Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. The dealership was Mint, Vehicles were Gleaming. We zeroed in on the all New CX30 Select Trim Line. Wait till ISRAEL tells you about all the safety features that are in this CX30. 2.5 4 cyl. AWD Tremendous Screen that does not impair your vision. He was so attentive, I couldn’t believe this man. Mazda is lucky to have such a dedicated consultant, strike that: Sales Manager. No back and forth he listened intently and agreed to a deal that was incredible in my eyes. He changed my plates from my expired lease to my New Deep Crystal Blue Mica CX-30. Soon after that I had my New ID cards. Signed the contract. Taught me all the features of my new vehicle and I was on the road. What a pleasant experience. Mazda I was in Management for 40 years, now retired. I am complaining about the General manager to the new dealership owner. Absolutely a terrible experience and totally unprofessional. Once I discuss with the new owner to see if they want to live up to their word, I will share the outcome. As of now, I simply cannot recommend doing business here, and I have spent tens of thousands on cars and tens of thousands on repairs - for over 35 years. I will provide good information for potential customers as an update. UPDATE: The dealer group owner put me in touch with Market President Maria Dunning who quickly solved an issue the BMW GM caused. She deserves full credit for exceptional customer service. I hope she will also be able to take whatever corrective action is necessary with the GM so that this issue is not repeated in the future.

The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.

He quickly got everything done for me over the phone and put my mind at ease regarding any issues with the truck. So we made the trip, the office was run extremely well and we drove off with a truck that I LOVE within 40 minutes of arrival.
