He made sure they had the batteries and they were able to replace them the same day. Alex was very helpful and had everything ready when we arrived and we're able to get on it.

I have taken my VW Touareg to Paramount for 8 years....alway excellent service. Let me tell you about two young ladies who greet the customers when you drive in for service. Sara Pridgen, service manager, and Heather maynard, service writer. Paramount has always maintained good people in these positions, however the two aforementioned young ladies EXCELL in their profession!! They are adament in seeing that customers are transported elsewhere if necessary, keeping one updated on repairs, make sure that you are satisfied with the repairs completed, and overall make one look forward to a return just to be in their presence! Do yourself a favor and look them up!

It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference!

The service was quick. I enjoyed an excellent view of Waynesville out front of the building while my car was being serviced. I didn’t ask, but they even refilled my wiper fluid :D

WOW - tire went flat due to a large piece of medal. We called AAA to replace with our spare. Due to the tire key lock not in the vehicle, tire could not be removed. Contacted Michael( Service Manager) at Hall Honda and he immediately dispatched a service vehicle and and the drama was over. Totally appreciate the prompt and professional service. Michael even personally called me back for an update. Five Star....
