Would Not Recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi
I've purchased many new cars over the past 25 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had—enough to prompt my first-ever negative review.
The Sales Manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the showroom being nearly empty (only one other customer), I spent two hours there. Negotiations felt like a game of telephone, with my salesperson going back and forth to the manager at least five times (it felt like a game of "telephone"). Even after I finalized the purchase, the Sales Manager never came out to introduce himself, congratulate me, or even say thank you.
The Finance process was equally disappointing. Rather than providing clear options, the Finance Manager simply asked, “What do you want your monthly payment to be?”—a classic predatory sales tactic. He pushed aggressively for an extended warranty and manipulated the loan terms to fit a number without offering any real discount, even after I asked.
This kind of experience is exactly what gives car dealerships a bad reputation. I would not recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi based on how I was treated.
