I made an appointment for an oil change on the GMC app, but when I arrived, my appointment was nowhere to be found in the system. Sean, who worked in the service department said don’t worry about it. We’ll get you in, and he did. He really should get your dealership to talk to the app because people use that more than anything else to make appointments. I do want to say a word aboutSean He was amazing and helpful and informative. He is a great face for your dealership. He should be applauded for his ability to deal with customers. We need more people like Sean out in the workforce so big shout out to him

Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…
