I’ve only had service here. Brought my Hyundai Tucson in for transmission issue. They didn’t find anything thankfully but they didn’t make anything up just to get paid. Friendly professional service. Very clean, newly modeled facility with comfortable waiting area. Complimentary coffee and television. Free WiFi and outlets to plug in while you wait.

As I drove pass Hudson Hyundai one early Monday morning, I looked at the dealership and I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance a car or not. I walked inside of Hudson Hyundai and I was happy greeted by Joey, and Ron barahona. I was frustrated because of the old car that I was driving but, Ron and Joey made me feel at home. I wouldn't recommend anyone of of my friends,family members, or even a stranger anywhere else but to Hudson Hyundai. Those guys where awesome I am really grateful and honored that I made my decision with Hudson Hyundai.

so this is the very first review I felt obligated to post THESE PEOPLE ARE TREACHEROUS LIARS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL, LEASE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HYUNDAI. These people do not work for the customer, their priority is to get you to sign a fraudulent 5 year contract, which they will not abide by once push comes to shove. Their warranty is an absolute joke and will not cover you if it means they have to take full responsibility. These people are all plastic smiles and will tell you anything you want to hear. I actually have a friend who worked there for a few years and quit, due to the corruptness of this unlawful, deceitful corporation. Again PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE, DO NOT DEAL WITH HYUNDAI , THEY ARE THIEVES. Like I said before this is my very first review; I think that should say something. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!

I leased by 2017 Hyundai Tucson from DCN. This past week I called to schedule an oil change and NO ONE told me DCN was sold until I got to the dealership that day. VERY POOR BUSINESS MOVE BY HYUNDAI OF SOUTH BRUNS. They were very quick to tell me I needed to pay for my oil change but my agreement was free oil changes with this lease. HYUNDAI of SB is apparently not honoring DCN deals. They handed me a piece of paper to call this number / email the person. I did both multiple times and no response. I want to know how this affect my lease and what will happen when I return it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THE MANAGER IS A LIAR AND CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER AFTER BUYING THE CAR. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM THAT DIDN'T PASS PENNSYLVANIA INSPECTION. REASON BAD BREAKS ALL AROUND AND TWO BACK TIRES INNER WALL WIRES COMING OUT OF THEM. THE SELLS PERSON TOLD ME BEFORE I TOOK THE CAR THAT MAINTENANCE WAS DONE. I HAVE PROOF IF ANYONE NEEDS IT THAT THERE WAS NOTHING DONE TO THIS VEHICLE. AGAIN SAVE YOUR TIME AND HEADACHES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had a fantastic first time visit to Flemington Hyundai. I got a same-day appointment, Christine was very helpful and accommodating when I was worried about finding time for the repair in terms of getting back to work. They offered a shuttle service and the gentleman driver was very nice and helpful. You can't beat door to door service & back! He even moved my children's car seats for me when I needed a rental. Thank you so much. I've found my preferred Hyundai location, even though there are 2 closer to my home.

Retired to Cape May and had an issue with my steering. Called and scheduled for an appointment and received one on Monday. Due to my work schedule I brought it in on the Saturday prior. Dominic helped us, found out how long we had travelled and said don't go far I will get this fixed quickly so that you do not have to travel back and forth. An hour and a half later I received a call that it was done while we were having our lunch. We went back and picked it up. Thanks for the exceptional service!

So, let me start back a couple of months ago, I was told that at my next service I will be needing 4 new tires.
I was not worried, because I get free tires for life as part of the deal when I purchased my Hyundai 2 years ago, and I was finally going to get something back for being a loyal customer.
So when I arrived at my next service, they told me they had the tires in but they had to check again, now that I told them they are free. So after checking the depth of the tires the informed me that although my tires are almost bald, they still have some life on them. And they will not be switching out my tires. So I told them so I need tires per your service department unless you are paying for them. After complaining that at least two of the tires were practically bald, they spoke to the owner and told them 2 give me just 2 of the four I need for now, but I am required to pay for balancing and alignment of the tires and I must also get the 45000 mile service. So it turned out to be 495. And when I get the next two tires im sure I will have to pay for balancing and alignment again. So this free tire ad for life is pretty much a scam.
Also when I picked up my loaner car, it was filthy inside and out, along with NO gas, it was 1 line before empty. So I called right away, there was no apologies and they didnt say anything. So when I paid for my car when all was finished I brought that up again and there were no apologies and that was it.
I also mentioned that there were new cars parked in the two handicapped spots and that it was illegal because there were no Handicap tags, he said we have to park the cars there, nothing we can do.
This was why I was unable to park in handicap spot (I am handicapped) and there was no apology or concern. So when I got in my car I called the washington police department and made a complaint, they said they would send a car. Told them I had pictures of the cars front and back of cars parked in the handicapped spots. Never heard back.
Now for the worst part. Purchased my vehicle here Sept 2015, when I recently came back to trade it in or to get the value on my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, they pulled a car-fax report and told me my car was not worth as much becuase my car had been involved in an accident. Turns out the accident was the done by hyundai the day before I picked up my new car, when I got home I noticed a broken mirror on the car and they swore to me it was my faught and really fought hard to tell me I had to pay, I insisted it was already there and the reluctantly repaired the light. Knowing full well the vehicle was in an accident the day before I picked it up.
So I went to the dealer and spoke with the owner police report in hand and explained my story and his response was that he pursed the dealership from the old owner and nothing he could do because he is free from ALL responsibility from prior dealer. So much for customer service. It is a joke.
I called Corporate and they told me they do not deal with those issues for me to call the Better Business Bueru and maybe seek a legal remedy. Now if I ever trade in my car they will see there was a reportable accident and my car will have less value......not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions???
Repair Car and Made Right by My Concerns - Shannon
After having my car towed there for an issue it was having, they made the appropriate repairs. A day later my car had to be towed back there for an issue that seemed to be related to the repairs that were done, however, the repairs that were done weren’t the issue. The car had a still unexplained issue, but Towne went the extra mile to address all my concerns. They had the car in their possession to see if they could identify any issues, test drive it around and ensure that the car was safe for me to drive. Overall having an issue with your car is never a good experience, but Towne made sure to help me through it and I appreciate all the time and effort they took with me.

Both my wife and I have our hyundai's serviced at this location. Each time it was a pleasure to deal with Dave, Tom and John. They do a excellent job with service and also are very professioanl with regards to how they treat you as a person. I will never have our family of vehicles serviced anywhere else.

Words can't explain how they treated me here. I've spent the whole day trying to fix my car just for them to give me the runaround and leave my car. They also, closed early so I couldn't get my car.

Manager Eddie saint Preux and sales rep. Ray Arroyo very unprofessional when I returned my vehicle. Made me wait an access of 45 min. Because I refused to E sign a blank document on Rays personal cell phone without explaining what the document intailed.

fearing the notion that dealership shops are more expensive I brought my car to two small private shops that both told me i needed nearly two thousand dollars in repairs yet they both gave entirely different stories of what was broken. I didnt know what to do but a week later when I broke down right across the street from Quality Hyundai I decided to try a dealership that actually sells these cars and see if i could sort this out. WOW! what a stroke of luck.... my car needed a $40.00 part! AND they had a couple guys come out and help push my car over too the shop! They did sell me an oil change (which cost less than i had payed elsewhere) but even after that I ended up paying just over one hundred dollars.
The service Manager Bill Amadie and his crew over there went above and beyond and I will always see them first from now on.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
