SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO TO ANY OTHER CHEVY DEALERSHIP BESIDES CLASSIC. worst car dealership I've been too by far. Complete lack of transparency. My salesman was David Gonzalez, idk if hes new or he just always acts like he doesn't know what hes doing but I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time there. First I asked what the price would be of the vehicle 3 times and not one time could I get an answer except for finance will go over all that AFTER I sign. I got sold an suv without ac in November 2020. I called 2 weeks later to see if they would look at it that it wasn't blowing cold air they said itd be around $160 just for them to look at it. When I waited 4 or 5 days to even pick the suv to make sure it passed inspection. Either someone didnt do the inspection correctly or they knew about the broken part and decided to sell anyway. I thought itd be an easy fix maybe needed charged or freon so didnt worry too much about it, until I took it to a real chevy dealership who told me itd be $900 to fix and the parts it needed weren't covered by the bs extended warranty they act like you'll need so bad. After I find that out I was furious because they also let me know that's something they definitely would of caught in there "inspection". Now its January less than 3 months later, I call the dealership about 6 times since I just keep getting transferred around to different people and I get ahold of the salesman who tells me I have an extended warranty through them?? Wrong. I'm able to take it to any authorized chevy dealership. He tells me to get the suv from jim Norton chevy (where actual professionals are looking at it) to bring it to classic Chevrolet for them to look at it. So I wasted my time returning the loaner vehicle I had, picking up my suv and bringing it to them to be told itd actually cost even more to get it fixed there!! What a joke. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and getting my car fixed at a different dealership because classic isn't getting anymore money out of me.

My family and I have bought many many vehicles from Frontier over the last 30 years and always loved and recommended it to others for sales and service. The office manager is also one of my neighbors. They really started declining in 2010 by starting a game with you on your trade in. I have always had to go to another dealer to find the fair trade on my vehicle prior to trading it in with Frontier as I like keeping my business local. My family and I put up with that for years because of great service however we noticed a sharp decline in the service department about a year ago. It started with we can’t get your vehicle in for several weeks to once you do get it in to you never get followed up with the status to your repair and it takes forever! Most of my family has moved on to the dealer just 10 miles north and now after hearing the service manager over the last few visits drop the f bomb many times I decided this is not the store for me or my family. He looks like a biker that belongs working at a bar with that mouth. I feel sorry for the parts guys having to work with him as they looked disgusted after he said it. The other big issue is the what seams like a very large turnover of employees and it’s not the same friendly store it was. I’m not telling you not to buy or take your vehicle here, just saying it’s no longer for me or my family. I guess I’m just not good with change and sure wish I could have back the old Frontier.

I initially had come in to sell my Ford Ranger and and the amount forthcoming was the exactly the price I had expected. I had wanted to receive a check for the $6000 that day. I do understand there may be policy that prohibits that. I’m waiting for the check coming in the mail soon. Without being able to work, I have no income coming in and having a hard time getting through to unemployment insurance. All is good and in God’s hands!
I am extremely happy with the way I was treated by the sales persons Charlie Proffit and Cash Marr. Cash and Ken Wolf are good friends of ours (Now Charlie) and I wanted to give my business to them. They gave me extreme respect and made this very understandable during the whole process. I got a fair trade in for my Toyota Camry with the bonuses. I would have usually gone to a Ford dealership and had for my last vehicle. I would have probably gotten the Escape. I’m very happy with the Chevy Trax. I also remember Ken telling me about the free oil changes a couple of years back and I’m happy with that. With the three months deferred payments, I’m sure I’ll be back to work teaching my summer art camps and enjoying my new vehicle.

I would like to advise against purchasing a vehicle as well as servicing a vehicle through Keystone Chevrolet. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition for $46250.00. I was so excited as this is my first big vehicle purchase in 10 years. The night I brought her home she was acting funny so I happened to noticed to oil sticker read the same mileage as the car as well as the car read 25% oil life left, so I returned back to the dealership the next morning and spoke to them about my concerns on the necessary checks of the vehicle and that I wanted the oil changed. Service printed off a repair order, climbed into my SUV and reset the counter to 100%, as well as put a new sticker on that said I had 3000 more miles left on the oil in the car, and sent me out the gate. They did not pop the hood and check. I then drove for a week and on my way home from my sons basketball game all sensors were screaming low oil pressure, the car lost power, started smoking and making terrible sounds. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to a Mr. Mike Frizel who assure me and my husband that they would make it right, that they would let us out of the contract to purchase, that they would not stick us with this vehicle and apologized for it was their fault. Mind you I have had this vehicle a totally of 8 days when all of this occurred. Within 24 hours of that conversation Mr. Mike Frizel did a complete 180 said the car was fine, that it was just low on oil, (they gave her an oil change Monday after they pulled if off the wrecker but if all checks were done why would it need a change) that it was ready for pickup, and that he could not help us out any further and to basically to take a hike. I have a video of us checking the oil to which there isn’t a drop on the stick. I also have audio of Mr. Mike Frizel spouting all of his lies that he would help us. Every word that has came out of his mouth has either been an excuse or a lie. I would definitely advise against taking him at his word.
So now my brand new car is sitting at Keystone Chevrolet to which it was hauled in on the back of a wrecker and now I will have to pay to have it towed to a licensed Ford dealer so they can hook up diagnostics. Who knows how long I will be without my SUV or if they can even fix it. We all know what happens to the engine when there isn’t any oil in the vehicle. There will definitely be problems. Whether they want to admit that or not. Which judging by their excellent attentions to details I’m sure they haven’t missed anything. Right??
I have been a loyal customer to Keystone Chevrolet over the years and their loyalty back to the customer is terrible. I have purchased several cars thru them and so has my family and friends, but I can tell you this isn’t the same dealership I remember dealing with in the past. This will be my last purchase with them and they will not be servicing any of my vehicles.
