I was attended by sales agent Rik Roe and let me tell you that out of the four vehicle I have purchased this has been the best experience ever. Let me start off by saying that Rik is willing to fight for the price you are looking for. Lance went above and beyond and made me very conformable with the purchase process of my vehicle. I was never pressured to purchase a vehicle. His professionalism and caring personality reflect well on your dealership. I will be a repeat customer and enjoyed making my purchase in my hometown and feel I was treated by everyone in the process very respectful.
Areas of improvement: Detail of the vehicle took to long and wasn't as clean as I expected, however after it was sent back for re-cleaning I was pleased with the outcome.
During test drive we were asked to return to move our personal vehicle that was parked in a customer parking area. Earlier preparation on behalf of staff would have been best instead of interrupting possible sell because someone didn't put cones outs in the parking area.

Got quote,scheduled appt.,didn’t Take current contact info. Arrived dIdn’t have tires, quoted,me a price with old tires and proposed tires $1500. Corrected price,added brakes and parts until price was $1400. when I left dealership,didn’t close my hood,held by secondary latch,noticed before I got on hwy 70 before I accelerated top speed.will not use again,although I used previously with no problem

The service department provided excellent service on two recent repairs. We were kept informed through text messages and the hours of operation were very accommodating to our busy schedule. Additionally, we dealt with one service manager the entire time who provided very personalized service to us and recognized us upon entry into the service center to retrieve our vehicle. Furthermore, the service department was a very low pressure environment and I did not feel like the service manager was forcing repairs or services upon us. She was very much an adviser on the condition of our car, and allowed us to make the necessary decisions.

I had a fantastic experience at Flow! I am always a bit suspicous and guarded going into the car buying process, but Flow exceeded my expectations. They were fair in price (beating all of the dealerships in my research) and were very fair on my trade. I bought a GME Denali end of December.
I worked with Steve Lynn in sales and he made the process quick, efficient, and very enjoyable and straightforward. No surprises, no games, and very knowledgeable about the process and the car. Tried to purchase a vehicle from Josh Feldman. They advertise a great price until you get the whole picture. The many things they don't tell you. This salesman couldn't be more rude and untrustworthy if he tried. Contacted his manager. Never got a response. Not surprising. Thank god their are many great Buick dealerships. This just isn't one of them. Josh Feldman was the worst salesman I have ever dealt with.

anytime I have ever needed work done to the body of any vehicle I've owned, I have used Harry's. Never Again. I dropped my truck off for almost an entire day, picked it up and nothing had changed. There was no note telling me that it had even been looked at. I called the body shop back twice with no response. I called the head of that department, no phone call back. Very unprofessional. They have made thousands on me through the years, but that's the last time they will ever make a dime on me. They don't care whether their customers are happy or not I guess.
Interior on my pre owned Canyon very nasty - Megafleet
Recently bought a 2015 GMC Canyon not in the best shape, previous owner didn't take care of the truck. Bought on a Saturday asked to have the truck cleaned up because the drivers seat had a large white stain. Sales guy says he took the truck across the street while the paper was being done. Truck came back to the used car center worse than it left, sales guy says we got you cleaned up. What a joke, seat stain has gotten worse to the point that I will replace the front seats. Stay away from this place sales guy is lazy and couldn't even get the used vehicle clean. Go elsewhere you will be better off, will not do business there ever! Scott C
Cannot trust the service advisors - asdfqw2
I went to Liberty Buick GMC to have the transmission checked on my Pontiac grand prix. It was having trouble shifting. I mentioned that there was also a water sloshing noise that I can hear while accelerating since I thought it could be related.
The service advisor told me I needed a new solenoid for the transmission and the water noise was the power steering pump. After the solenoid was installed and the power steering pump was replaced I still heard the water noise.
After telling the service advisor that water noise was still there, he told me that the car was making a whining noise during their test drive, the power steering fluid was leaking, and the power steering fluid level was low. I was not told this information before I authorized the new power steering pump and I have no way of checking. I did not hear a whining noise while driving.
