On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,

Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable about the models I was interested in worked with me to get a deal I was happy with. I thought both were very clear and transparent; I have dealt with other dealerships where the process was filled with surprises and hidden extra fees. After being cheated out of thousands of dollars by Vision Hyundai of Webster, I was given a 5-year contract for free oil changes as a (VERY SMALL) token apology. . .which the general manager, Rob Cammilleri, pronptly refused to honor. So, it was with great trepidation that I visited Vision Nissan, hoping that they would honor it. And they did! Comparing the two Vision dealerships is like comparing night with day. Nick, Santos, and a very pleasant young lady assistant made sure my visit to the Nissan store was pleasant and that the oil change was accomplished in good time. When it was determined that my car needed some serious repair work, that, too, was done efficiently, expertly, and immediately. I was so pleased -- and not a little amazed at how the two dealerships were polar opposites even though they operate under the same corporate umbrella. Today I went to Vision Nissan again, this time with a problem with my electronic key fob. This was nothing but a nuisance -- but I was treated as though it was of great importance. Santos advised the mechanic, Alvin, to repair the key while I waited, even though I had no appointment -- and it was done free of charge! I can't say enough great things about Vision Nissan of Webster. My only regret is that I didn't know about their fantastic staff and their on-site stock of dependable new and used cars until AFTER I had been mistreated and financially exploited at the Hyundai dealership next door. Thank you, Nick, Alvin, that nice young lady whose name I didn't get, and Santos! You are the reasons I will not hesitate to recommend Vision Nissan of Webster to friends, family, and everyone reading this review.
