it. Even today, as I look at my

I have been going to Kelly VW since they purchased North Shore VW (where I went for years)and many of the same people work at the Kelly dealership. They are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and personable. They provide GREAT service for anything from a small tiny adjustment to a major repair. It is not a "typical" car dealership mentality when buying or leasing. There is no pressure to buy or push their agenda....the customer comes first. I would highly recommend them!

Techicians are clueless. They have no clue of what they are doing. They missed the most obvious things like Check engine light and worked on tire allignment and left it in a worse sitution than before. We had a long trip planned and we could not get the car in time and had to make alternative arrangements. They were very rude and were not at all apologetic about the mistakes and the mess. I live 3o mins away and had to make multiple trips to get it sorted. For your own safety, do not go here. People are rude, servicing is horrible, they ripped me off. Overall one of the worst servicing centers.
