As a very busy person who has purchased many Kia's across many states in the US; I will say hands down this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. As soon as I entered the dealership (not to purchase; I was there for a service appointment) Juan greeted me and asked how my day was. I am a NY resident and an avid Kia owner, but have heard great things about this location so I wanted to have my car serviced here. I was just curious about a new model and wanted to see what the options on the vehicle were as far as current incentives. Juan is a superstar in his role. I expressed to him that I was tight on time and needed to work during our conversation. two and a half hours later I was pulling out of the dealership in my new 2018 KIA Stinger. Juan made this completely seamless and was very direct and to the point which I admire because I didn't have a lot of time for conversation. I was able to work the entire time and was not bothered with anything until it was time to sign papers. I want the entire Prestige family of dealers to know what an asset you have on your team. It was the most relaxed stress free encounter I've ever had at a dealership. Juan - you're the man!! Thank you for everything and I hope this message finds its way to you.

Wanted to let you know that I just had the worst retail experience of my life at the Gateway Kia in Denville NJ. After spending an hour having pleasant interactions with the salesman, Jon, I informed him (for the third time) that I would not be signing today. That is when Jon brought over the manager, Phil Blumenthal. I told Phil that one of the reasons I wasn't going to be signing today was that, for the price, I preferred another vehicle. Phil then responded by essentially saying that if I liked another car better, then I was too stupid for him to be able to sell me anything. As a sales professional myself, I was absolutely stunned that instead of trying to overcome my objections he would choose to insult my intelligence. First time in my life I have ever stormed out of an establishment in a heated verbal exchange with an employee. Because of this experience, I can guarantee you that A) I will NOT be buying a Kia and B) I will be telling everybody that will listen how much of a jerk that guy Phil was and how sucky Gateway Kia is!
