I dread going to a car dealer and subjecting myself to all the different games that are played. In the case of Global Auto Mall I didn't get any of that. I emailed them that I was interested in a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for our son which was in stock and I got a response WITH A PRICE. A lot of dealers wanted me to come in to get a price. Now I was concerned when I went into Global that the games were going to begin and that price wasn't real. I dealt with Mario Olivera and when he brought out the paperwork with the deal it was exactly what they had given me in the email. No additional costs or pressure to buy an extended warranty. They informed me of the price for the extended and that was it, no pressure. This was an outstanding auto buying experience from the salesman to the manager and then with the finance manager. My only question is why would you go anywhere else. Thanks Mario.

I came into Burlington Kia, unsure if I would be able to purchase a vehicle. Having bad experience with buy here pay here dealers. I was greeted by a enthusiastic team, and Brian Bonner. During my visit Brian did everything possible to make sure I left with a vehicle. Not only any vehicle but the exact one I wanted. Brian made me feel at home, and comfortable with this transaction being I am inexperienced in buying new vehicles. One of the most surprising things I’ve seen is, Brian being able to FULLY help myself and another customer. My process took a little longer than expected so it ran Into another appointment, and I couldn’t even tell he was dealing with 2 people at once! I had service on my car last week and I couldn’t of been happier with my experience from the moment of drop off to pick up. Very pleasant employees and genuine. Also, it was nice to have free shuttle service back home and they picked me up to get my car when it was done.
Everyone I came in contact with was just so nice. I also felt the bill was fair. People may not agree to take your car to the dealership for service but I’d rather it go to the place where people are most familiar with my car.

Ok, so let's be blunt. We've all heard the horror stories of Car Dealerships. They're sharks, they'll sell salt to a slug, etc. So, needles to say I was terrified, anxious and exhausted from searching. I decided to go into Hudson KIA because my want for a car became a need. It's the beginning of winter, I am 7 months pregnant and have gotten sick twice waiting on public transportation. And to add insult to injury , I had no money to put down. GREAT!
I had the pleasure of working with Shadi Razeq, very calm and respectful young man. I was honest with him about what I needed and my current circumstances. We ran my credit, test drove a used vehicle and he came back with some numbers for me. Before I made a decision Shadi introduced a new route for me to go, which included a brand new 2019 KIA and a payment plan that was much more affordable and NO MONEY DOWN. I accepted and went home with the vehicle that night, with a scheduled appointment to return the next day to complete the paperwork.
WELP! The next day came and based on the work with the approvals my payments were more than what I was told. With a heavy heart I told Shadi I couldn't afford it and would be returning the vehicle. He spoke with the finance department and both representatives asked me what I was comfortable with paying. They were able to come back with a price that was $25 with in the price I wanted to pay. I left very happy and satisfied. Thank you Shadi and the KIA family.

I will never go back here again sold me a car that has open recall an have been having problems with car since I got it an only had car a week.oh an best part was when finance manager lou told me to lie to the bank if they call me.brought it to serice twice first time for overheating problem then they accused me of tampering with it. Second time they said there's nothing wrong with car except maybe cheap tires which are same tires they sold it to me with.I do not want this car at this point an I will be contacting bbb an owner of dealership so he know what goes on when he's not there. So if your thinking of going here thinking they got better with new owner think again the only thing I can say nice about this place is Charles cart my salesman was very nice an professional

Went for a test drive, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car..and answered every question I had. Now, I know what you think when you think of going to get a new car.... the time you spend at the dealership.... so it was time to get down to numbers...and what I could afford. Being my first time doing this on my own-no co-signer, nothing... Bob made sure I was comfortable with the payment and he was super efficient. (not to mention funny - he had me laughing) as we were sitting waiting to meet with Sal in finance, Gerritt came over to introduce himself and sat w/me and Kenny just to talk... which was so nice and kept the time moving. Friday September 21st I brought my 2011 Kia Sorento into RK Kia of Vineland in for service. It was due for an oil change and my back door handle on the drivers side had broken off a few days earlier. After it had broken off I checked all my other handles to make sure they were secure and they were all fine except the one I broke off. When I arrived at Kia I was told there was a recall on my specific model of car, and they had to see if it could be covered. When looking at my car Chris Kennedy the service manager of RK Kia ripped off the handle on my back door on the passenger side! They came to us in the waiting room and told us it would be almost 700$ to fix the two door handles. Even though my door handle had a recall on it they said a different piece was broken so it wouldn’t be covered. When I asked Chris why he even opened my back door on the passenger side he said “well who ever took down your information took it down wrong and it says doors, not just the one” and said he would take off 100$ because he was the one who broke it but they still wanted to charge me almost 400$ in labor, so pretty much trying to get me to pay for something they broke. I completely understand that my handles weren’t covered by the recall and I’m responsible for breaking the one handle but I am NOT responsible for Chris ripping off my other handle. I told him that I thought it was unfair and started to literally cry in his presence. Pleading with him that I have a one year old child with a car seat in the back and now I have no way of opening up either of my back doors to get him!? Chris was incredibly rude, raising his voice at me, interrupting me as I was trying to speak and taking no responsibility for his actions. He never once apologized, never once showed any sympathy for a worried mother. He just said “it’s not my fault it would have broken off eventually”. All my handles were secure before bringing in my vehicle, he must have yanked it off thinking it was the broken one and is now refusing to take responsibility, even though he’s the one that said they took down my information wrong and he didn’t know which one was broken. (Even though only one of the four doors had a missing handle. Not very hard to see which one was broken so clearly he’s just incompetent) I am disgusted with the whole situation and can’t believe RK Kia won’t take responsibility for their actions. I will never return to RK Kia of Vineland ever again and I suggest you shouldn’t either because when checking your oil they might break your dashboard and say they aren’t responsible for fixing it.
