Bought a used car from this dealer in November 2019 and was in its service shop 2 times in 2 months for the same issue, which they said they fixed twice... Then after the 2 month “warranty” was up, I complained again and they said they were going to charge me for this visit. I then complained about this and took it to another dealer and got an estimate for $2500 to repair the car which was a 2016 with about 40k on it. I traded the car in and took my loss with the car about 3 months later. I went back to the dealer to get my gap insurance refund through the dealer like every other car and they put me through circles and here I am about 6 months after trading the car in with no gap refund and a bad experience with a dealer. Will never use any DiFeo dealer again in my life. Worst place to do business and finance guy was rude on the phone and in person about the gap refund.

I had been looking for a used Kia Sorento for about a month. I went to Paterson and Little Ferry to see about 5 cars. None were what was advertised and I got very little "help".
Then I called on one advertised at Motion Kia. Unfortunately that vehicle was not mechanically sound and they were not going to sell it. Steve Mattison talked with me and asked what I wanted what I needed and what I wanted to spend. Little did I know that MY car would show up as trade 3 days later.!!!
I had not had a car loan in 20 years so I was a little nervous with all the paperwork. Everyone was so helpful and reassuring. Even though I took longer to make the decision, I felt that this dealership was trustworthy. I ordered a navigation update and Steve helped me install it when I got my new license plates.
I do need a trailers hitch and the parts department gave me specific kia parts numbers to get it myself.(I can install it for less. And no pressure there either.)
I have never had such caring and understanding salesmen in my life and I highly recommend this dealership.
I was especially pleased that Steve Mattison took the time to find out what I wanted and then emailed me immediately before MY car was even advertised. I am really happy with my "new" 2015 Kia Sorento. Thanks Steve.

My closest Kia dealership (in Ewing) is not competitive and very annoying; so I checked inventories within “100+“ miles of me on Kia.com and called every NJ dealer with the Niro I wanted in stock. Matt Black had the best price I could negotiate (by a margin of around $2,000!!! I am not exaggerating.) I negotiated everything by phone, and Suzette Dessoye was astonishingly helpful, quick, and charming. I’m a shark of a negotiator on cars (Friends get me to help them buy cars.), and I’ve been buying new cars for 30 years. Suzette was by far the most bend-over-backwards-to-help, no-xxxxxxxx, genuinely charming car salesperson I’ve ever encountered. If we didn’t live nearly two hours away, we’d want to see her socially, which is not something I ever could have imagined saying about a car salesperson!

There is something suspicious about Lou Pierro, Finance Manager. The numbers weren't sounding correct since I put 2k cash and had a trade in worth 8k I kept asking and he kept proving the numbers. I have since received contract from financial institute and the numbers don't match. Kia of Sussex namely Lou Pierro . However, not all was reported to my auto loan. They say I owe 10k extra which is false. I come to find out that Ally finances all Kias but they are unwilling to assist me. The dealership is still closed apparently, I do not have any paper work on my vehicle and no one can help! I will be writing to Cooperate and if necessary getting a lawyer involved

My dealer was very short with me and sold me a vehicle above its value. The vehicle needed an oil change and they didnt even detail it before I signed the papers. I was told it would be done after I brought it back in to get two new back tires on it but they failed to keep their end of the promise made. Hunter, my dealer at RK Kia, failed to contact me when the tires had came in. I contacted the service manager for weeks before my appointment was scheduled. When I walked into the dealership Hunter said he left 2 voicemails and lied about that. His attitude is poor and needs to be addressed. Bad for business.
3hrs & 15mins later they still failed to fully clean the markings out of the car.

3rd bad Experience at the service department I would not go to them but I have no choice but to go here since my car engine has a recall and needs to be replaced under warranty.
1st bad experience was around 25k miles went in for oil change. They came back with a list of items that needed to be serviced. (4 new break and rotors, new tires, wheel alignment, spark plugs. etc). i declined the service, went to a local repair shop and had him look over the recommended service by Gateway Kia. he said i didn't need any of it, he said the breaks can last me at least another 10 to 12k miles or lot longer. (He was correct I didn't need new brake pads until 58K miles and still have original rotors on the car at (110k).
2nd time brought my car in for DRS error I was getting on the car, they were not able to figure out my issue 3 times and tried to charge me $1,800 for things they didn't do and was part of the warranty repair.
3rd is an ongoing issue and they have my car right now for service, i will update this review after i get my car back.
