I dislike Car Dealerships/Dealers. Yet I love cars. Over the years Dealers have made purchasing a car an ugly event.
To be honest I purchased a Kia Forte FT a few moths ago. I dealt with Latrell, he was a gentleman and helped me get a great deal on the exact car I wanted. He insisted that I drive the car until I was satisfied it was the proper vehicle for me.
The entire process was great, and without any stress.
I can't think of a car dealer in America I trust, except Latrell.

I worked with Mike Slawinski to get a better vehicle for my growing family. My family and I went in to test drive the Kia Carnival EX and I fell in love with it during the test drive. Mike was great about my husband and I setting up our kids’ car seats, and focused on the family centered features in the MPV. At the end of the test drive he asked what we wanted to do today, to see if we were interested in purchasing. I knew I wanted a lease (it’s more beneficial for my family) and Mike helped make that happen! Negotiating the price, adding in extra perks, and helping to get me approved. I had told Mike how hard I worked the past year to improve my credit score (up almost 200 points!) because I knew a larger vehicle would be needed. My score was just under what a lease would usually get approved at but the deal was made! My kids and I now have a safe and reliable vehicle and we can be a two car family again.
I fully recommend Mike Slawinski. Even when my kids got fussy and my husband had to take the older one home, I kept my newborn with me (which included feeding him) and not once did I get the impression that I was being watched, leered at, or anything else while working with Mike at Burlington Kia.

I had originally come in wanting to lease a new Seltos and was sad to see they had all been sold, but my mom and I were instantly greeted by Anthony in sales and he suggested we look at the Sportage. From the information he provided, to the experience on the test drive, Anthony was very knowledgeable and not pressuring in the way he sold me this car. He made sure I got the model I needed, not a higher one just to make some more money, and even found a package that gave me some of things on my "wants" list. Anothony was a huge factor in me selecting a Kia as my new car, and if you are looking for a salesperson he is the person to go to.

"If you have to deal with the service manager named Pat, get ready to deal with the most unprofessional and rudest person you've ever met in customer service. Pat told me repeatedly that he wouldn't be willing to make repairs to my vehicle because I didn't purchase it from his dealer. So had I purchased the vehicle from him, repairs would be completed no questions asked. Then told me to take my issue to Kia's customer service phone number.
When I picked up my vehicle, the technician wrote off the other complaints as unable to duplicate. When I tried to show the service advisor that the issues were still there, he responded that the technicians said nothing was wrong and he won't go out to the vehicle for me to show him the unresolved issues. So I wasted 2 days with no vehicle for an unprofessional service manager and issues that still require attention.
What is comical about the entire thing is the letter they give you says they want customers to be happy and they do everything they can blah blah blah. Yeah, okay........ Save your time and go to another dealership."

I went there to lease a new vehicle because me lease was about to be up. After my experience with them I would NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE CROOKS EVER!!! They lied to me when the ran my credit and then tried to haggle with me on the pricing. I told them what I was willing to pay PERIOD and said they would have no problem with the deal. They wasted my time and jerked me around with pricing. They are thieves for lying about my credit to try and make me have to spend more money. The very next day I went to turnersville Nissan and they ran my credit and just like that it 250 points higher than what RK KIa said it was.
RK KIA ARE THIEVES. DONT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY SUCK!!!
