Recently, my wife and I both bought preowned cars at this - dedmale

Recently, my wife and I both bought preowned cars at this dealership. We are please with the way they treated us as customers. There was no pressure and the sales people worked with us in keeping towards our budgets and we were pleased when we walked out of the establishment. Additionally, after I purchased my vehicle, I had some difficulty in setting up the Kia Connection. When I picked up my plates, the sales person who sold me the car spent quite some time with me in the vehicle and he set up that for me. He worked with me very hard to arrange a price that I could afford. I am very strongly recommending that Anthony be made aware of this and that I really appreciated all he did for me.

I worked with Gary Oldman and he got me the exact 2027 - Kseasholtz1764

I worked with Gary Oldman and he got me the exact 2027 Telluride Hybrid X line XS Prestige in Jade Green that I wanted in one day doing a dealer trade. They didn’t hide any hidden fee’s at the end either or try to add erroneous fee’s like many dealers do. I would highly recommend them and Gary specifically!

Five-Star Review for Matt Blatt Kia I recently - Nicole.grifo

Five-Star Review for Matt Blatt Kia I recently purchased a 2021 Kia Forte from Matt Blatt Kia, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Sergio was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with all our needs. We were looking for a reliable car for my daughter, who is a new driver, and Sergio helped us find the perfect fit. The Kia Forte is in excellent condition and exactly what we hoped for. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from test-driving to signing the paperwork. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and provides top-notch service, I highly recommend Matt Blatt Kia and Sergio in particular. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Thank you for making this such a positive and stress-free experience!

I leased a Brand New Kia K4 from Mitchell Martinez in - sakira7

I leased a Brand New Kia K4 from Mitchell Martinez in sales and Mohamed Eltalkhawi in the finance department at Nutley Kia. Let me say this...this business, and especially the two gentlemen that serviced us are a shining beacon of light in an endless field of very shady characters from a very murky industry. They were both extremely kind, respectful, thoughtful, and most importantly, HONEST!!! They put the fairest numbers on the table that they had to offer and made it happen. We'd been to 3 other Kia dealers and we saw through all of their tricks and games. Not one ounce of that energy appeared even for a brief glimpse at Nutley Kia. They are no nonsense, straight business. I could not be happier with the car or the service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. These folks are top-flight professional, and this is as good as it gets in car sales!!! Shop here if you don't want to get ripped off, period.

Shawna is always a pleasure to deal with. - Brandi R

We’ve leased vehicles from Liberty Kia for years, - christopher.kienle

We’ve leased vehicles from Liberty Kia for years, including a Telluride and a Sorento Hybrid, even though the dealership is more than an hour from our home in East Brunswick. That probably says all you need to know. We’ve continued making that drive because trust matters when you’re buying or leasing a car, and Jeremiah is someone we’ve come to trust completely. He’s straightforward, professional, easy to work with, and a big reason we’ve remained loyal to Liberty Kia over the years. I highly recommend connecting with Jeremiah if you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle or know someone who is.

My sales associate Camille was very knowledgeable, - donnienir

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. - mrodm275

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. After 3 years and 48,000 Miles, my hard top started having micro cracks appear throughout the hard top. Keep in mind I have never once removed the hardtop and never had any accidents - I just had it parked in my driveway and over time it cracked under normal use. I brought the issue up with Ford and they advised that surpassed the 3 year and 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I had to call Ford Customer Service, to which they opened a case number. Ultimately Ford customer service's best fix was to replace the worst portion of the hardtop at a 60/40 split - to which it still had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. This is not right at all - Ford should have covered the full replacement of all 3 pieces of the hard top - not just split the cost of one of the pieces. Please keep this in mind when buying the hard top broncos - Buyers Beware

The dealer sold me a 2026 Kia Sportage brand new off the - suzleighjohnson

The dealer sold me a 2026 Kia Sportage brand new off the lot on November 29th, 2025. It was pointed out to me in February that the panel under the drivers side door has the wrong finish? (shiny vs. matte). I honestly had not noticed. I brought it back to the dealership and they promised to fix it no charge, ordered the correct piece and had the painter come in three times but it did not work out for timing reasons. On the FOURTH time, I went in for the replacement work to be done and they told me that they'd need the whole day vs. the couple of hours promised. They drove me home and then called me to say that they would not fix it. "No way we are fixing this!" Rude, dismissive, horrible service.

If you are interested in being Humiliated , ignored and - quianahatcher75

If you are interested in being Humiliated , ignored and having your name tarnished please make your way down to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage on January 24 2026. I am a Maryland resident and purchased from Gateway due to a family member referring me. As of March 2 2026 , I still do not have plates on my vehicle. My temporary tags expired on Feb 22 2026. I contacted the dealership regarding my plates because I did not hear anything. On February 10 , they finally "supposedly " began to work on my tags and registration. My car was towed on March 1 due to my tags being expired. I then had to pay $320 to get my car returned to me and also spend additional funds to go to the tow yard. I then was told by the dealership to contact Maryland's motor Vehicle because the third party that is used for out of state tags informed them that i have an insurance hold. I contacted MVA and was informed that Gateway never sent over my trade in agreement so Maryland placed a lien hold on my account. MVA informed me that they had no record from Gateway that the car was purchased . I also was made aware that Gateway never submitted any needed documentation within the 30 day time frame . I then spoke with Ms Lisa who handles tags, she stated that she contacted the third party and they stated they have never submitted any of the needed documentation. I then had to take off of work and go to my Local MVA and provide them with the trade in agreement for the hold to be removed from my account . This entire situation has continued to be a complete nightmare and inconvenience. Lastly , I have continued attempting to contact the dealership asking to speak with the Sales Manager Anthony and I have continued to get the run around and never received a call back . This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. I love Kia overall , but after this experience i'm not really sure how long I will remain a customer. Today is March 5 and I still have not heard from any management at Gateway Kia to rectify this issue. So before you head over to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick just think to yourself if you would like to experience being lied to, ignored and humiliated. Sincerely a very Dissatisfied Customer

I have an ongoing issue with my vehicle, that has been a - Tee

I have an ongoing issue with my vehicle, that has been a reported issue by numerous owners that is a safety concern and after 3 incidents I am being told I don’t know how to properly drive the vehicle and no repair has been made. Also, many unreturned phone calls from upper management. I’m very disappointed in the dishonesty Anna disregard for my safety and now am trying to get resolution directly from Kia and the better business bureau and hoping not to have to hire an attorney next.

we bought our 2020 Kia Telluride in March, certified pre - Amperuccio3

we bought our 2020 Kia Telluride in March, certified pre owned. Joe our sales person was great, easy to work with, and responsive. (the only good part about our entire experience) since our car is a certified pre owned it's supposed to come with 2 sets of keys, which they only had one. The person handling the sale and loan (Hany) who's since quit or fired told us since we live 4.5 hours away they would send us a key and have another Kia dealership program it for us, which was also stated by Joe our sales person.. the car had been there for over a month so a extra key should have been made previously. Then our license plates expire 4/25... to which they blame on us for unpaid taxes, that wouldn't have been owed if they were registered in time as well as lapse in insurance a month later, because we had gotten a new insurance and they had the old one on file... all of these were cleared up that day with DMV, sent to the manager... with no response besides "we will call you back" which they didn't. We called every single week to a point where they were ignoring our calls and we had to call from our children's phones. (which they deny) here it is June 9th and they say i will finally have my plates tomorrow June 10th.. we shall see.. I've been driving in this car for months, with my 6 children with expired plates praying we don't get pulled over. This has been the absolute worst experience buying a car we've ever endured. stay FAR away from them!

My experience was excellent. - Medicinemanrn69

My experience was excellent. We arrived at a fair deal for our 2023 Telluride (love the vehicle). However the reason for this review is because there was an error in the paperwork that resulted in us being charged $1,000.00 above the agreed price. The dealership noticed the error, called us, apologized for the error and immediately refunded the overpayment. This honesty and integrity is appreciated as they could have swept it under the rug. For me, 5 starts for honesty and integrity, you do not often see these days were someone admits a mistake, corrects the mistake and apologizes. For this reason, I have to highly recommend this dealership. Thank You, Joe

Great Service - wonderful visit. - P Lescano

I went in for my second oil change on my lease. Jose and Jennifer are very straight forward, professional, personable and they show they care. It was a wonderful experience with a complimentary car wash inside and out !!. I also needed something from titles and Lisa was exceptional in her handling of my matter. A wonderful visit.

If you value your vehicle's engine, take it somewhere - chrisjuanb

If you value your vehicle's engine, take it somewhere else. During a service visit at Kia of Englewood, their technician failed to reinstall the engine oil dipstick. They handed our car back to us with the engine tube completely open and exposed to dirt and debris, a basic failure in quality control that could easily cause catastrophic engine damage. I had to personally secure the engine and purchase the replacement parts out of pocket to fix their mistake. Worse than the mechanic's negligence is the management's total lack of accountability. I reached out directly to both the Service Manager and the General Manager offering a simple opportunity to make this right, and my emails were completely ignored. Mistakes happen, but a dealership that makes dangerous rookie mistakes and then hides from its customers is not a business you should trust with your vehicle.
