Since most people don’t like going to dealerships since they feel like they get played or scammed I felt very comfortable shopping here no gimmicks straight to the point he made you feel like he was getting this car personally for you with no tricks. I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Lee Chevrolet three times to have a rattle fixed under warranty. After three visits to dealership the service manager tells me that they know what the rattle is and that it cannot be fixed. I have driven a 2017 and a 2019 gm pick ups. Both were company trucks and neither had the rattle that my present truck has. It can be fixed.

WOW, where do i start; i wrote several pages to owner about my complaint; he responded with a voice mail that he was one of the managers; when i texted him he then said he was the owner and wanted to meet to discuss my issue. i texted him back two days later and asked could we meet Thursday December 22nd after 2 p.m. that is the last thing i have heard. The issue goes into great detail about the service personnel. This makes me thinking about purchasing any more GMC vehicles Not the service i received for many years when Ray McKinney owned it. This is what happens when you sell to a multimillionaire like Terry Taylor AMSI. They have no idea what goes on at his more than 120 dealerships

Outstanding! My car was accepted without an appointment and advised that the earliest probable date for evaluation would likely be in four days. On the very next day I was provided results of the diagnostic test and an estimate for repair. The estimated date was, at earliest, three days which included receiving the parts. On the very next day I was notified that my vehicle was ready. Customer service provided by the service department was exceptional.

When you think service can get no worse, just visit Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro.They replaced a part on my car and told me the problem was fixed.I asked for MY part back that was replaced and was told it would cost an additional $400 . This was witnessed by others.Their test drive was less than 2 miles after the repair.The problem and the check engine light returned before I got off of their lot. This is what you can expect for $2266.34 . I am awaiting calls back from the dealership, Buick customer care. and General Motors.If I get good service I will tell my friends, if I get bad service I will tell everyone. Thank you for reading.

I need a copy of the recall work done on the rear tires.
It is obvious that the excessive where on the two back tires require replacement.
The tires had approximately 12,000 miles.
After the recall replacement, the inside tread had worn away leaving only exposed cord after 4000 miles!
This was caused by faulty alignment by the technician that did not align the rear tires properly AFTER recall replacement.
I am disappointed that Marion Cadillac is not standing behind their work and are unwilling to replace the two tires and want to charge me +$500 for 2 tires AND $99 for an alignment.
I want the name of your supervisor and this correspondence sent to him.
As a Cadillac owner I am deeply disappointed with your response and unwillingness to stand behind Cadillac quality one would expect.

These guys are the definition of sleezy car salesmen! AVOID! They had a price listed on cars.com I called them and they said that was a promotion price for the weekend but if I brought the ad in they will honor it. I asked for that in writing because I was taking the day off to drive 3 hours to get there. A manager emailed me. I get there and they would not honor that price or even come down $1. I showed them the email he shrugged and said I didn't talk to him so he didn't care. The GM wasn't there but I left a message on his vm. This was very dirty and sleezy, I made it clear on the phone I would not go down there unless they honored the price. Manager emails mean nothing. I called their regional center they said they would pass on to the manager that told me they would honor the price. Made me drive 6 hours round trip with my toddlers, take the day off, all of which they knew the day before, so they could attempt to scam me with a bait and switch. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I was already financed and had $15k in my pocket for a down payment. Absolute sleezy unprofessional liars here. stay away!

I want express my appreciation to the Flow GM team I worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used 2020 Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure to work with Todd Millroy, Charles Walker and John Spradlin. Everyone was courteous, professional, thoughtful and very easy to work with from start to finish. We began our communication over text and worked with Todd the sales manager over the phone. We had some difficulties along the way getting approved but eventually was pre approved with our own bank. We traveled an hour to get to the dealership. We were met by Charles upon arriving who let us test drive the vehicle and come back to begin the paperwork process. Let me note it was late in the day probably 20 minutes before the dealership closed all employees still willing to work with us no matter the time that it was. During the process however our bank took back the approval we spent 3 hours trying to work this issue out eventually speaking with a VP from our bank to approve of the loan. It was around 11:30PM when we were all said and done and got to leave with our Explorer. John and Charles stayed the whole time with us and overall made the situation much better regardless of the outcome those guys deserve more than a thank you for taking that time to stay over that long until we figured out a resolution. Needless to say even after dealing with our bank which is not the dealerships or any employees fault this was an awesome buying experience overall. The pricing on the New Vehicle and the Trade In was truly fair. I’m very glad to have had this transaction with the team there and again a huge thank you to Charles Walker and John Spradlin! Awesome job to you both and keeping a calm demeanor despite the time and issues we were having.

Dealer plying price games. Lots of add ons like nitro in tires on a used truck! I did not trust them so walked away. Stay away from this dealer as there are others that are straight up with customers.
