Went there on a July Saturday, walked in, found the perfect car, Luke greeted us, told us to take a seat, and we told him the car we wanted, then he told us we would work with Kenny, the lease retention manager. He was very nice, and got us the best car for us for a low price. Then we went to finance with Alexa, and she was helpful and kind, and sold us on extra insurance, totally recommend!

I brought my car in today to have the radio/touch screen - DM23
I brought my car in today to have the radio/touch screen replaced because it had some scratches on the screen. Other than that it worked perfectly fine. When I brought it in several weeks ago for an estimate I was told that the whole thing would need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $1,025 parts and labor. They even went back to check how long it would take to give me that estimate. I arrived today now because the parts came in only to be told that estimate didn’t include labor and the cost was now $1,867.14. They told me it would take three and a half hours, but it only took an hour and a half. Of course they still charged me the same stating there was no difference in the price. When I asked for the old radio/touch screen back so I could sell it they told me there is a core charger on it and they have to send those back to Kia to be refurbished and resold. This was unacceptable to me. I bought this car which includes everything in it. Now I paid for a new touch screen and today I was told I could have just replaced the glass on the screen. I am so tired of this company telling me lie after lie. The last time I came here for an oil change on my previous Kia I was told I’d have to wait for someone from the sales department and they are with potential customers and they come first. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. They tell you one thing them change it to fit their needs. They charged me another $800 and kept my property. When all I could have done in the first place was have the glass replaced for much cheaper.

I don't know who's writing these 5 star reviews, but the - ahtrai2022
I don't know who's writing these 5 star reviews, but the sales team couldn't be more rude and condescending for no reason. When they tried to sell me the more expensive car $10,000 higher than my budget I wasn't being rude when I said I can't afford that. I was being honest. So why get all mean and rude? Makes me sad that these people think they're better than anyone else and can just treat you like garbage.
Worst experience in my life at a dealership. - JmG
Worst experience in my life at a dealership. I met with Steven Taylor who was a classic underhanded dealer. They have bad customer service and are rude people. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
The worst car buying experience I have ever had. - ianmmccoy
The worst car buying experience I have ever had.
I really wanted one of the new Kia Plug in Hybrids and they were the only dealership in the area that had any so I was forced to deal with them. But if you are looking for a Kia in stock elsewhere I would goo elsewhere.
In negotiations with the sales rep she kept telling me things like I can for sure get you another $500 off, or I can for sure get you a 3.49% interest rate. She would then go to the sales manager and come back with numbers that were higher than where we had even started. They would say things like "but if you put more money down, we can get you a lower monthly rate" as though they were doing me a favor by asking me to make a bigger down payment. They claim to have used car pricing, but they wouldn't honor other used car prices I found because they were more than 15 miles away, meaning they only honor used car pricing from the 1 or 2 other dealerships closer to them, which again is just not really what they are advertising.
Since I really wanted the care we eventually agreed on a price for one that wasn't in stock yet but they said it would be in stock a week later. It ended up taking 2-3 weeks. The delay was an issue for me being able to commute to work so I called and ask if there was anything they could do. The sales rep told me she could get me a loaner vehicle. But then she again went to talk to the Sales Manager, and he said that wasn't possible. I then asked if I could uber to work and take the uber cost off of the sales price since the vehicle was delayed. This was only going to be about $30 a day and she said that she could make that happen, but again the sales manager said no. So in short on that point, don't believe anything the sales reps tell you, they have no actual power or influence on anything. To the sales rep's credit she did offer to pay for my ubers out of pocket because she saw how frustrated I was getting with the constant dance of being told one thing then another, but I didn't feel comfortable taking her up on that as it shouldn't of been up to her to do that.
Lastly, the day I went to purchase the car was important. It was the last day that these vehicles qualified for a federal tax credit. I was very up front that the reason I was purchasing the car that day was because of that. On the day we agreed to a deal, they handed me a few signed papers and said, "congrats, this is your car now." Then when I went to pick up the car, all the contracts had the pickup day, not the day I put the $4,000 down paymnet down and signed the contract. This made it so I will lose out on a $5,000 tax creidt, again, a main reason I purcahsed the car on the original date. No longer eligible for thatr credit, I asked if they could just refund my down payment so I could look at other options now that the time sensetive nature of the credit was gone. They said that was impossible. We argue for a bit, but they eventually gave me an F U and said take the car or lose the deposit. After taking the car I called a freind that worked at another dealership and they told me what I suspected, they could of 100% refunded my down payment, they just didn't want to.
In short, you just can't trust the people at this dealership. There were countless things I was told, only to find out it wasn't true. In my mind, if you can't trust someone, take your business elsewhere. There are enough other Kia Dealerships in the area that if the car you want is available elsewhere (a luxury I didn't have) I would highly reccomend going somewhere else.

Had a poor experience with the former service manager, - CXC13
Had a poor experience with the former service manager, Frank, and the General Manager, Marcus. As it seems that Frank has been let go, I will focus this review mainly on Marcus.
After Frank refused to honor a service contract I had with the dealership, yelled at me, spoke down to me, and lied about not maintaining service records, I was unhappy, reached out to the GM, and left a poor google review. Marcus reached out, seemingly trying to help, but never responded to any voicemails I left him over a series of months. It felt like he was just trying to play it up for the internet, with no intention of ever reaching back out. And he never did. The whole experience felt like a huge scam, and this is a dealership that I would not recommend using for purchases and service.

Service is horrible. - thecohenhouse
Service is horrible. They had the inventory of cars I wanted so I gave them a try. They have to goto a single person for all information. No computers on desk. They screwed up the times that I would get the car and never called telling me my plates were in. I spent 1/2 hour trying to get someone and 4 transfers before I decided to just go over to the dealer in person. The excuses were provided at each turn, but all were clearly lies. I would not go back EVER again.
Great experience! - Mercedes C.
Great experience!! I had the pleasure of having Michael C. as my salesperson. He not only has the knowledge and expertise of the Kia I was considering but of the competitors cars I had seen before going to him. He was extremely professional and attentive to my multiple questions and displayed this with great patience. He made my transition into my new car a pleasurable experience. From purchasing my old car from me to driving out with my new Kia all in one visit. Overall experience was seamless and not stressful at all. I recommend him highly !!!

My experience at this dealership was horrible to say the - hartlandpropertymanagement
My experience at this dealership was horrible to say the least. I do wish to highlight the positive first.
When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by the best salesman ever (Jeff) a minority. The level of customer service was outstanding from Jeff. Unfortunately, he was stuck in the middle between a very unhappy customer and a very disrespectful manager (Brian Anderson) who is Caucasian.
I came in to purchase a used Kia Telluride but ended up purchasing a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid (showroom model). I came into the dealership already financed with a check from my bank. When my salesman (Jeff) asked his manager to start the purchase process, the manager stated that he will not accept my check from Navy Federal as payment. This was very frustrating to hear. I have never heard of any dealership to deny a finance check from a reputable bank. Jeff then asked the manager if I could pay in cash, this was also denied by the manager Brian. I was told the only way he could sell me this vehicle was via their own inhouse Kia financing, so he had to run my credit, which was so unnecessary to do. Brian ran my credit through 4 different lenders and the result was a higher interest rate and lower term far worse than what my bank approved me for. At this point I was beyond frustrated. I felt the manager Brian knew that I wanted to purchase this vehicle but deliberately made it difficult for me. The manager Brian was very condescending and spoke to Jeff very poorly in front of customers. The atmosphere was very bias and discriminating. The staff was not welcoming at all. The only lifeline I had was the salesman Jeff, who did an awesome job of making this horrible situation very calming. I left the showroom and went outside to call my bank to discuss other options. The manager Brian came out to me very disingenuous and stated that he would now accept my check from the bank after he ran my credit for no reason. He then stated that he just doesn’t like dealing with my bank because they don’t release payment fast enough for him. This was his personal preference not policy for Kia. We spent over 6 hours in this dealership, this was such a waste of time to try and discourage me from purchasing this vehicle. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this dealer. If you really must then ask for the salesman Jeff.
***** Jeff rocks 5 stars all the way*****
