I showed up at noon on a Friday with my 2014 Duramax broke down. I was 600 miles from home. David Woods the service manager said that they would get right on it after lunch and not to worry. The team at Mike Hellack prioritized my vehicle because of my circumstance and were the friendliest people. They got me out of there at 5pm. They fixed the DEF issues and relaced the sensors and tank heater to get me back on the road home. I am forever grateful to David and all the guys in the shop. Top notch experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

A couple of weeks ago I was in a wreck that totaled my Cadillac CTS that I bought from John Holt two years ago. When I bought that car, the dealership treated me well and made the process very quick and easy. Since I was again in the market for a car, I went back out to John Holt. This time, they found the XTS you see pictured, and they (Justin Hart, the salesperson) even brought the car along with the contract to OKC for me to sign instead of me having to run back out to Chickasha. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships in the past but I’ve never had one treat me as well as John Holt (both times).

I recently purchased a 1 year old vehicle from this dealership with clean title and spotless carfax. I also trusted the fact that the dealership claimed to of conducted a 180 point inspection prior to listing a used vehicle. I was sold a vehicle with undisclosed FLOOD DAMAGE. RUST. MOLD. One week after purchasing the vehicle I started having electrical issues. I took the truck to a local ford dealer who then found the damage listed above. The general manager of the dealership will not reply to email.

My husband was traveling with hunting dogs when his alternator went out on the interstate,roadside assistance sent him there where he was treated like a 2nd class derelict and was told they only changed oil on Saturday when all he need was a wrench to put the $500 part he just bought from them But they said they didn't have access to tools. So my husband called Napa and they delivered the wrenches. In 95 degree heat he was almost done when they told him he had 15 min to get his truck off the lot because he had a family to go home to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
