Best New Car Purchase Experience - Jersey Joe
I looked at the Turnersville Kia website and looked at the personnel and made an appointment with Jim Pisarcik. I financed a Kia Sorento with a trade in of my old car. This was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the specs and features of the Sorento. He thoroughly explained various purchase options, which I appreciated very much. When I left, I felt I was confident I made a good purchase and received good value for my money. I had to travel a bit to get there but IMHO it was well worth the trip.

Since we arrived at the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, we were very pleased that our salesman, Scott Bregman, accepted that and did not attempt to sway us toward something more expensive or something we had not considered. Everything seemed to be handled very efficiently, and there was no time wasted. When discussing the possibility of a trade-in, everyone was upfront about the limitations of their negotiating position, and we appreciated that honesty.

With less than perfect credit, we were skeptical about getting a deal that would work for us. From the internet sales person Beth, to the staff at the dealership, especially Korey who was our salesperson and said he would get us the deal, and his apprentice Joanne, and Carey and the finance manager who was a very nice young man, ( I forgot his name ) the entire experience was top notch. They really do make you feel like family. Every one including the young man who prepped the car and the one who explained the details of the car, was friendly and helpful. The whole process was less than 3 hours which is unheard of, and we came out with a beautiful 2018 Soul! Thumbs up all around..Thank You!

I received a letter from them regarding trade in my car last week they had some promotion going on today I went there spoke to sales rep name mike we talk filled out paper work I showed him this letter I received regarding my trade in never looked at the letter nothing , after paperwork done we done he steps away went to the main desk came back with keys for a forte hatchback went on test drive came back goes to the main desk, comes back with one of the manager name bob which I seen from previous times I been there I've had my car for 3 yrs from previous trade in and payments was 525 I needed to lower it so bob wanted me to pay 648 payment so I stated no way an he stated he see if it could be lowered I sat there for 3 hrs while my sales rep help other people took them on test rides in other cars as bob the mgr went from desk to desk approving other people so 3 hrs later he says on we still waiting for a bank give them 10 more minutes I explain to him my payments have not been late I just was diagnosed with breast cancer in Qct of last year that I may not be able to keep up with the payments and may have to return this car which im thinking about doing and I ask him could I refinance that was not a option so TO KIA MOTOR AFTER THIS MONTH I MAY RETURN THIS 2014 KIA FORTE.... The manager said " you don't understand credit, salesperson said " it's not his job to follow-up on the second key. Never have I been screamed at the way they screamed at me!!!!

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage SX from Liberty Kia in Ramsey, NJ. Overall, it was the most pleasant and stress-free car purchase experience I have ever had. Kedwin (the Sales Representative), Dave (the Sales Manager) and Kevin (the Sales/Finance Manager) were all extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all "honest" with me throughout the entire sales process. They went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted and were extremely fair in the pricing. In fact, I know they gave me an excellent deal which I truly appreciated. I had visited other Kia dealerships but I preferred the environment at Liberty Kia. I had been looking at many different cars over several months; the staff at Liberty Kia answered all of my questions and were very patient with me which gave me a comfort level that I did not experience at the other car dealerships. The staff at Liberty Kia really cared about me having a positive experience. Each time I visited the dealership, I was personally thanked for coming back. I know it does not sound like a lot but it demonstrates excellent customer service and it made me want to conduct all of my car business there. Although this is the first Kia I have ever owned, I am extremely happy with it as this is a fantastic automobile in every way. In the future, I would definitely go back to Liberty Kia for my next car purchase and all of my car service needs.

I was almost burnt badly in 1996, and I expressed this to Gavin (the salesperson. Went in for a Maxima loaded, and agreed upon a price and an interest rate of 10%, they told me to come back the next day to pick the car up as they wanted to detail it. I came back the next day, and before they would let me see the car, they insisted I sign the contract. I briefly looked at the contract and when my eyes saw an interest rate of 10.5%, I said nothing. I got up and walked out!That was 1996, now in 2017 looking for a Murano, Gavin tells me they can do a lease deal at $429 and to come down. I get in the car with the husband and seek Gavin out. He is busy, so I must wait until he is ready. He greets us and we sit down in the service rest area. This I thought, will not go well.... I ask him "Are you new, you do not get an office like the other salespeople?" "They are busy and needed my office". OK, so we agreed upon a price of $429.00 for a 36 month lease. He says the lease will be $465.00, and the purchase will be higher. I immediately say I am no longer interested, and thank him for his time!? My husband and I are walking out the door and a man is walking up to us, it's the finance guy asking "is there anything I can do for you?" Nope! Don't waste your time here!

Leased 2017 Kia Sedona with the plan of purchasing after the lease is over. Its only been 2 months since I have leased the car from here. And I am not new to this dealership, I have bought 2 other cars before from this same location before they got Gateway name attached to them. At the time of lease which was done on July 4th 2017 we had included Rear entertainment system and Remote Starter in the Lease. And since then I have been calling them for the appointment for the installation and every time all I hear is that we will have someone call you back with that. Since last two weeks I have been calling them everyday and by now I have heard all the excuses they can probably throw out their. Only reason I went their for my 3rd purchase was because of the previous experiences, but now I would never recommend them to anyone
