My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

I've had the best car purchasing experience of my life. And it's not like every previous experience was bad - not at all, but Ramsey team did surpass them by some margin. Some things you kind of take for granted - friendly and professional attitude, lack of pressure, genuine respect for the kind of cars they sell, etc - once you realize you need to compare Mazda's dealership experience to what you expect to get at other luxury brands (and i've bought 2 luxury germans in the past, so can compare). What put this experience apart from others was multiple people I interacted with went above and beyond for me, when they absolutely didn't have to, and I benefited from such attitude. Amazing experience overall, and i would highly recommend them to anyone

Would Not Recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi I've purchased many new cars over the past 25 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had—enough to prompt my first-ever negative review. The Sales Manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the showroom being nearly empty (only one other customer), I spent two hours there. Negotiations felt like a game of telephone, with my salesperson going back and forth to the manager at least five times (it felt like a game of "telephone"). Even after I finalized the purchase, the Sales Manager never came out to introduce himself, congratulate me, or even say thank you. The Finance process was equally disappointing. Rather than providing clear options, the Finance Manager simply asked, “What do you want your monthly payment to be?”—a classic predatory sales tactic. He pushed aggressively for an extended warranty and manipulated the loan terms to fit a number without offering any real discount, even after I asked. This kind of experience is exactly what gives car dealerships a bad reputation. I would not recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi based on how I was treated.

I have the car oil change service before maturity date of 3 years lease. when I leased a car, I was explained (and the car sticker said) that i have complimentary, no charge, service up to 3 years of my lease. Today, unexpectedly, I paid the oil change charges because in reality I have just 3 oil changes complimentary for the 4th I am supposed to pay, as I was explained today. Previously, when I brought my car, it was cleaned and washed, today I got my car dirty, NO car wash. So, service at this dealership becomes worse and worse. I do not think I will deal with that dealership once again
